Abstract
一种物料循环搅拌混合装置,包括搅拌壳体、传动装置、机架和转轴,所述传动装置通过机架固定在搅拌壳体顶端,传动装置与位于搅拌壳体内部的转轴相连接;所述转轴上设置有螺旋提升叶片,所述螺旋提升叶片外部设置有提升壳体,所述提升壳体内部为中空,且上端开口、下端闭合,提升壳体下端通过联轴器与位于搅拌壳体下方的电机相连接,所述提升壳体与搅拌壳体接触处设有密封圈,提升壳体的下部设有出入口;所述提升壳体上部的外侧壁上设有搅拌装置。本发明的有益效果是结构设计合理,能够对物料进行强制循环,解决了底部物料混合不均匀的问题,使得物料的搅拌混合效果更好。

本申请为申请号2015109170619、申请日2015年12月10日、发明名称“一种物料循环搅拌混合装置”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及搅拌混合技术领域,具体涉及一种物料循环搅拌混合装置。
背景技术
搅拌混合是指将几种待混合物料进入到搅拌桶内,然后在搅拌装置的作用下进行搅拌混合,以得到使用的目的。其要求是各种物料之间应混合均匀。搅拌混合装置广泛应用于饲料生产、农药和化工等领域,搅拌混合装置发挥着重要作用。
在现有技术中的搅拌混合装置,大部分都是利用搅拌叶片来对物料进行搅拌混合,其缺点在于单纯地靠搅拌叶片工作,其搅拌混合效果较差,且对搅拌叶片的工作压力也较大;此外,物料在搅拌时缺少流动性,特别是固体物料,导致位于底部的物料很难得到充分混合,这在一定程度上降低了搅拌混合效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种物料循环搅拌混合装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种物料循环搅拌混合装置,包括搅拌壳体、传动装置、机架和转轴,所述传动装置通过机架固定在搅拌壳体顶端,传动装置与位于搅拌壳体内部的转轴相连接;所述转轴上设置有螺旋提升叶片,所述螺旋提升叶片外部设置有提升壳体,所述提升壳体内部为中空,且上端开口、下端闭合,提升壳体下端通过联轴器与位于搅拌壳体下方的电机相连接,所述提升壳体与搅拌壳体接触处设有密封圈,提升壳体的下部设有出入口;所述提升壳体上部的外侧壁上设有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括框体、主动齿轮、从动齿轮以及固定轴,所述框体的外侧壁与搅拌壳体的内侧壁固定连接,框体中间设置开设有通孔,提升壳体穿过通孔设置,所述框体中心安装有主动齿轮,主动齿轮穿过提升壳体且与提升壳体固定连接,所述主动齿轮与框体之间固定设有两个定位环,所述主动齿轮两侧对称设有从动齿轮,从动齿轮中心均安装有固定轴,所述固定轴延伸至框体外侧,固定轴上均匀安装有一级搅拌叶片;所述从动齿轮下方设置有轴套,所述轴套安装在固定轴上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述传动装置包括变频电机、减速机和轴承盒,变频电机与减速机连接,减速机固定在机架上,减速机通过轴承盒与转轴连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述搅拌壳体顶部设有进料口。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述搅拌壳体上部的内侧壁和提升壳体上部的外侧壁上设有二级搅拌叶片。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述一级搅拌叶片和二级搅拌叶片交错设置。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述搅拌壳体的底部设有导向板。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述电机固定在搅拌壳体下方的安装壳体内。
本发明的有益效果是结构设计合理,能够对物料进行强制循环,解决了底部物料混合不均匀的问题,使得物料的搅拌混合效果更好。

