Description

Bacillus subtilis strain and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of applied biology, and particularly relates to a bacillus subtilis strain and application thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of living standard of people in China, people have higher requirements on the public toilet environment, and besides daily manual cleaning and cleaning sanitation, odor pollution also becomes an important issue for public toilet environment treatment. The common sterilization methods at present comprise physical sterilization and deodorization, chemical sterilization and deodorization and biological bacteriostasis and deodorization.
For public toilet environment, it is difficult to achieve sanitation by physical sterilization and deodorization methods, so chemical sterilization and deodorization, such as sodium dichloroisocyanurate, calcium hypochlorite, peracetic acid, glutaraldehyde, ethylene oxide, and other chemical bactericides, are mostly adopted at present. However, these chemical disinfectants are often accompanied by pungent odor, which causes secondary pollution to the air quality in the toilet, and improper spraying causes phenomena such as unsmooth breathing, skin allergy, and the like. Moreover, as the chemical components of the bactericide volatilize after contacting with the air, the bactericide needs to be sprayed on the same toilet for multiple times at irregular intervals to achieve the expected effect, which brings certain potential safety hazards to spraying personnel and toilet users.
In the deodorization method of the public toilet, the problems caused by chemical sterilization and deodorization can be solved by adopting biological bacteriostasis and deodorization, and no peculiar smell or secondary pollution is realized. The strain adopted by the biological antibacterial deodorization is rapid in propagation and long in survival time, can generate other beneficial bacterins in the growth process, is harmless to people and livestock, does not pollute the environment, has continuous and strong antibacterial deodorization effect, is a better choice for public toilet deodorization and environmental purification, and can be widely popularized and applied.

The bacillus subtilis CGMCC13714 can effectively deodorize by an in-situ deodorization method, and compared with an ex-situ deodorization method (such as a soil deodorization method, a reactor deodorization method and the like), the deodorization operation is simple and easy to implement, matched equipment and technology are not required, and the investment scale is small. The principle of in-situ deodorization is as follows: the bacillus subtilis CGMCC13714 is based on the ingestion of substances such as saccharides, proteins and the like in excrement, can consume free oxygen in a septic tank, promote the growth of beneficial anaerobic bacteria, reduce the pH value and effectively inhibit the activity of harmful microorganisms and the rapid putrefaction and decomposition of organic matters. Meanwhile, active substances such as subtilin, polymyxin, gramicidin and the like generated in the growth process of the bacillus subtilis CGMCC13714 have obvious inhibition effect on pathogenic bacteria.
4. The bacillus subtilis CGMCC13714 can be directly inoculated (such as spraying bacterial liquid), has long lasting action time and good stability in a spore state, can well grow in excrement, occupies a favorable ecological position, inhibits the growth and the reproduction of odor-producing microorganisms, reduces the odor release strength of the excrement, and realizes the control of the odor in-situ source.
