本发明公开了一种微动机构,包括手轮、支座、轴套、导套,所述手轮内设置有缓冲层,所述手轮和轴套中间设置有紧定螺丝和垫圈,所述轴套设置有固定螺丝,所述轴套内设置有螺杆,所述轴套和支座通过螺钉连接,所述导套内设置有导杆,且导杆在螺杆作用下前后运动。灵敏度高,最小移动量达到使用要求,传动灵活、平稳,无空程与爬行,制动后能保持稳定的位置,抗干扰能力强,快速响应性好,良好的结构工艺性效果。

本发明涉及机电一体化领域,具体为一种微动机构。
背景技术
微动机构是一种能在一定范围内精确、微量地移动到给定位置或实现特定的进给运动的机构,应用范围:在机电一体化产品中,它一般用于精确、微量地调节某些部件的相对位置。
市场上的微动机构灵敏度低,不能达到最小移动量使用要求,行程当中不平稳,空程与爬行,制动后不能定位,结构复杂制造成本高等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种微动机构,以解决上述背景技术中提出人灵敏度低,不能达到最小移动量使用要求,行程当中不平稳,空程与爬行,制动后不能定位,结构复杂制造成本高等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种微动机构,包括手轮、支座、轴套、导套,所述手轮内设置有缓冲层,所述手轮和轴套中间设置有紧定螺丝和垫圈,所述轴套设置有固定螺丝,所述轴套内设置有螺杆,所述轴套和支座通过螺钉连接,所述导套内设置有导杆,且导杆在螺杆作用下前后运动。
作为优选,所述导杆设置有固定钉。
作为优选,支座底部两端设置有固定层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:灵敏度高,最小移动量达到使用要求,传动灵活、平稳,无空程与爬行,制动后能保持稳定的位置,抗干扰能力强,快速响应性好,良好的结构工艺性效果。

1.一种微动机构,包括手轮(1)、支座(2)、轴套(3)、导套(4),所述手轮(1)内设置有缓冲层(5),所述手轮(1)和轴套(3)中间设置有紧定螺丝(6)和垫圈(7),所述轴套(3)设置有固定螺丝(8),所述轴套(3)内设置有螺杆(9),所述轴套(3)和支座(2)通过螺钉(10)连接,所述导套(4)内设置有导杆(11),且导杆(11)在螺杆(9)作用下前后运动。
