一种物料循环搅拌混合装置,包括搅拌壳体、传动装置、机架和转轴,所述传动装置通过机架固定在搅拌壳体顶端,传动装置与位于搅拌壳体内部的转轴相连接;所述转轴上设置有螺旋提升叶片,所述螺旋提升叶片外部设置有提升壳体,所述提升壳体内部为中空,且上端开口、下端闭合,提升壳体下端通过联轴器与位于搅拌壳体下方的电机相连接,所述提升壳体与搅拌壳体接触处设有密封圈,提升壳体的下部设有出入口;所述提升壳体上部的外侧壁上设有搅拌装置。本发明的有益效果是结构设计合理,能够对物料进行强制循环,解决了底部物料混合不均匀的问题,使得物料的搅拌混合效果更好。

[0003]搅拌混合是指将几种待混合物料进入到搅拌桶内,然后在搅拌装置的作用下进行 揽摔'?比n ’以侍到使用的目的。其要求是各种物料之间应混合均勾。揽泮混合装置广泛应用 于饲料生产、农药和化工等领域,搅拌混合装置发挥着重要作用。
[0004]在现有技术中的搅拌混合装置,大部分都是利用搅拌叶片来对物料进行搅拌混 合,其缺点在于单纯地靠搅拌叶片工作,其搅拌混合效果较差,且对搅拌叶片的工作压力也 较大;此外,物料在搅拌时缺少流动性,特别是固体物料,导致位于底部的物料很难得到充 分混合,这在一定程度上降低了搅拌混合效果。

[0029]本发明的工作过程是:工作时,将物料从进料口 16处加入,启动变频电机1和电机 I3,使变频电机1和电机I3的转动方向相反,电机13带动提升壳体7转动,与提升壳体7外侧 壁固定设置的主动齿轮608转动,从而带动从动齿轮602转动,进而使得一级搅拌叶片6〇5转 动对物料进行搅拌混合;物料在经过搅拌装置6的搅拌后落到搅拌壳体15的底部,在导向板 10的作用下,物料通过出入口 9进入到提升壳体7的底部,物料在螺旋提升叶片8的作用下被 提升到提升壳体7的顶部,然后再次落入到搅拌装置6的上方进行再次的搅拌混合,螺旋提 升叶片8强制物料进行循环,有效解决了底部物料混合不均匀的问题。
