Description

Cultivation method of aquilaria sinensis nursery stock
The application is a divisional application of the invention with the application date of 2015, 08 th and application number of 2015104815491 entitled cultivation method of aquilaria sinensis seedlings.
Technical Field
The application still relates to a cultivation method of precious tree species nursery stocks. More particularly, relates to a cultivation method of aquilaria sinensis nursery stocks.
Background
Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum is dried wood part of trees such as Aquilaria sinensis (lour.) Gilg or lignum Aquilariae Resinatum of Thymelaeaceae, and is a wood, perfume and Chinese medicinal material. When the tree center part of the agarwood plant is stimulated by trauma or fungal infection, a large amount of resin with strong fragrance can be secreted. These parts are also called "aquilaria wood" because of their high density. In many parts of the world, agarwood is a precious spice used as burning incense, extracting spices, adding to wine, or directly engraved into decorations. After the agarwood begins to produce fragrance due to the disease, the agarwood can undergo a long growth period, at least from several years to ten years are needed, but a piece of high-quality agarwood can be formed for decades or even hundreds of years, so that the yield is extremely low, and the market supply is not sufficient.
The seeds of the common aquilaria sinensis trees are difficult to propagate and germinate, the aquilaria sinensis trees are transplanted after nursery optimized cultivation is needed for planting, seed selection needs to be carried out on mother trees for more than 5-15 years, the yield of the aquilaria sinensis trees is limited indirectly, seedlings of the aquilaria sinensis trees are cultivated through cuttage, 60 days are needed from cuttage to rooting and seedling formation, the seedlings can grow completely under full light, the survival rate of the artificially cultivated cuttage is low, and the highest survival rate reaches 80%.
The fragrance yield of the aquilaria sinensis trees is different from the variety of the aquilaria sinensis trees, and is related to planted soil and transplanted aquilaria sinensis tree seedlings, so that the high-quality aquilaria sinensis tree seedlings have wide market prospects.
