Description

Natural stone imitated stain-resistant water permeable brick and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a natural stone imitated stain-resistant water permeable brick and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of building materials.
Background
As an important ring in a sponge city construction system, the pavement permeable brick plays a great role. In the construction flood tide of sponge cities, the market prospect is extremely wide. The water permeable brick has the following advantages: the water-permeable and air-permeable floor has good water permeability and air permeability, can enable rainwater to rapidly permeate into the ground, replenishes soil water and underground water, keeps soil humidity, and improves survival conditions of urban ground plants and soil microorganisms; the water and heat can be absorbed, the temperature and the humidity of local space of the earth surface are adjusted, and the urban microclimate can be adjusted and the urban heat island effect can be relieved; the pressure of urban drainage and flood control can be reduced, and the method has good effects on preventing pollution of public water areas and treating sewage; the rain-proof snow sweeper does not accumulate water after rain and does not skid after snow, and is convenient for going out; the surface is tiny unsmooth, prevents the road surface reflection of light, absorbs the noise that the vehicle produced when driving, can improve the current travelling comfort and the security of vehicle.
At present, most of the water permeable bricks in China generally take natural macadam, building rubbish, slag waste and the like as main resources. In order to obtain better water permeability of the water permeable brick, the particle size of the used particles cannot be too large, but if the particle size of the particles is smaller, the strength of the prepared water permeable brick is not enough, and the water permeability and the strength cannot be obtained at the same time. Moreover, the section of the waste concrete particles is rough, and even if the permeable brick prepared by the waste concrete particles with small particle size is adopted, the water permeability is not good. The change is not big in the first year, but in rainy and snowy weather, especially when meeting muddy water, because the mud in the muddy water can block the inside gap of water permeable brick, greatly reduced water permeability. The water permeability is reduced by 50% in 2 to 3 years. And the surface layer of the current common permeable brick is rough, monotonous and poor in aesthetic degree. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a water permeable brick with better water permeability and more beautiful and practical appearance.
Although natural stone is used for paving squares or streets, and is firm and durable, along with the increasing development of society, the national mine resource exploitation supervision is increased and the stone resource is more and more tense, so that the use cost of the natural stone is higher and higher, and the adoption of the natural stone for municipal consumption in most cities is unrealistic. The research of the permeable stone-like brick overcomes the defects, reduces the waste of natural resources and greatly reduces the cost. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a water permeable brick with good water permeability similar to natural stone.

strength class CC50, the length of a grinding pit is 30mm, and the water permeability coefficient (15 ℃) is more than 7.5 multiplied by 10-2cm/s; after the freeze-thaw cycle test, the appearance quality has no front sticky skin and defect, no edge and corner loss, no crack, color difference, layering and the like, and the strength loss is lower than 14 percent. Use ofThe water permeability is reduced by about 3-5% after 3 years.
The water permeable brick has the following beneficial effects:
(1) water permeability with long time effect
The water permeable brick permeates water by destroying the surface tension of water, and the surface is very compact, so the water permeable brick is not easy to be blocked by dust and has long-term water permeability.
(2) Has high strength and good appearance
The fine aggregate is modified by the water-based adhesive, so that the interface strength of the cement and the fine aggregate is improved, and the surface layer strength of the permeable brick is enhanced. Therefore, the water permeable brick has bright and clean appearance similar to natural stone, and has extremely high strength and wear resistance.
(3) The surface layer is pollution-free and is not easy to block
After the fine aggregate is modified, the surface of the brick is smooth, and pits or bulges cannot be formed on the surface of the brick, so that the surface of the brick is easy to clean, and the capillary pores cannot be blocked by impurities. Can achieve the functions of rainwater storage, water retention and purification treatment. The stain resistance grade of the sample brick is evaluated to be 0 grade through GB/T9780-2013, and the surface layer is free of pollution.
The stain resistance of the permeable brick surface layer mainly depends on the density and the amount of surface defects (pinholes, cracks, pits and the like), and the higher the density, the fewer the surface defects and the better the stain resistance. The original water permeable brick has the defects that the surface is rough and the defects are more, and more air holes are formed in the interior of particles, which is the root cause of poor stain resistance and difficulty in cleaning. In the invention, the fine aggregate of natural material is adopted, and the surface with smooth and high density is obtained after modification, so that the soil resistance is good and the cleaning performance is easy.
(4) The raw materials are rich in source, the preparation process is simple and easy to control, and the method is suitable for large-scale production and has wide market prospect.

