1. A consistency comparison and verification method for reconstruction and extension configuration of a transformer substation based on RCD is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: in the configuration process of the remote transmission point table, SCD and RCD file sections can be generated; after the configuration of the data communication gateway is modified, the data communication gateway is connected with a master station for the first time, and SCD and RCD file sections can be generated;
step two: selecting RCD files of different versions to be compared, and loading SCD files corresponding to the RCD files respectively;
step three: reading the RCD file and classifying the internal data structure of the RCD file;
step four: comparing the RCD files;
step five: obtaining a comparison result, comparing and displaying the files, and forming an analysis report for the obtained comparison result;
the second step comprises the following steps: two versions of RCD files are selected, and names are set respectively as follows: RCD _1 and RCD _2, and loading SCD files of corresponding versions respectively, and setting names: the method comprises the following steps of A.scd and B.scd, wherein RCD files and SCD files of the same profile file are in one-to-one correspondence, namely RCD _1 corresponds to the A.scd file, and RCD _2 corresponds to the B.scd file;
the third step comprises: reading a data structure in the RCD file, classifying according to a fixed structure, and classifying according to basic information and version information of the transformer substation and the channel, merging calculation participation information, merging calculation generated quantity, remote signaling forwarding information, remote sensing forwarding information, remote control forwarding information and remote adjusting forwarding information;
the fourth step and the fifth step comprise the following steps: the data structure is subjected to comparison result display and analysis report, the data structure in the RCD file is read, reading and comparison are respectively carried out according to the basic information, version information, combined signal participation information, combined signal generation amount, remote signaling forwarding information, remote sensing forwarding information, remote control forwarding information and remote regulation forwarding information types of the transformer substation and the channel, if the comparison result is different, classification coloring is carried out, the comparison result is output to the comparison analysis report, and then the comparison is carried out on the existing and same types preferentially;
further comprising: the version information type comparison result display and analysis report compares the SCD and RCD versions of the two files, if the two files are different, the two files are classified and colored, and the comparison result is output to the comparison analysis report;
further comprising: the comparison result display and analysis report of the information category of the merged calculated participation amount is carried out, in RCD _2, for each merged calculation point, the comparison is carried out from the serial number 1 of the merged calculated participation amount, and the IEC61850 path name which is the same as that of RCD _2 is searched from the information category of the merged calculated participation amount of RCD _ 1;

3.2 if the address is not searched, comparing the IEC61850 path name of the signal point which is not searched and matched in the RCD _2 with the corresponding B.scd model file signal address character string, and checking whether the address exists or not;
3.2.1 if the address exists, comparing the signal IEC61850 path name with the corresponding A.scd model file signal address character string, and checking whether the address exists;
3.2.1.1, if the signal point exists, the point is the signal point in the original equipment; after all the participation quantities are successively compared, the number of the signals of the participation quantities of the merging calculation points which are not searched and matched in the RCD _1 is compared, if the number of the RCD _2 signals is the same as that of the RCD _1, the signals are judged to be modified, if the number of the RCD _2 signals is more than that of the RCD _1, the signals are judged to be increased and modified, otherwise, the signals are judged to be deleted and modified, and finally, the matching lines which are not searched and matched are classified and colored, and the comparison result is output to a comparison analysis report;
3.2.1.2 if the point does not exist, indicating that the point is a signal point of the newly added equipment or a newly added point of the original equipment; after all the participation amounts are successively compared, the numbers of the signals which are not searched for and matched are compared, if the RCD _2 signal points are the same as the RCD _1, the signals are judged to be modified, if the RCD _2 signal points are more than the RCD _1, the signals are judged to be increased and modified, otherwise, the signals are judged to be deleted and modified, finally, the lines which are not searched for and matched are classified and colored, and the comparison result is output to a comparison analysis report;
3.2.2 if the signal does not exist, judging that the signal in the RCD _2 file is a deleted equipment signal point or an nonexistent signal, classifying and coloring the signal, and outputting a comparison result to a comparison analysis report.

4.1 if the path name expression is found, judging whether the text description, the local identifier, the alias and the type are the same, if not, classifying and coloring and outputting a comparison result to a comparison analysis report, wherein each path name expression which is found and matched with the IEC61850 path name expression in the RCD _1 cannot be repeatedly found;
4.2 if the matching is not found, comparing the number of the signals which are not found to be matched, if the RCD _2 signal points are the same as the RCD _1, judging the signals to be modified, if the RCD _2 signal points are more than the RCD _1, judging the signals to be increased and modified, otherwise, judging the signals to be deleted and modified, finally, classifying and coloring the lines which are not found to be matched, and outputting the comparison result to a comparison analysis report.

The RCD-based substation rebuilding and expansion configuration consistency comparison checking method according to claim 1, characterized in that: further comprising: firstly, matching alias names of the combined calculation generated quantity in four forwarding information categories of remote signaling forwarding information, remote measuring forwarding information, remote control forwarding information and remote regulating forwarding information respectively, displaying the combined calculation generated quantity category comparison result, namely, classifying and coloring, and outputting the comparison result to a comparison analysis report; searching from the RCD _2 information point number 1, and respectively searching IEC61850 path names which are the same as those of the RCD _2 from the four forwarding information categories of the RCD _ 1;
5.1 if the SCD file is found, judging whether the point numbers are the same, if so, indicating that the signal addresses in the SCD files mapped on the same row in the remote transmission point table are the same, namely, the same signal point is obtained, and the serial numbers of the remote transmission point table are the same; if the IEC61850 path names are the same, the point numbers are different, the point number in the RCD _1 is smaller than the point number in the RCD _2, it is indicated that a signal point in the RCD _2 table has an inserted line, otherwise, it is indicated that a deleted line exists in the RCD _2 table, and finally, the Chinese description, the alias, the type, the polarity, whether the time mark is carried, and the private information attribute are compared, if the two are different, classification coloring is carried out, the comparison result is output to a comparison analysis report, and each path name matched with the IEC61850 path name in the RCD _1 cannot be repeatedly searched;
5.2 if the address is not searched, indicating that the RCD _2 table is modified, comparing the IEC61850 path name of the signal point which is not searched and matched in the RCD _2 with the corresponding B.scd model file signal address character string, and checking whether the address exists or not;
5.2.1 if the address exists, comparing the signal IEC61850 path name with the corresponding A.scd model file signal address character string, and checking whether the address exists;
5.2.1.1, if the signal point exists, the signal point is the signal point in the original equipment, and the next step 5.2.1.3 is carried out;
5.2.1.2 if the point does not exist, indicating that the point is a newly added equipment signal point or an original equipment newly added point, and turning to the next step 5.2.1.3;

5.2.2 if the signal does not exist, judging that the signal in the RCD _2 file is a deleted equipment signal point or an nonexistent signal, classifying and coloring the signal, and outputting a comparison result to a comparison analysis report;
