Abstract
一种用于电线电缆制备的双层共挤机头,包括机头座、内模芯、内模芯座、模套、模套座,所述的机头座上方设有外层胶进料口和内层胶进料口;带有锥形头部的内模芯通过与安装在机头座内的内模芯座固定连接、而安置在机头座的出料口端,并在所述出料口端的机头座内侧安装有与内模芯处于同一中心线上的模套;并使模套与内模芯之间形成有斜置的、前后相邻布置的内皮层通道和外皮层通道,并构成双层共挤出口成型模,其中所述内皮层通道与所述内层胶进料口连通,外皮层通道与所述外层胶进料口连通;它具有结构简单,使用操作方便,制作成本低,复合效果好,工作效率高等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种用于电线电缆制备的双层共挤机头,属于电缆制备技术领域。
背景技术
目前所使用的电线电缆大都是采用双层及以上的复合式绝缘结构,挤出方式一般为1+1或双层共挤;其中所述双层共挤机头的挤出模具主要为挤压式。由于现有的双层复合式绝缘电线电缆需至少内、外两层绝缘且相互紧密结合;1+1 的挤出方法是先挤出内绝缘,然后再挤出外绝缘,这样的挤出方式会使双层绝缘结合不紧密并且可能有杂质掺入而影响电缆绝缘的性能;因此国内现在以采用双层共挤形式将绝缘材料挤出为多;但现有的双层共挤机头结构相对复杂,制作效果差,成本高,因而在推广应用上受到一定阻力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单,使用操作方便,制作成本低,复合效果好,工作效率高的用于电线电缆制备的双层共挤机头。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种用于电线电缆制备的双层共挤机头,包括机头座、内模芯、内模芯座、模套、模套座,所述的机头座上方设有外层胶进料口和内层胶进料口;带有锥形头部的内模芯通过与安装在机头座内的内模芯座固定连接、而安置在机头座的出料口端,并在所述出料口端的机头座内侧安装有与内模芯处于同一中心线上的模套;并使模套与内模芯之间形成有斜置的、前后相邻布置的内皮层通道和外皮层通道,并构成双层共挤出口成型模,其中所述内皮层通道与所述内层胶进料口连通,外皮层通道与所述外层胶进料口连通。
作为优选:所述的内模芯锥端部导体出口内缩于模套内孔的内侧布置,两者之间分别通过一锥形隔套构成相邻的内皮层通道的注料口和外皮层通道的注料口,所述内模芯座为管状并通过螺纹可调地旋接在同样为管状的机头座内;所述的模套也通过螺纹可调地旋接在机头座出料口端部的内孔中或通过模套座安装在机头座出模口端部的内孔中。
本发明具有结构简单,使用操作方便,制作成本低,复合效果好,工作效率高等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种用于电线电缆制备的双层共挤机头,包括机头座1、内模芯2、内模芯座3、模套4、模套座5,所述的机头座1 上方设有外层胶进料口6和内层胶进料口7;带有锥形头部的内模芯2通过与安装在机头座1内的内模芯座固定连接、而安置在机头座1的出模口端,并在所述出料口端的机头座1内侧安装有与内模芯处于同一中心线上的模套4;并使模套4与内模芯2之间形成有斜置的、前后相邻布置的内皮层通道和外皮层通道,并构成双层共挤出口成型模,其中所述内皮层通道与所述内层胶进料口7连通,外皮层通道与所述外层胶进料口6连通。
图中所示,所述的内模芯2锥端部导体出口内缩于模套4内孔的内侧布置,两者之间分别通过一锥形隔套8构成相邻的内皮层通道的注料口9和外皮层通道的注料口10,所述内模芯座3为管状并通过螺纹可调地旋接在同样为管状的机头座1内;所述的模套4也通过螺纹可调地旋接在机头座1出模口12端部的内孔中或通过模套座5安装在机头座出模口11端部的内孔中。
本发明的工作过程是:首先用准备好的导体通过牵引机牵引并穿入内模芯座3、从内模芯一侧的出模口11伸出;然后将内层胶料通过一台挤塑机送到内层胶进料口7中,同时外层胶料也通过另一台挤塑机送到外层胶进料口6中,这是在挤塑机的炉干转动下,分别将两种不同的胶料连续不断地均匀送入内皮层通道和外皮层通道并直达内皮层通道的注料口9和外皮层通道的注料口10,由于内皮层通道的注料口9和外皮层通道的注料口10是一前一后地先后布置,因此,两者挤塑复合过程先后进行,先形成一层内层胶,接着在内层胶外面马上形成一层外层胶,形成双绝缘层并挤包在导体外层面上,随着导体通过一定速度的移动,在其外层面将连续不断地复合上内层胶和外层胶。

1.一种用于电线电缆制备的双层共挤机头,包括机头座(1)、内模芯(2)、内模芯座(3)、模套(4)、模套座(5),其特征在于所述的机头座(1) 上方设有外层胶进料口(6)和内层胶进料口(7);带有锥形头部的内模芯(2)通过与安装在机头座(1)内的内模芯座固定连接、而安置在机头座(1)的出料口端,并在所述出料口端的机头座(1)内侧安装有与内模芯处于同一中心线上的模套(8);并使模套(8)与内模芯(2)之间形成有斜置的、前后相邻布置的内皮层通道和外皮层通道,并构成双层共挤出口成型模,其中所述内皮层通道与所述内层胶进料口(7)连通,外皮层通道与所述外层胶进料口(6)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于电线电缆制备的双层共挤机头,其特征在于所述的内模芯(2)锥端部导体出口内缩于模套(8)内孔的内侧布置,两者之间分别通过一锥形隔套(9)构成相邻的内皮层通道的注料口和外皮层通道的注料口,所述内模芯座(3)为管状并通过螺纹可调地旋接在同样为管状的机头座(1)内;所述的模套也通过螺纹可调地旋接在机头座(1)出料口端部的内孔中或通过模套座(5)安装在机头座出模口(12)端部的内孔中。