请参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例中,一种物料循环搅拌混合装置,包括搅拌壳体15、传动装置、机架3和转轴5,所述传动装置通过机架3固定在搅拌壳体15顶端,传动装置与位于搅拌壳体15内部的转轴5相连接;
所述转轴5上设置有螺旋提升叶片8,所述螺旋提升叶片8外部设置有提升壳体7,所述提升壳体7内部为中空,且上端开口、下端闭合,提升壳体7下端通过联轴器12与位于搅拌壳体15下方的电机13相连接,所述提升壳体7与搅拌壳体15接触处设有密封圈11,提升壳体7的下部设有出入口9,螺旋提升叶片8将位于提升壳体7底部的物料提升上去重新进行搅拌混合,强制物料进行循环,有效解决了底部物料混合不均匀的问题。
所述提升壳体7上部的外侧壁上设有搅拌装置6,所述搅拌装置6包括框体601、主动齿轮608、从动齿轮602以及固定轴604,所述框体601的外侧壁与搅拌壳体15的内侧壁固定连接,框体601中间设置开设有通孔607,提升壳体7穿过通孔607设置,所述框体601中心安装有主动齿轮608,主动齿轮608穿过提升壳体7且与提升壳体7固定连接,所述主动齿轮608与框体601之间固定设有两个定位环609,所述主动齿轮608两侧对称设有从动齿轮602,从动齿轮602中心均安装有固定轴604,所述固定轴604延伸至框体601外侧,固定轴604上均匀安装有一级搅拌叶片605;所述从动齿轮602下方设置有轴套603,所述轴套603安装在固定轴604上,电机13带动提升壳体7转动,与提升壳体7外侧壁固定设置的主动齿轮608转动,从而带动从动齿轮602转动,进而使得一级搅拌叶片605转动对物料进行搅拌混合。
所述传动装置包括变频电机1、减速机2和轴承盒4,变频电机1与减速机2连接,减速机2固定在机架3上,减速机2通过轴承盒4与转轴5连接。
所述搅拌壳体15顶部设有进料口16。
所述搅拌壳体15上部的内侧壁和提升壳体7上部的外侧壁上设有二级搅拌叶片606。
所述一级搅拌叶片605和二级搅拌叶片606交错设置,加强了物料之间的混合效果。
所述搅拌壳体15的底部设有导向板10,用于将物料导向提升壳体7的底部。
所述电机13固定在搅拌壳体15下方的安装壳体14内。
本发明的工作过程是:工作时,将物料从进料口16处加入,启动变频电机1和电机13,使变频电机1和电机13的转动方向相反,电机13带动提升壳体7转动,与提升壳体7外侧壁固定设置的主动齿轮608转动,从而带动从动齿轮602转动,进而使得一级搅拌叶片605转动对物料进行搅拌混合;物料在经过搅拌装置6的搅拌后落到搅拌壳体15的底部,在导向板10的作用下,物料通过出入口9进入到提升壳体7的底部,物料在螺旋提升叶片8的作用下被提升到提升壳体7的顶部,然后再次落入到搅拌装置6的上方进行再次的搅拌混合,螺旋提升叶片8强制物料进行循环,有效解决了底部物料混合不均匀的问题。

1.一种物料循环搅拌混合装置,包括搅拌壳体、传动装置、机架和转轴,其特征在于,所述传动装置通过机架固定在搅拌壳体顶端,传动装置与位于搅拌壳体内部的转轴相连接;所述转轴上设置有螺旋提升叶片,所述螺旋提升叶片外部设置有提升壳体,所述提升壳体内部为中空,且上端开口、下端闭合,提升壳体下端通过联轴器与位于搅拌壳体下方的电机相连接,所述提升壳体与搅拌壳体接触处设有密封圈,提升壳体的下部设有出入口;所述提升壳体上部的外侧壁上设有搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置包括框体、主动齿轮、从动齿轮以及固定轴,所述框体的外侧壁与搅拌壳体的内侧壁固定连接,框体中间设置开设有通孔,提升壳体穿过通孔设置,所述框体中心安装有主动齿轮,主动齿轮穿过提升壳体且与提升壳体固定连接,所述主动齿轮与框体之间固定设有两个定位环,所述主动齿轮两侧对称设有从动齿轮,从动齿轮中心均安装有固定轴,所述固定轴延伸至框体外侧,固定轴上均匀安装有一级搅拌叶片;所述从动齿轮下方设置有轴套,所述轴套安装在固定轴上;所述搅拌壳体上部的内侧壁和提升壳体上部的外侧壁上设有二级搅拌叶片;所述传动装置包括变频电机、减速机和轴承盒,变频电机与减速机连接,减速机固定在机架上,减速机通过轴承盒与转轴连接;所述电机固定在搅拌壳体下方的安装壳体内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种物料循环搅拌混合装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌壳体顶部设有进料口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种物料循环搅拌混合装置,其特征在于,所述一级搅拌叶片和二级搅拌叶片交错设置。
