本发明公开了一种具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯,包括灯杆、灯头、顶部灯头固定座、太阳能发电板、驱动电机、定时装置以及储能电池,所述顶部灯头固定座固定在的灯杆顶部,且其内部中空,所述灯头固定在顶部灯头固定座侧面,所述太阳能发电板置于顶部灯头固定座顶部且通过支撑架支撑固定,所述支撑架下部设有转动座,所述转动座下部通过驱动电机驱动转动,所述定时装置置于控制驱动电机运行的控制系统内,所述灯头以及太阳能发电板均连通储能电池。所述具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯整体结构简单,安装制作以及操作方便,通过具有旋转太阳能板继而有效提高太阳能的利用率,因而节约成本,实用性高。

一种具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯,涉及路灯技术领域。
背景技术:
路灯,指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,泛指交通照明中路面照明范围内的灯具。路灯被广泛运用于各种需要照明的地方。而目前很多的路灯在实际应用中都是靠市电供电因而消耗能源较大,而目前的部分太阳能供电系统的发电板不能移动,因而太阳能的利用率较低,实用性不高。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单,使用方便且有效实现提高太阳能利用率的路灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯,包括灯杆、灯头、顶部灯头固定座、太阳能发电板、驱动电机、定时装置以及储能电池,所述顶部灯头固定座固定在的灯杆顶部,且其内部中空,所述灯头固定在顶部灯头固定座侧面,所述太阳能发电板置于顶部灯头固定座顶部且通过支撑架支撑固定,所述支撑架下部设有转动座,所述转动座下部通过驱动电机驱动转动,所述定时装置置于控制驱动电机运行的控制系统内,所述灯头以及太阳能发电板均连通储能电池。
作为优选,所述驱动电机设置为伺服马达。
作为优选,所述顶部灯头固定座置于灯杆顶部且可拆卸连接。
作为优选,所述灯杆下部设有控制驱动电机运行的开关。
作为优选,所述支撑架设置为可伸缩杆。
作为优选,所述驱动电机通过减速结构与转动座的转轴传动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:所述具有具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯整体结构简单,安装制作以及操作方便,通过具有旋转太阳能板继而有效提高太阳能的利用率,因而节约成本,实用性和经济效益高,适合推广应用。

如图1所示的一种具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯,包括灯杆1、灯头2、顶部灯头固定座3、太阳能发电板4、驱动电机5、定时装置以及储能电池6,所述顶部灯头固定座3固定在的灯杆1顶部,且其内部中空,所述灯头固定在顶部灯头固定座侧面,所述太阳能发电板置于顶部灯头固定座顶部且通过支撑架7支撑固定,所述支撑架7下部设有转动座8,所述转动座下部通过驱动电机驱动转动,所述定时装置置于控制驱动电机运行的控制系统内,所述灯头以及太阳能发电板均连通储能电池。
在本实施例中,为提高驱动稳定性,所述驱动电机设置为伺服马达。
进一步地,所述顶部灯头固定座置于灯杆顶部且可拆卸连接。
另外,所述灯杆下部设有控制驱动电机运行的开关。
在本实施例中,所述支撑架设置为可伸缩杆。
而优选地,所述驱动电机通过减速结构与转动座的转轴传动连接。
上述具有具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯整体结构简单,安装制作以及操作方便,通过具有旋转太阳能板继而有效提高太阳能的利用率,因而节约成本,实用性和经济效益高。

1.一种具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:包括灯杆、灯头、顶部灯头固定座、太阳能发电板、驱动电机、定时装置以及储能电池,所述顶部灯头固定座固定在的灯杆顶部,且其内部中空,所述灯头固定在顶部灯头固定座侧面,所述太阳能发电板置于顶部灯头固定座顶部且通过支撑架支撑固定,所述支撑架下部设有转动座,所述转动座下部通过驱动电机驱动转动,所述定时装置置于控制驱动电机运行的控制系统内,所述灯头以及太阳能发电板均连通储能电池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述驱动电机设置为伺服马达。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述顶部灯头固定座置于灯杆顶部且可拆卸连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有旋转太阳能板的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述灯杆下部设有控制驱动电机运行的开关。
