Abstract
一种提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法,包括以下步骤:a.将铸钢件加热到880℃‑950℃的奥氏体化温度,进行保温;b.将奥氏体化的铸钢件出炉,采用风冷+水雾冷却或者自来水淬火或者聚合物淬火的方式,对铸钢件进行迅速冷却,铸钢件冷却速度达到30℃/min~120℃/min;c.将冷却后的铸钢件升温回火至580℃‑650℃,进行保温;所述铸钢件的化学成分及各成分元素所占质量百分比如下:C%=0.12~0.35、Si%=0.20~1.0、Mn%=0.5~1.8、P%≤0.035、S%≤0.035、Cr%≤2.20、Mo%≤1.20、Ni%≤0.50,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质元素。

提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及铸钢件热处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理 方法。
背景技术
[0002] 影响铸钢件屈服强度的内在因素有材料本身特性如结合键、组织、结构、原子本性 影响;外在因素有试验温度、应变速率、应力状态、试样尺寸及精度、试样加工方式等的影 响。
[0003] 在外在因素保持稳定或不变的情况下,对于铸钢件,提高屈服强度,如果从内在因 素出发,采用的技术手段就是通过化学成分或者热处理工艺或者二者共同作用调整来改 善。大多数化学元素增加都会使屈服强度增加,如(:、8;1、1^、11、&1、八1、¥、他等。但具体提 高什么元素含量,提高多少,使屈服强度提高多少,需要根据具体成分标准要求及试验确 定,试验验证周期长,元素的交互作用较为复杂,且成分含量的增加,会增加冶炼成本,尤其 是大吨位的铸件,成本增加更明显。同时,多数元素含量的增加,会增加碳当量,使可焊性降 低,增加了铸钢件缺陷焊接修补的难度。
发明内容
[0004]有必要提出一种使用外在手段提高铸钢件屈服强度的提高铸钢件屈服强度的热 处理方法。
[0005] 一种提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法,包括以下步骤: a •将铸钢件加热到880 °C -950 °C的奥氏体化温度,进行保温,保温时间=铸钢件最大壁 厚*保温系数,其中,保温系数为0.5min/mm〜1 • 5min/mm,以使铸件内部透热且组织转变完 全; b.将奥氏体化的铸钢件出炉,采用风冷+水雾冷却或者自来水淬火或者聚合物淬火的 方式,对铸钢件进彳丁迅速冷却,铸钢件冷却速度达到30 °C/min〜120 °C/min,至铸钢件冷却 至300°C以下,然后采用空冷方式自然冷却至室温; c •将冷却后的铸钢件升温回火至58(TC-65(TC,进行保温,保温时间=铸钢件最大壁厚* 保温系数,其中,保温系数为0.5min/mm〜1.5min/mm,以使铸件内部透热且组织转变完全; 所述铸钢件的化学成分及各成分元素所占质量百分比如下:C%=0.12〜0.35、Si%=0.20 〜1.0、Mn%=0.5 〜1.8、P%彡0.035、3%彡0.035、0%彡2_20、14〇%彡1.20、附%彡0.50,其余为卩6 和不可避免的杂质元素。
[0006]通过利用高温快速冷却和合理的缩短淬火和回火的保温时间,有效地提高了铸件 的屈服强度60%〜100%,同时使铸件抗拉强度也提高了40%-80%。采用本发明的方法,即避免 了通过增加化学元素及含量的方式提高屈服强度而使冶炼成本增加,同时又提高了热处理 效率,缩短了生产周期,节约了热处理成本。
具体实施方式
[0007] 为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例的技术方案,下面将结合实施例做进一步的说 明。
[0008] 本发明实施例提供了一种提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法,包括以下步骤: a•将铸钢件加热到880°C-950°C的奥氏体化温度,进行保温,保温时间=铸钢件最大壁 厚*保温系数,其中,保温系数为0 • 5min/mm〜1 • 5min/mm,以使铸件内部透热且组织转变完 全;比较于现有技术,降低了保温系数,相当于缩短了铸钢件的保温时间,从而降低材料晶 粒组织在正火高温粗化的程度,使铸件组织中晶粒比原来工艺下的晶粒变小,从而提高了 屈服强度。
[0009] b •将奥氏体化的铸钢件出炉,采用风冷+水雾冷却或者自来水淬火或者聚合物淬 火的方式,对铸钢件进行迅速冷却,铸钢件冷却速度达到3〇°C/min〜120°C/min,至铸钢件 冷却至300°C以下,然后采用空冷方式自然冷却至室温;比较于常规正火后冷却的工艺,此 处的冷却速度较快,使材料基体组织硬度及强度提高。
