The water entering the inside of the rotating shaft unit 2 can be discharged in time through the waist hole of the connecting end head 23, so that the water is prevented from being remained in the rotating shaft unit 2 to corrode parts.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the rotating shaft unit 2 further includes: a sealing head 24; sealing tips 24 are inserted into both ends of the first rotary shaft 21. The sealing end 24 can fill the gap between the first rotating shaft 21 and the tail box of the pickup truck, and the whole foldable carriage cover is closely attached to the tail box of the pickup truck, so that the pickup truck is more attractive; at the same time, it is also possible to prevent external rainwater, muddy water, etc. from entering the inside of the pickup truck trunk or the inside of the rotating shaft unit 2 through the gap between the first rotating shaft 21 and the pickup truck trunk.
Referring to fig. 9, in a foldable wagon cover provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a fixing unit includes: a connecting piece, a clamping groove 31 and a sliding block 32; the connecting piece is arranged below the cover plate unit 1, the clamping groove 31 is arranged on the connecting piece, the sliding block 32 slides in the clamping groove 31, the fixed block 33 is fixed in the clamping groove 31, and the sliding block 32 can be inserted into the side turn-up position of the tail box of the pick-up truck; the locking unit 4 is connected to the slider 32. At this time, after the locking unit 4 is held by the hand, the locking unit 4 drives the sliding block 32 to move in the clamping groove 31 by hand force, after the sliding block 32 is inserted into the side edge of the tail box of the pick-up truck and turned up, the fixing unit fixes the cover plate unit 1 at the tail box of the pick-up truck, then the other end of the locking unit 4 is fixed in the fixing block 33, and when vibration is prevented, the locking unit 4 loosens to drive the sliding block 32 to displace; when unlocking, the locking unit 4 is firstly pulled out from the fixing block 33, the locking unit 4 drives the sliding block 32 to displace, the sliding block 32 is separated from the side turning-up position of the tail box of the pickup truck, the cover plate unit 1 is not fixed any more, and at the moment, the cover plate unit 1 can be rolled up, and goods can be taken out and/or placed.
Referring to fig. 11, in the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing unit includes: the clamping groove 31, the front rubber pad 34, the rear rubber pad 35 and the sliding block 32; the clamping groove 31 is arranged below the cover plate unit 1, the front rubber cushion 34 and the rear rubber cushion 35 are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the clamping groove 31, and the front rubber cushion 34 is connected with the side edge turning-up part of the tail box of the pickup truck; the locking unit 4 is connected to the slider 32. The structure of the fixing unit provided in fig. 11 is more attractive in appearance, stable in sliding and even in stress, and the wiping edge of the trunk of the pick-up truck cannot be damaged to turn up, and meanwhile, the locking effect is better during locking.
Referring to fig. 12, in a foldable wagon cover provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a fixing unit includes: the clamping groove 31, the threaded rod and the sliding block 32, wherein the sliding block 32 is a U-shaped block; the clamping groove 31 is arranged below the cover plate unit 1, the threaded rod is respectively connected with the clamping groove 31 and the side edge of the tail box of the pick-up truck, and the U-shaped block is sleeved on the threaded rod; the locking unit 4 is connected with the U-shaped block. The structure of the fixing unit provided in fig. 12 is simple in structure, small in resistance during sliding and good in user experience.
Referring to fig. 10, in the above three fixing units, the fixing of the locking unit 4 after locking is realized by the fixing block 33, so as to prevent the locking unit 4 from falling off when receiving a large shock. In the practical application process, a plurality of spiral threads can be arranged on the inner side surface of the fixed block 33, so that the friction force between the fixed block 33 and the locking unit 4 is increased, and the fixing effect of the fixed block 33 is optimized.
Referring to fig. 13, in a foldable wagon cover provided by an embodiment of the present invention, a locking unit 4 includes: a hook 41, a connecting portion 42, a connecting rod 43, a push rod 44, a handle 45, a T-bolt 46, and a spring 47; the T-bolt 46 is connected to the slider 32, and the link 43 is connected to the connecting portion 42, the hook 41, and the handle 45, respectively. In the locking unit 4, a T-bolt 46 is inserted into the connecting portion 42, the link 43 is connected to the connecting portion 42 and the hook 41 by rivets, and the handle 45 is locked to the link 43 by bolts. In the locking process, the hook 41 is driven by the handle 45 to be moved downwards, the hook 41 moves in the vertical direction at the connecting part 42, and when the hook 41 reaches the locking position, the push rod 44 upwards of the handle 45 is pressed upwards; at this time, the push rod 44 can slide into the positioning hole of the connecting portion 42 under the action of the spring 47, so as to realize locking. When unlocking, push rod 44 on handle 45 is pressed downwards, push rod 44 exhales the locating hole on connecting portion 42, realizes the unblock. In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the locking unit 4 has a self-locking function, has a good locking effect and effectively prevents the handle 45 from loosening.
In summary, the present invention provides a foldable wagon cover, which includes: the device comprises a cover plate unit, a rotating shaft unit, a fixing unit and a locking unit; the adjacent cover plate units are connected through the rotating shaft units, the lower parts of the cover plate units are fixed on the tail box of the pickup truck through the fixing units, and the locking units are connected with the fixing units; the fixing unit is provided with a fixing block, and the locking unit can be inserted into the fixing block. In the technical scheme provided by the invention, the foldable carriage cover is simple in structure, and the cover plate unit can be folded by realizing 180-degree free rotation of the cover plate unit through the rotating shaft unit; meanwhile, the locking unit drives the fixing unit to move at the lower part of the cover plate unit through connection with the fixing unit, separation and/or connection of the fixing unit and a tail box of a pickup truck can be achieved, and the locking unit can be inserted into the fixing block to ensure good locking effect. The foldable carriage cover provided by the invention solves the technical defects of complex structure and insufficient locking force of the carriage cover of the tail box of the pickup truck in the prior art.

