Abstract
本发明公开了一种布置于后保险杠的充电口盒安装结构,包括后保险杠、充电口盒和充电口盒安装支架;所述后保险杠上设有安装口;所述充电口盒安装支架固定在后保险杠上,中部设有容充电口盒穿过的过孔,所述过孔与后保险杠上的安装口对应;所述充电口盒连接在充电口盒安装支架上,且与所述安装口对应配合,所述充电口盒的底部设有充电口,所述充电口与车身内部连接的充电座对应。其能够减少修改的零件数量,缩短开发周期,降低开发成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车充电口,具体涉及一种布置于后保险杠的充电口盒安装结构。
背景技术
目前插电式新能源汽车一般在常规汽油动力汽车基础上修改设计,充电口一般布置在前保险杠,或侧围外板,或行李箱外板上,制造研发时,相应的需要对前保险杠、侧围外板、行李箱的结构做大量修改,影响整车开发进度及制造成本,限制了整车造型的创新。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种布置于后保险杠的充电口盒安装结构,其能够减少修改的零件数量,缩短开发周期,降低开发成本。
本发明所述的布置于后保险杠的充电口盒安装结构,包括后保险杠、充电口盒和充电口盒安装支架;所述后保险杠上设有安装口;所述充电口盒安装支架固定在后保险杠上,中部设有容充电口盒穿过的过孔,所述过孔与后保险杠上的安装口对应;所述充电口盒连接在充电口盒安装支架上,且与所述安装口对应配合,所述充电口盒的底部设有充电口,所述充电口与车身内部连接的充电座对应。
进一步,所述充电口盒端口外周设有多个安装孔;所述充电口盒安装支架外周设有多个片螺母安装座,所述多个片螺母安装座分别与所述多个安装孔一一对应,所述多个片螺母安装座上固定有片螺母,所述充电口盒和充电口盒安装支架通过各安装孔、各片螺母安装座用自攻螺钉、片螺母连接。
进一步,所述充电口盒端口边缘设有多个定位筋。
进一步,所述充电口盒安装支架过孔外周设有设有多个定位孔,所述多个定位孔分别与所述多个定位筋对应配合。
进一步,所述充电口盒安装支架上设置有至少一个充电口盒安装支架焊接面,所述充电口盒安装支架焊接面与所述后保险杠表面贴合焊接固定。通过焊接固定,使得充电口盒安装支架与后保险杠连接更加牢固。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、采用上述结构的充电口盒安装结构,实现了充电口盒在后保险杠上的安装固定,为充电口的布置提供一种新的方案,扩大了整车造型的发挥空间;
2、通过充电口盒安装支架的设置,在设计充电口盒安装结构时,不用大量修改后保险杠的结构,只需在现有后保险杠的基础上开设一个安装口即可,缩短了开发周期,减少了开发成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作详细说明。
参见图1至图3,所示的布置于后保险杠的充电口盒安装结构,包括后保险杠1、充电口盒2和充电口盒安装支架3。所述后保险杠1上设有安装口11。所述充电口盒安装支架3上设置有八处充电口盒安装支架焊接面31,所述充电口盒安装支架焊接面31与所述后保险杠1表面贴合焊接固定;所述充电口盒安装支架3中部设有容充电口盒2穿过的过孔,所述过孔与后保险杠1上的安装口11对应。
所述充电口盒2与所述安装口11对应配合。所述充电口盒2端口外周设有四个安装孔21;所述充电口盒安装支架3外周设有四个片螺母安装座32,所述四个片螺母安装座32分别与所述四个安装孔21一一对应,所述四个片螺母安装座上固定有片螺母。所述充电口盒2和充电口盒安装支架3通过各安装孔21、各片螺母安装座32用自攻螺钉4、片螺母5连接。所述充电口盒2的底部设有充电口23,所述充电口23与车身内部连接的充电座对应。所述充电口盒2端口边缘设有六个定位筋22,所述充电口盒安装支架3过孔外周设有设有六个定位孔,所述六个定位孔分别与所述六个定位筋对应配合,使得安装充电口盒时更好定位。
充电口盒2具体安装时,参见图4至图7,将充电口盒2沿安装口11轴线按压,保证充电口盒2上的定位筋22与充电口盒安装支架3上的定位孔有效对应配合;定位完成后,充电口盒2上的安装孔21与固定在片螺母安装座32上的片螺母5对齐,然后打紧自攻螺钉4,完成充电口盒2在后保险杠1上的装配。

1.一种布置于后保险杠的充电口盒安装结构,其特征在于:包括后保险杠(1)、充电口盒(2)和充电口盒安装支架(3);
所述后保险杠(1)上设有安装口(11);
所述充电口盒安装支架(3)固定在后保险杠(1)上,中部设有容充电口盒(2)穿过的过孔,所述过孔与后保险杠上的安装口(11)对应;
所述充电口盒(2)连接在充电口盒安装支架(3)上,且与所述安装口(11)对应配合,所述充电口盒的底部设有充电口(23),所述充电口与车身内部连接的充电座对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的布置于后保险杠的充电口盒安装结构,其特征在于:所述充电口盒(2)端口外周设有多个安装孔(21);所述充电口盒安装支架(3)外周设有多个片螺母安装座(32),所述多个片螺母安装座分别与所述多个安装孔一一对应,所述多个片螺母安装座上固定有片螺母(4),所述充电口盒(2)和充电口盒安装支架(3)通过各安装孔、各片螺母安装座用自攻螺钉(5)、片螺母连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的布置于后保险杠的充电口盒安装结构,其特征在于:所述充电口盒(2)端口边缘设有多个定位筋(22)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的布置于后保险杠的充电口盒安装结构,其特征在于:所述充电口盒安装支架(3)过孔外周设有设有多个定位孔,所述多个定位孔分别与所述多个定位筋(22)对应配合。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的布置于后保险杠的充电口盒安装结构,其特征在于:所述充电口盒安装支架(3)上设置有至少一个充电口盒安装支架焊接面(31),所述充电口盒安装支架焊接面与所述后保险杠(1)表面贴合焊接固定。