[0010] C•将冷却后的铸钢件升温回火至580°c-650°c,进行保温,保温时间=铸钢件最大 壁厚*保温系数,其中,保温系数为〇.5min/mm〜1.5minAnm,以使铸件内部透热且组织转变 完全;比较于原有工艺,降低了保温系数,回火时间缩短,在保证塑韧性的情况下,可以降低 材料组织分解软化的程度,从而保证材料屈服强度不至于大幅的降低,进而提高屈服强度。 [0011]所述铸钢件的化学成分及各成分元素所占质量百分比如下:C%=0.12〜0.35、Si%= 0.20〜1_0、1^%=0_5〜1_8、?%彡0_035、8%彡0.035、0%彡2.20、1|1〇%彡1.20、呢%彡0_50,其余 为Fe和不可避免的杂质元素。对于该成分的铸钢件,采用上述的热处理方法后,经过检测, 屈服强度Rp〇.2为550MPa -600MPa。
[0012] 进一步,所述铸钢件的化学成分及各成分元素所占质量百分比如下:C%=0.15、Si% =0 • 30、Mn%=0 • 8、P%=0 • 03、S%=0 • O3、Cr%=2 • 0、Mo%=l • 1、Ni%=0 • 3,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂 质元素。对于这种成分的铸钢件,采用上述的热处理方法后,经过检测,屈服强度RpO.2为 560MPa -585MPa〇
[0013] 进一步,所述铸钢件的化学成分及各成分元素所占质量百分比如下:C%=0.20、Si% =0 • 75、Mn%=0 • 45、P%F〇 • 02、S%=0 • 018、Cr%=l • 8、M〇%=0 • 6、Ni%=0 • 2,其余为Fe和不可避免的 杂质元素。对于这种成分的铸钢件,采用上述的热处理方法后,经过检测,屈服强度RpO. 2为 592MPa〇
[0014] 进一步,在步骤a中,将铸钢件加热到890°C的奥氏体化温度,进行保温,保温时间= 铸钢件最大壁厚*保温系数,其中,保温系数为〇 • Smin/mm,以使铸件内部透热且组织转变完 全。
[0015] 进一步,在步骤b中,铸钢件冷却速度达到80°C/min〜120°C/min。
[0016] 进一步,在步骤b中,铸钢件冷却速度达到110°C/min。
[0017] 进一步,在步骤C中,将冷却后的铸钢件升温回火至630°C,进行保温,保温时间=铸 钢件最大壁厚*保温系数,其中,保温系数为〇 • Smin/mm,以使铸件内部透热且组织转变完 全。
[0018]本发明实施例方法中的步骤可以根据实际需要进行顺序调整、合并和删减。

Claims (7)
1.一种提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: a•将铸钢件加热到8S(TC-9f5(TC的奥氏体化温度,进行保温,保温时间=铸钢件最大壁 厚*保温系数,其中,保温系数为0 • 5min/mm〜1.5min/mm,以使铸件内部透热且组织转变完 全; b•将奥氏体化的铸钢件出炉,采用风冷+水雾冷却或者自来水淬火或者聚合物淬火的 方式,对铸钢件进行迅速冷却,铸钢件冷却速度达到3〇°C/min〜12(TC/min,至铸钢件冷却 至300°C以下,然后采用空冷方式自然冷却至室温; c •将冷却后的铸钢件升温回火至58〇°C-650°C,进行保温,保温时间=铸钢件最大壁厚* 保温系数,其中,保温系数为0.5min/mm〜1 • 5min/mm,以使铸件内部透热且组织转变完全; 所述铸钢件的化学成分及各成分元素所占质量百分比如下:C%=0.12〜0.35、Si%=0.20 〜1.0、Mn%=0.5〜1_8、P%彡 0_035、8%彡0_035、(>%彡2.20、1^〇%彡1.20、附%彡0.50,其余为卩6 和不可避免的杂质元素。
2.如权利要求1所述的提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法,其特征在于:所述铸钢件的 化学成分及各成分元素所占质量百分比如下:C%=0 • 15、Si%=0.30、Mn%=0.8、P%=0.03、S%= 0.03、Cr%=2.0、Mo%=l • 1、Ni%=0 • 3,其余为Fe和不可避免的杂质元素。
3.如权利要求1所述的提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法,其特征在于:所述铸钢件的 化学成分及各成分元素所占质量百分比如下:C%=0.20、S i %=0.75、Mn%=0.45、P%=0.02、S%= 0.018、0%=1_8、^1〇%=0.6、犯%=0.2,其余为?6和不可避免的杂质元素。
4.如权利要求1所述的提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法,其特征在于:在步骤a中,将 铸钢件加热到890°C的奥氏体化温度,进行保温,保温时间=铸钢件最大壁厚*保温系数,其 中,保温系数为0.8min/mm,以使铸件内部透热且组织转变完全。
5.如权利要求1所述的提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法,其特征在于:在步骤b中,铸 钢件冷却速度达到80 °C/min〜120 °C/min。
6.如权利要求5所述的提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法,其特征在于:在步骤b中,铸 钢件冷却速度达到110°C/min。
7.如权利要求1所述的提高铸钢件屈服强度的热处理方法,其特征在于:在步骤c中,将 冷却后的铸钢件升温回火至630°C,进行保温,保温时间=铸钢件最大壁厚*保温系数,其中, 保温系数为〇.8min/mm,以使铸件内部透热且组织转变完全。
