Abstract
The invention relates to a self-adjusting scraper type backflushing filter for an ocean nuclear power platform, which comprises a cylinder body, wherein the upper part, the lower part and the bottom of the cylinder body are respectively provided with an output port, an input port and a sewage discharge port. The invention has the advantages of small top space, low operation noise, good fitting performance, capability of avoiding excessive abrasion, prolonged service life of the filter, convenient maintenance, simplicity, rapidness, time saving and material saving.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a filter, in particular to a self-adjusting scraper type backwashing filter for an ocean nuclear power platform.
Background
The ocean nuclear power platform is the combination of marine engineering of ships and civil nuclear power technology, and adopts a mooring ship type to supply power and water on the sea for the department. The marine nuclear power platform comprises an oil lubricating system, an oil adjusting system, a circulating water system, a sewage discharging system and the like. The abrasion of a lubricating oil system can generate powder, and the working of the lubricating oil at high temperature can cause part of oil to crack, deteriorate and separate out colloidal substances. Impurities in the lubricating oil affect the lubricating effect, reduce the flow performance, and have adverse effects on the oil transfer pump and the action equipment. Suspended matters are generated in the water circulation process of the circulating water system and brought into marine organisms, so that the problems of corrosion, blockage, marine organism adhesion and the like are caused to circulating water system equipment. The suspended matters carried by the sewage will have adverse effects on the purification treatment efficiency and the service life of the subsequent purification treatment device. The above problems are often solved by arranging self-cleaning filters in corresponding systems, and the existing self-cleaning filters mainly have four types, namely a dirt suction type, a brush type, a rotating arm type and a scraping disc type, wherein the scraping disc type self-cleaning filter is thoroughly cleaned compared with other types, but the lifting rod type structure of the self-cleaning filter has great requirements on the head space of the filter. In addition, the generated noise is large; the scraper, the scraping blade and the scraper with fixed sizes easily wear the filter screen; when the filter screen is changed in the maintenance, need dismantle whole filter. And the space of the marine nuclear power platform is limited, and the equipment is required to be compactly arranged and has stronger maintenance guarantee. Therefore, it is necessary to design a self-adjusting scraper-type backwashing filter for an ocean nuclear power platform, which has small headspace, low operating noise and convenient maintenance.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the self-adjusting scraper type backwashing filter for the marine nuclear power platform comprises a cylinder body and an upper sealing cover matched with the top end of the cylinder body, wherein an output port, an input port and a sewage discharge port are respectively formed in the upper part, the lower part and the bottom of the cylinder body, the self-adjusting scraper type backwashing filter is characterized in that a maintenance door is formed on the cylinder body, a rotatable filter screen frame is arranged in the cylinder body, the periphery of the filter screen frame is connected with a detachable filter screen plate, the filter screen plate and the filter screen frame jointly form a prismatic filter screen, a threaded rod which is coaxially arranged with the cylinder body and can rotate around the axis is arranged in the cylinder body, more than one self-adjusting scraper with the shape corresponding to the filter screen is arranged in the cylinder body, the self-adjusting scraper comprises a rotary block, spokes, a spring and a scraper bar, one end of each spoke is fixed on the rotary block, a sliding groove is formed in the overhanging end of each spoke, a positioning pin is arranged on the scraper bar, the scraper bar is matched with the sliding groove through the positioning pin, two ends of the spring are respectively connected with the rotary block and the scraper bar, the rotary block is sleeved on the threaded rod and is in spiral fit with the threaded rod, the scraping strip is matched with the inner wall of the filter screen plate, the upper sealing cover is provided with a driving device, the upper end of the threaded rod penetrates through the upper sealing cover and is connected with the driving device, the output port is provided with a water outlet pressure gauge, and the input port is provided with a water inlet pressure gauge.
Furthermore, two self-adjusting scrapers with the shapes corresponding to the filter screen are arranged in the cylinder, and the distance between the two self-adjusting scrapers is 40% -45% of the height of the filter screen.

When the invention works, the sewage draining port is closed, and liquid is input from the input port, filtered by the filter screen and then output from the output port. When filter residues are accumulated, the difference between the water inlet pressure and the water outlet pressure exceeds a set value, and the filter starts self-cleaning: the drain is opened, the input port is closed, liquid is input from the output port for backwashing, the threaded rod starts to rotate, the self-adjusting scraper plate moves back and forth along the axis direction of the threaded rod, filter residues on the filter screen plate are scraped, and the filter residues are discharged through the drain.
When the invention needs maintenance, the maintenance door can be opened, the filter screen frame can be rotated, and the damaged filter screen plate device can be replaced.
The invention adopts the screw-fit transmission mode of the threaded rod and the self-adjusting scraper to realize the up-and-down reciprocating linear motion of the self-adjusting scraper, thereby not only effectively reducing the top space of the filter, but also having low running noise. The scraping strip of the invention adopts the spring to be connected with the rotary block, can realize the micro adjustment of the size to adapt to the manufacturing error and the use deformation of the filter screen and the scraping strip, improve the adherence, avoid the excessive abrasion, avoid the influence on the cleaning efficiency due to the large clearance and prolong the service life of the filter. When needing the maintenance, can open the maintenance door, rotatory screen frame is changed certain damaged filter screen board, and is simple swift, material saving.

The self-adjusting scraper type backwashing filter for the marine nuclear power platform comprises a cylinder body 1 and an upper sealing cover 2 matched with the top end of the cylinder body 1, wherein the upper part, the lower part and the bottom of the cylinder body 1 are respectively provided with an output port 1.1, an input port 1.2 and a sewage discharge port 1.3, the cylinder body 1 is provided with a maintenance door 3, the cylinder body 1 is internally provided with a rotatable filter screen frame 4.1, the periphery of the filter screen frame 4.1 is connected with a detachable filter screen plate 4.2, the filter screen plate 4.2 and the filter screen frame 4.1 jointly form a prismatic filter screen 4, the cylinder body 1 is internally provided with a threaded rod 5 which is coaxially arranged with the cylinder body 1 and can rotate around the axial line, the cylinder body 1 is internally provided with more than one self-adjusting scraper 6 with the shape corresponding to the filter screen 4, the self-adjusting scraper 6 comprises a rotary block 6.1, spokes 6.2, a spring 6.3 and a scraper 6.4, one end of each spoke 6.2 is fixed on the rotary block 6.1, the overhanging end of each spoke 6.2 is provided with a chute 6.1, the scraping strip 6.4 is connected with the spoke 6.2 through the matching of the positioning pin 6.4.1 and the sliding groove 6.2.1, the two ends of the spring 6.3 are respectively connected with the rotary block 6.1 and the scraping strip 6.4, the rotary block 6.1 is sleeved on the threaded rod 5 and is in spiral fit with the threaded rod 5, the scraping strip 6.4 is matched with the inner wall of the filter screen plate 4.2, the upper sealing cover 2 is provided with the driving device 7, the upper end of the threaded rod 5 penetrates through the upper sealing cover 2 and is connected with the driving device 7, the output port 1.1 is provided with the water outlet pressure gauge 1.1.1, and the input port 1.2 is provided with the water inlet pressure gauge 1.2.1.