Claims (14)

1. A collapsible wagon cover, the collapsible wagon cover comprising: the device comprises a cover plate unit, a rotating shaft unit, a fixing unit and a locking unit;
the adjacent cover plate units are connected through the rotating shaft units, the lower parts of the cover plate units are fixed on the tail box of the pickup truck through the fixing units, and the locking units are connected with the fixing units;
the fixing unit is provided with a fixing block, and the locking unit can be inserted into the fixing block;
the fixing unit includes: the device comprises a clamping groove, a front rubber cushion, a rear rubber cushion and a sliding block;
the clamping groove is arranged below the cover plate unit, the front rubber pad and the rear rubber pad are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the clamping groove, and the front rubber pad is connected with the side turning-up part of the tail box of the pick-up truck;
the locking unit is connected with the sliding block;
the locking unit includes: the device comprises a hook, a connecting part, a connecting rod, a push rod, a handle, a T-shaped bolt and a spring;
the T-shaped bolt is connected with the sliding block, and the connecting rod is respectively connected with the connecting part, the hook and the handle.
2. The foldable wagon cover of claim 1, wherein the cover plate unit comprises: the end head, the cover plate main body and the side rods;
the outer periphery of the joint of the cover plate main body and the tail box of the pickup truck is provided with a side rod, and the joint of the cover plate main body and the top angle of the tail box of the pickup truck is provided with an end head.
3. The foldable wagon cover according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the number of the cover units is three, and the three cover units are respectively: the first cover plate unit, the second cover plate unit and the third cover plate unit;
the second cover plate unit is arranged between the first cover plate unit and the third cover plate unit, the first cover plate unit is connected with the head of the tail box of the pickup truck, and the third cover plate unit is connected with the tail of the tail box of the pickup truck.
4. The foldable wagon cover of claim 3, wherein the longitudinal width of the first deck unit is greater than the longitudinal widths of the third deck unit and the second deck unit.
5. The foldable wagon cover according to claim 1, wherein the rotation shaft unit includes: the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and the connecting end head;
the first rotating shaft is arranged on two sides of the second rotating shaft, the cover plate unit is inserted into the first rotating shaft, and the connecting end is connected with the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft respectively.
6. The foldable wagon cover of claim 5, wherein the spindle unit further comprises: a reinforcing rod;
the reinforcing rod is inserted into the first rotating shaft and connected with the connecting end.
7. The foldable wagon cover according to claim 6, wherein the rotation shaft unit further comprises: a connection joint;
the connecting joint is arranged between the reinforcing rod and the connecting end head.
8. The foldable wagon cover according to claim 1, wherein the rotation shaft unit includes: the device comprises a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft, a first hinge, a second hinge, an aluminum shaft and a connecting end head;
the first rotating shaft is arranged on two sides of the second rotating shaft, the aluminum shaft is embedded into the first hinge, two ends of the aluminum shaft, which extend out of the first hinge, are inserted into the second hinge, and the connecting ends are respectively connected with the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft.

the waterproof glue strip is arranged at the joint of the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft.
11. The foldable wagon cover of any of claims 5 to 9, wherein the connecting head is provided with a waist hole.
12. The foldable wagon cover according to any of claims 5 to 9, wherein the rotation shaft unit further comprises: sealing the end head;
the sealing ends are inserted into two ends of the first rotating shaft.
13. The foldable wagon cover according to claim 1, wherein the fixing unit comprises: the device comprises a connecting sheet, a clamping groove and a sliding block;
the connecting piece is arranged below the cover plate unit, the clamping groove is arranged on the connecting piece, the sliding block slides in the clamping groove, the fixing block is fixed in the clamping groove, and the sliding block can be inserted into a side edge turning-up position of the tail box of the pickup truck;
the locking unit is connected with the sliding block.

the clamping groove is arranged below the cover plate unit, the threaded rod is connected with the clamping groove and the side edge of the tail box of the pick-up truck respectively, and the U-shaped block is sleeved on the threaded rod;
the locking unit is connected with the U-shaped block.
