本发明提供一种治疗痛经的药艾卷，由下述重量配比的原料药制成：艾绒25～45克、当归0.8～1克、附子0.8～1克、干姜0.8～1克、小茴香0.8～1.2克、香附0.8～1.2克、厚朴1～1.5克、川芎0.8～1.2克、老鹳草0.8～1.2克、路路通0.8～1.2克、丁香0.8～1.2克、车前子1.5～2克、荔枝核0.5～1克，并采用了相应的制备方法，该药艾卷具有治疗痛经和促进促进血液循环的功效。

本发明涉及医药技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗痛经的药艾卷及其制备方法。
背景技术
痛经为最常见的妇科症状之一，指行经前后或月经期出现下腹部疼痛、坠胀，伴有腰酸或其他不适，症状严重影响生活质量者。痛经分为原发性痛经和继发性两类，原发性痛经指生殖器官无器质性病变的痛经，占痛经90％以上；继发性痛经指由盆腔器质性疾病引起的痛经。目前对于痛经的治疗主要是采取内服中西药的方式。以中药治疗为主，配合古老的针灸操作、按摩、多运动等方式进行治疗。但总体效果并不令人满意。
发明内容
发明目的：为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗痛经的药艾卷及其制备方法。
技术方案：本发明的目的是通过如下的方案实现的：
一种治疗痛经的药艾卷，由下述重量配比的原料药制成：艾绒25～45克、当归0.8～1克、附子0.8～1克、干姜0.8～1克、小茴香0.8～1.2克、香附0.8～1.2克、厚朴1～1.5克、川芎0.8～1.2克、老鹳草0.8～1.2克、路路通0.8～1.2克、丁香0.8～1.2克、车前子1.5～2克、荔枝核0.5～1克。
所述治疗痛经的药艾卷，所述的原料药的重量配比为：艾绒30克、当归0.9克、附子0.9克、干姜0.9克、小茴香1克、香附1克、厚朴1.2克、川芎1克、老鹳草1克、路路通1克、丁香1克、车前子1.8克、荔枝核0.8克。
所述治疗痛经的药艾卷，其特征在于：制备方法包括如下步骤：将上述中药粉碎成粗粉，均匀平铺于纸上，将纸卷起艾绒、搓紧成圆柱状。
所述治疗痛经的药艾卷在制备治疗痛经药物中的应用。
所述治疗痛经的药艾卷在制备促进血液循环药物中的应用。
有益效果：本发明的治疗痛经的药艾卷的使用方法是：根据病情诊断结果，医生将药艾卷的一端点燃，隔姜片的距离约3-5厘米，并随时调近或调远距离以病人感觉热而不烫为宜，进行灸穴位治疗。每次灸穴位治疗的时间10分钟左右，灸穴位治疗的次数和频率由医生根据病情而定，病程时间长者，可每日灸2次，灸10次为1个疗程。本发明根据中医理论，以临床多年实践的经验方为基础，进行适当筛选而成。本发明中艾绒、当归、附子、干姜、小茴香、香附温经散寒，厚朴、川芎理气为君药，老鹳草、路路通、丁香、车前子、荔枝核祛风散寒为臣药，全方具有治疗痛经效果。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例形式，对本发明的上述内容再作进一步的详细说明，但不应将此理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实例，凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例1：取艾绒25克、当归1克、附子0.8克、干姜1克、小茴香0.8克、香附1.2克、厚朴1克、川芎1.2克、老鹳草0.8克、路路通1.2克、丁香0.8克、车前子2克、荔枝核0.5克，粉碎成粗粉，均匀平铺于纸上，将纸卷起艾绒、搓紧成圆柱状。
实施例2：取艾绒45克、当归0.8克、附子1克、干姜0.8克、小茴香1.2克、香附0.8克、厚朴1.5克、川芎0.8克、老鹳草1.2克、路路通0.8克、丁香1.2克、车前子1.5克、荔枝核1克，粉碎成粗粉，均匀平铺于纸上，将纸卷起艾绒、搓紧成圆柱状。
实施例3：取艾绒30克、当归0.9克、附子0.9克、干姜0.9克、小茴香1克、香附1克、厚朴1.2克、川芎1克、老鹳草1克、路路通1克、丁香1克、车前子1.8克、荔枝核0.8克，粉碎成粗粉，均匀平铺于纸上，将纸卷起艾绒、搓紧成圆柱状。
实施例4：本发明治疗痛经效果的观察
一般性资料：本发明应用于临床观察痛经病例50例，年龄16～36岁。病程最短者2个月，最长者达1年。
诊断标准：根据月经期下腹坠痛，妇科检查无阳性体征，临床即可诊断。需与子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌腺病、盆腔炎性疾病引起的继发性痛经相鉴别。
试验方法：按上述实施例3制备方法制备药艾卷，取穴：期门、归来、急脉、曲骨、三阴交，每次灸穴位治疗的时间10分钟左右，每日灸2次，灸10次为1个疗程。空白组不进行治疗。
疗效标准：治愈：体征及症状完全改善，心情舒畅，精神焕发。显效：体征及症状显著改善，心情舒畅，精神很好。有效：体征及症状有改变，偶感稍有小适，但能接受。无效：体征无改变，症状如前。
治疗效果：两组疗效比较

可见，本发明制得的药艾卷能够安全有效治疗痛经，且无毒副作用，效果好于空白组。
实施例5：本发明对小鼠耳廓微循环实验的影响(活血化瘀作用研究)
实验器材：WT-6型微循环仪，江苏徐州光学仪器总厂生产。
药品：正红花油，生产企业：新加坡梁介福药私人有限公司；批准文号：国药准字Z20093693，批号：20100712；按上述实施例1-3制备药艾卷。
动物：ICR小鼠18-22g，雌性，由本公司实验动物中心提供。
实验方法：取体重18～22gICR小鼠50只，雌性，随机分为4组，(1)空白对照组(生理盐水)，(2)正红花油组(0.16ml/20g)，(3)本发明实施例1组，(4)本发明实施例2组，(5)本发明实施例3组，空白对照组和正红花油组动物均外涂小鼠双侧耳朵两面，每天1次，共给药10d；本发明实施例1-3小鼠双侧耳朵两面进行艾灸每次30分钟，每天1次，共给药10d。给药10d后按每只小鼠1％戊巴比妥钠0.01mL/g腹腔注射麻醉后，用医用橡皮膏贴在耳廓上去毛，将小鼠腹向下固定在小鼠观察台上，耳廓表面滴加少许液体石蜡。观察给药组与空白组同一部位耳廓微循环毛细血管口径、血液流速。
本发明对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓急性炎症的影响(n＝10；x±SD，％)
注：与空白组比较：*P<0.05
上述结果表明：本发明实施例1-3组能使输出枝、输入枝管径明显扩张(与空白组比P<0.05)，并使血液流速明显增快，有显著性作用，与正红花油阳性药组对小鼠耳廓血管管径及流速比较效果相当。

1.一种治疗痛经的药艾卷，其特征在于：由下述重量配比的原料药制成：艾绒25～45克、当归0.8～1克、附子0.8～1克、干姜0.8～1克、小茴香0.8～1.2克、香附0.8～1.2克、厚朴1～1.5克、川芎0.8～1.2克、老鹳草0.8～1.2克、路路通0.8～1.2克、丁香0.8～1.2克、车前子1.5～2克、荔枝核0.5～1克。
