Abstract
本抗癌口服液，它是将中草药生赭石、太子参、生怀山药、天花粉、天冬、鳖甲、赤芍药、桃仁、红花、夏枯草、生黄芪、枸杞子、焦山楂、泽泻、猪苓、龙葵、白英、白芍、焦六曲、三七粉并加水进行蒸煮，浓缩后，其过滤后药液配以蜂蜜均质后消毒杀菌即制成本口服液，有湿化解毒、化瘀理气功能，服用后能增强人体免疫机能，抗拒癌细胞的产生与扩散，适于肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、食道癌、肠癌患者防治服用。
Description
本发明涉及一种以中草药为原料制备的中成药，特别是一种抗癌口服液。
癌症是严重危害人们身体健康的危险病，目前有效治疗的药物不多。当前治癌抗癌药物都在研究从中国的传统中草药中寻求合适的药物及配方用量。大多使用的配方用药种类偏少，对调整人体整个功能配合治疗尚有不足之处，用药药性单一，是较普遍的不足，综合治疗考虑不全。
本发明的目的是提供一种湿化解毒、化瘀理气的增强人体免疫功能抗癌口服液。
本发明的任务是用如下方式实现的：抗癌口服液由下述主要中草药原料加工制成，其活性成分按重量百分比计配比是：生赭石4-6、太子参2-4、生怀山药4-6、天花粉3-4、天冬3-4、鳖甲4-6、赤芍3-4、桃仁3-4、红花3-4、夏枯草4-6、生黄芪9-11、枸杞子9-11、焦山楂9-11、泽泻4-6、猪苓4-6、龙葵4-6、白英4-6、白芍3-4、焦六曲9-11、三七粉0.9-1.1。中草药原料活性成分按重量百分比计配比是：生赭石4.6、太子参3、生怀山药4.6、天花粉3.3、天冬3.3、鳖甲4.6、赤芍3.4、桃仁3.3、红花3.4、夏枯草4.6、生黄芪9.5、枸杞子9.5、焦山楂9.5、泽泻4.7、猪苓4.7、龙葵5、白英5、自芍3.5、焦六曲9.5、三七粉1。所用主要中草药原料用水蒸煮，中草药总用量与水量重量比为1∶(9-11)。主要中草药加水加工制成的药液中，加入蜂蜜，蜂蜜用量是主要中草药原料总重量的1/9至1/11。将中草药原料按规定配比配料后，加入适量的水进行蒸煮，蒸煮压力4-5Kg/cm2，蒸煮时间7-9小时，再进行浓缩，将药液蒸发浓缩至原来药液量的35％-45％，经压力过滤，兑入蜂蜜进行均质后，对药液进行紫外线照射7至9小时灭菌，即制成抗癌口服液。
本发明抗癌口服液采用纯天然中草药、蜂蜜、水等自然界存在原料经加工制成，有湿化解毒、化瘀理气功能，服用本发明抗癌口服液后，能增强人体免疫机能，抗拒癌细胞的产生与扩散，适于肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、食道癌、肠癌患者防治服用。
下面对本发明作进一步详细说明：
本发明实施例所用中草药以它的活性成分按重量百分比计配比是：生赭石4.6、太子参3、生怀山药4.6、天花粉3.3、天冬3.3、鳖甲4.6、赤芍3.4、桃仁3.3、红花3.4、夏枯草4.6、生黄芪9.5、枸杞子9.5、焦山楂9.5、泽泻4.7、猪苓4.7、龙葵5、白英5、自芍3.5、焦六曲9.5、三七粉1。
将中草药原料筛选清洗，再将药材切片或切碎，按比例配料，将配料放进蒸煮锅内同时加入适量的水(如选用10倍中草药原料重量的水)进行蒸煮，蒸煮压力4.5Kg/cm2，蒸煮时间8小时，再将之放进浓缩锅内蒸发浓缩，将药注浓缩至为原液的40％，将浓缩药液经压力过滤，得到的滤液加入适量的蜂蜜(如选用中草药原料重量的十分之一重量的蜂蜜)并进行均质，再将均质后的滤液放至紫外灯照射灭菌，照射灭菌时间为8小时，经灭菌后的药液即为本口服液，经检验合格后即可灌装。
按中医认为癌症一病是由于患者长期情志不舒，心、肝郁气滞、血行不畅、致使瘀血内停所致。瘀血阴滞气机，进一步加剧血瘀，瘀久则湿内停，水瘀互结、阻塞脉络，而成痞块积聚。或因心肝郁化火，或因嗜酒无度，湿热毒邪内生，阻塞脉道，瘀血内停，水毒内生，水瘀互结，痞积而成。
所用中草药原料性能是：赭石生新凉血，镇逆降气，祛痰止呕通便，引瘀下行；太子参、山药培中养胃，防止开破之药损伤肺、脾、胃，用天冬、花粉，其药理实验既有抗癌作用。且能护胃液，以防开破之药其力猛峻；桃仁、红花、鳖甲、赤芍活血化瘀，消肿止痛兼以通络；泽泻、猪苓利水化瘀；生黄芪、枸杞子、蜂蜜益气滋补肺、肝、肾、焦山楂、焦六曲健脾利胃；龙葵、白英清热解毒，凉血利尿。本抗癌口服液以湿化解毒、化瘀理气，治病求本，需调气、化瘀、利水，使瘀血去水湿利而气调积消。

1．一种抗癌口服液，其特征在于它的活性成分由下列按重量百分比计配比的原料制备而成：
生赭石4-6、太子参2-4、生怀山药4-6、天花粉3-4、天冬3-4、鳖甲4-6、赤芍3-4、桃仁3-4、红花3-4、夏枯草4-6、生黄芪9-11、枸杞子9-11、焦山楂9-11、泽泻4-6、猪苓4-6、龙葵4-6、白英4-6、白芍3-4、焦六曲9-11、三七粉0.9-1.1。
2．一种根据权利要求1所述的抗癌口服液，其特征在于它的活性成分由下列按重量百分比计配比的原料制备而成：生赭石4.6、太子参3、生怀山药4.6、天花粉3.3、天冬3.3、鳖甲4.6、赤芍3.4、桃仁3.3、红花3.4、夏枯草4.6、生黄芪9.5、枸杞子9.5、焦山楂9.5、泽泻4.7、猪苓4.7、龙葵5、白英5、白芍3.5、焦六曲9.5、三七粉1。
3．一种根据权利要求1所述的抗癌口服液，其特征在于所用主要中草药原料用水蒸煮，中草药总用量与水用量重量比为1∶(9-11)。
4．一种根据权利要求1或3所述的抗癌口服液，其特征在于主要中草药加水加工制成的药液中，加入蜂蜜，蜂蜜用量是主要中草药原料总重量的1/9至1/11。
5．一种权利要求1所述抗癌口服液的制备方法，其特征在于将中草药原料按规定配比配料后，加入适量的水进行蒸煮，蒸煮压力4-5Kg/cm2，蒸煮时间7-9小时，再进行浓缩，将药液蒸发浓缩至原来药液量的35％-45％，经压力过滤，兑入蜂蜜进行均质后，对药液进行紫外线照射7至9小时灭菌，即制成抗癌口服液。
