[0002]目前,企业中生产锂离子电池的废水来源主要为锂电池阳极生产过程中产生的清 洗废水和阴极生产中产生的清洗废水。这些废水中的主要成份为钴酸锂、NMP (甲基吡咯烷 酮)、碳粉等,废水量为3〇m3/d。锂电废水,排放为间歇性,水质变化波动较大。目前,对锂离 子电池生产废水净化一种是成本较高的化学氧化、药剂电解再配合活性炭吸附、反渗透等 技术处理方式,另一种则是与生活污水一起净化。但是与生活污水一起净化则净化周期就 会显著延长,所以处理效率还是比较低。由此可见,如何研宄出一种锂离子电池生产废水处 理装置,能够专门针对锂离子电池生产废水中含有钴酸锂、NMP、碳粉这些主要物质进行净 化处理,从而提高净水效率,降低净化成本,是目前本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。

[0014] 本发明一种锂离子电池生产废水处理装置,与现有技术相比具有以下优点: 首先,该锂离子电池生产废水处理装置中,通过采用有机溶剂将溶于废水中的甲基吡 咯烷酮成功萃取,由于有机溶剂为密度大于水的液体如四氯化碳溶液,所以其萃取完毕后 处于有机物分离池底部,这样通过管道由有机物分离池底部将存萃取液快速转移至蒸馏塔 中,利用有机溶剂沸点小于甲基吡咯烷酮沸点的特点,使两者顺利分离,分离后的有机溶剂 可以再次用于有机物分离池的萃取工作,因为其可以循环利用,所以能够显著节约废水处 理成本。
[0015] 其次,因为有机溶剂不仅可以萃取甲基吡咯烷酮,还可以萃取其他有机小分子,所 以同样可以通过蒸馈塔实现甲基吡咯烷酮与有机小分子的分离。由于主要的有机物已经被 清除,此过程可显著降低废水毒性,并且该过程为后续通过物理吸附进行深度净化提供了 有利的前提条件。

1. 一种锂离子电池生产废水处理装置,其特征在于:包括用于分离废水与废水中甲基 吡咯烷酮的有机物分离池(1),所述有机物分离池(1)底部通过管道连接有蒸馏塔(2),所述 有机物分离池(1)侧壁底部通过管道连接深度净水池(3); 所述有机物分离池(1)包括有机物分离池池体,所述有机物分离池池体侧壁开设有原 始废水入口(1.1),所述有机物分离池池体顶端密封连接池盖,所述池盖顶端开设有用于添 加萃取甲基吡咯烷酮有机溶剂的药剂添加口(1.» ; 所述有机溶剂的密度大于水的密度,且不溶于水;萃取甲基吡咯烷酮后的有机溶剂通 过管道输送至所述蒸馏塔(2)中,所述蒸馏塔(2)包括位于底部的加热罐(2.1)和位于上端 与所述加热罐(2.1)相连通的回流分离塔(2 • 2); 所述深度净水池(3)包括深度净水池池体(3.1),所述深度净水池池体(3.1)内沿其废 水进口至净化水出口方向依次设有用于吸附残余有机物、钴酸锂和碳粉的活性炭过滤板 (3.2) 、第一过滤膜(3.3)、第二过滤膜(3.4)和第三过滤膜(3.5); 所述第一过滤膜(3 • 3)、第二过滤膜(3 • 4)和第三过滤膜(3.5)的孔径依次减小,所述活 性炭过滤板(3 • 2)、第一过滤膜(3.3)、第二过滤膜(3 • 4)和第三过滤膜(3 • 5)的间距依次减 小; 所述管道中安装有流量调节阀,所述管道中溶液的输送动力由电泵提供。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池生产废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述第二过滤膜 (3.4)为超滤膜,所述第三过滤膜(3.5)为纳滤膜。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池生产废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述深度净水池 (3)中设置有反洗装置。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的锂离子电池生产废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述反洗装置包 括反洗水箱(3 • 6)、位于所述反洗水箱(3.6)上端的反洗水排水管(3.7)和位于所述反洗水 箱(3.6)底部与所述净化水出口的接管相连通的反洗进水管(3.8),所述反洗水排水管 (3.7) 和反洗进水管(3 • 8)中安装流量控制阀门。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的锂离子电池生产废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述反洗排水管 (3.7) 包括主管和多个支管,所述支管分别与所述深度净水池池体(3.1)侧壁连通。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池生产废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述回流分离塔 (2.2) 和所述加热罐(2 • 1)侧面设有有机溶剂出口和甲基吡咯烷酮出口。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池生产废水处理装置,其特征在于:用于萃取废水中 甲基吡咯烷酮的所述有机溶剂为四氯化碳。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的锂离子电池生产废水处理装置,其特征在于:所述有机物分离 池(1)侧壁上开设有用于观察液位的透视窗(1.3),所述透视窗(1.3)上通密封胶连接有增 强透明玻璃板。
9. 根据权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的锂离子电池生产废水处理装置,其特征在于:用 于提供废水输送动力的电栗为轴流泵。