After the water permeable brick is used for 3 years, the water permeability coefficient (15 ℃) is 7.4 multiplied by 10- 2cm/s, and the stain resistance rating is 0.

After the water permeable brick is used for 3 years, the water permeability coefficient (15 ℃) is 3.0 multiplied by 10-2cm/s, and the stain resistance rating is 2.
The water permeable brick prepared in the example 1 has the following performance indexes: the compressive strength is 55.0Mpa, the length of a grinding pit is 29mm, and the water permeability coefficient (15 ℃) is 7.5 multiplied by 10-2cm/s; after the freeze-thaw cycle test, the appearance quality has no front sticky skin and defect, no edge and corner loss, no crack, color difference, layering and the like, and the strength loss is 14%. After the water permeable brick is used for 3 years, the water permeability coefficient (15 ℃) is 7.1 multiplied by 10-2cm/s, and the stain resistance rating is 0.
As can be seen by comparison, the fine aggregates are modified in the example 1, so that the bonding strength between the fine aggregates is greatly improved, and the prepared water permeable brick has high wear resistance and stain resistance, so that the retention rate of the water permeability coefficient of the example 1 is far higher than that of the comparative example 1 after 3 years of use.
Comparative example 2
A natural stone-like water permeable brick was prepared by the method of example 1, except that the aqueous binder of the modified fine aggregate was replaced with a non-aqueous binder of the same quality to prepare a reference natural stone-like water permeable brick.
The water permeable brick prepared in comparative example 2 has the following performance indexes: compressive strength of 47.5Mpa, grinding pit length of 32mm, and water permeability coefficient (15 deg.C) of 6.7 × 10-2cm/s; after the freeze-thaw cycle test, the appearance quality has no front sticky skin and defect, no edge and corner loss, no crack, color difference, layering and the like, and the strength loss is 15%. The water permeable brick of example 1 had a much higher water permeability coefficient after 3 years of use than the water permeable brick of comparative example 1. And the stain resistance rating of comparative example 1 (grade 2) is lower than that of example 1 (grade 0).
The inventor analyzes the reason that the water permeability coefficient and the stain resistance of the natural stone-like water permeable brick prepared by the non-aqueous binder are poor, and probably after the non-aqueous binder is solidified, burrs formed after the binder is solidified exist in a microporous structure in the brick, and the burrs are easy to adsorb capillary pores of pollutants, so that the water permeability and the stain resistance of the brick are poor.
The stain resistance of the natural-like stone water permeable bricks prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 and 2 was rated by GB/T9780-2013, and the rating is shown in Table 1 below.
TABLE 1
Stain resistance rating/grade Degree of contamination Color difference of appearance Grey card grade/grade
0 No pollution No perceptible color difference 5
1 Very slight With just noticeable color difference 4
2 Light and slight Has obvious color difference 3
3 Medium and high grade With a very pronounced chromatic aberration 2
4 Severe severity of disease With severe color difference 1
Comparative example 3
The performance indexes of the water permeable bricks prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2, the water permeable brick of example 1 of application No. 201610367940.3, and a commercially available water permeable brick were compared. As shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
The comparison shows that the water permeable brick has the highest strength and the best pollution resistance. The water permeable brick has a compact surface layer, so that the water permeability is slightly reduced compared with that of the water permeable brick of application No. 201610367940.3, but the water permeability of the water permeable brick is reduced to a lower extent after 3 years of use, and the water permeability of the water permeable brick is reduced by about 15-16% after 3 years of use; the water permeability of the water permeable brick is reduced by about 3-5% after the water permeable brick is used for 3 years. The compressive strength of the water permeable brick is higher, and most importantly, the stain resistance of the water permeable brick is improved by 2 grades.
Therefore, compared with other water permeable bricks, the natural stone imitation stain resistant water permeable brick has the advantages of higher compressive strength, better stain resistance, good water permeability, lower water permeability reduction degree after 3 years of use, longer water permeable life and the like compared with the common water permeable brick.
