背景技术
农民们为追求高产,大量使用化肥,久而久之使土壤板结,土壤结构产生异变,造成减产,生产的粮食基因也发生改变,不利于人民的健康生活;现在的地膜覆盖使用塑料地膜,使土地污染极为严重;及时使用高科技技术,推广新的种植技术,尽快培养有机质土壤,从根本上改善土壤结构,生产无公害粮食蔬菜,并减轻农民的劳动强度,已经成为当务之急。
发明内容
为了使用高科技的农业发明技术和资源来改变传统种植方法,培养有机质土壤,彻底改变土壤的结构和成分,使农民增产增收,生产无公害粮食和蔬菜,同时减少生产工序,减轻农民的劳动强度,提供一种有机质土壤培养深松播种喷膜一体机。
本发明专利是用以下技术方案实现的:
一种有机质土壤培养深松播种喷膜一体机包括:拖拉机升降杆拉着的深松土铲;深松土铲中间装置伞形齿轮室,其里面的齿轮驱动旋耕犁刀旋转,旋耕犁刀的动力来自拖拉机动力输出轴,轴上带有万向节;土壤肥料混合槽的上方装置有机质草粉肥料兜,其下方装置下料转轴,靠链轮和链条驱动;同时装置肥料下料口调节板,可用调节板固定螺栓固定;有机质草粉肥料兜后方装置液态地膜泵,液态地膜泵用塑料管连接液态地膜罐和液态地膜喷嘴;液态地膜罐的后方装置着播种机,播种机的铧子前后个各装置镇压滚,前镇压滚将旋耕犁刀搅拌的有机质土壤压实,便于播种,后镇压滚把种上种子的土压实,压实后,液态地膜泵进行喷膜。

本发明专利的核心技术有如下创造性:
深松土铲(2)将板结的土铲起,土进入土壤肥料混合槽(4),和有机质草粉肥料兜(6)漏下的草粉肥料和少量的化肥,经过飞速转动的旋耕犁刀(5)搅拌,把原来板结的土壤更新为有机质的新土壤。改善结构的土壤利于增产增收,同时用了草粉等农家肥为主的肥料可以生产绿色粮食和蔬菜。
装置液态地膜罐(12)、液态地膜泵(10)和液态地膜喷嘴(14)使液态地膜这种高科技产品能更广泛应用于农业生产中,减少土壤污染。
集土壤深松、施肥、播种、喷膜功能为一体,多道生产工序一次性完成,大大减轻了农民的劳动强度。
鉴于以上三方面优越性,本发明专利极具新颖性、实用性、科学性和推广价值。

1.一种有机质土壤培养深松播种喷膜一体机;其主要特征是:包括拖拉机升降杆(1)拉着的深松土铲(2);深松土铲(2)中间装置伞形齿轮室(20),其里面的齿轮驱动旋耕犁刀(5)旋转,旋耕犁刀(5)的动力来自拖拉机动力输出轴(3),轴上带有万向节(21);土壤肥料混合槽(4)的上方装置有机质草粉肥料兜(6),其下方装置下料转轴(19),靠链轮和链条(7)驱动;同时装置肥料下料口调节板,可用调节板固定螺栓(18)固定;有机质草粉肥料兜(6)后方装置液态地膜泵(10),液态地膜泵(10)用塑料管(11)连接液态地膜罐(12)和液态地膜喷嘴(14);液态地膜罐(12)的后方装置播种机(16),播种机的铧子前后各装置镇压滚(8)和(13),镇压滚(8)将旋耕犁刀(5)搅拌好的有机质土壤压实,便于播种,镇压滚(13)把种上种子的土压实,压实后,液态地膜泵(10)进行喷膜。
