本发明公开了一种微生物处理有机废弃物专用车及其废物处理方法,包括汽车底盘总成,汽车底盘总成上设有车厢,车厢的一侧设有装卸处理提升机,车厢顶部设有投料口,其特征在于:所述车厢内设有微生物处理槽总成,所述微生物处理槽总成包括槽体,槽体的外表面设有均布有加热装置,槽体的外部还包覆有保温层,槽体内设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴的端部设有叶片,槽体的外壁上固定有电机,电机轴伸入槽体内并控制搅拌轴,槽体的外壁上部设有出风口,槽体的外部设有与出风口连通的废气排放过滤装置,废气排放过滤装置的底部设有循环风机。微生物投入到有机废弃物专用车内,通过微生物将有机废物消化掉,新陈代谢后排出的是废气,该废弃物处理车流动性强,废物收集方便。

微生物处理有机废弃物专用车及其废物处理方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种环保处理设备,尤其是一种微生物处理有机废弃物专用车及其废 物处理方法。
背景技术
[0002] 有机废弃物:是指各酒店、宾馆、食堂、菜市场、农贸市场、生活小区、街道、花丼市 场、草木等有机物的残余料、餐余料、垃圾。
[0003] 目前,有机废弃物的处理方式主要:一、填埋方式。这种方式占用土地,污染环境, 后期修复成本和难度都成问题。二、焚烧处理。高含水率会导致焚烧炉内的燃烧不完全,促 进二恶英的生成;含盐量高,可能会增加产生二恶英的风险,还会提高飞灰中重金属的浸出 率。三、厌氧消化处理技术。此技术适合大型投资和工厂化运行,此技术在国内不成熟,投资 过大。四、微生物生化处理技术。选取自然界生命活力和增殖能力强的高温复合微生物菌 种,在生化处理环境中,对畜禽肉品、过期食品、餐厨垃圾等有机废弃物进行高温高效发酵, 使各种有机物得到完全的降解和转化。由此可见,微生物生化处理是一种非常优质的处理 方式,但是目前由于没有合理的使用设备,导致该技术的发展变得迟滞。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是提供一种微生物处理有机废弃物专用车及其废物处理方法,是通 过安装在合适车辆底盘上的,带有微生物需要的环境提供功能、有机废弃物的初步处理功 能、装卸移动功能等机械组合体,形成能专业处理有机废弃物的专用车辆,通过微生物在专 用车辆实现了有机废弃物资源循环利用、无害化、减量化。
[0005]为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:微生物处理有机废弃物专用车, 包括汽车底盘总成,汽车底盘总成上设有车厢,车厢的一侧设有装卸处理提升机,车厢顶部 设有投料口,其特征在于:所述车厢内设有微生物处理槽总成,所述微生物处理槽总成包括 槽体,槽体的外表面设有均布有加热装置,槽体的外部还包覆有保温层,槽体内设有搅拌 轴,搅拌轴的端部设有叶片,槽体的外壁上固定有电机,电机轴伸入槽体内并控制搅拌轴, 槽体的外壁上部设有出风口,槽体的外部设有与出风口连通的废气排放过滤装置,废气排 放过滤装置的底部设有循环风机。
[0006]对上述技术方案的改进:所述装卸处理提升机包括导轨,导轨上设有提升架,导轨 的上端设有与车厢连接的支架,导轨的底部设有提升架,提升架上设有移动架和挂机,导轨 上设有与提升架连接的传输链条,传输链条通过电机带动。
[0007]对上述技术方案的进一步改进:所述加热装置为硅橡胶加热板或者外接热源循环 加热槽。
[0008]对上述技术方案的再进一步改进:所述投料口的底部设有破料装置,破料装置的 底部通过连接仓连接有脱水装置。
[0009]对上述技术方案的再进一步改进:所述破料装置包括壳体,壳体内设有轴,轴上设 有刀片,所述轴通过联轴器与减速电机连接。
[0010] 对上述技术方案的再进一步改进:所述脱水装置包括壳体,壳体内设有轴,轴上设 有螺旋压缩叶片,轴的两端从壳体内伸出,壳体的一端设有挤压脱水活塞,轴的其中一端与 挤压脱水活塞之间设有弹簧,另一端通过联轴器与减速电机连接,壳体的底部设有废水收 集管道。
[0011] 一种微生物处理有机废弃物专用车的废物处理方法,其步骤如下: 1) 收集物料,将有机废弃物废弃物投入到车厢的投料斗中,接着利用破料装置和脱水 装置对有机废弃物进行预处理,即完成破碎、脱水工作,将预处理完成的有机废弃物排入微 生物处理槽总成内,然后,操作人员检查有机废弃物的收集是否完成当天工作量,如果没有 完成,再继续收集和进行处理,等到收集完成当天的工作量时,车辆进入专业服务区; 2) 启动微生物处理程序,连接车辆与外接能源的对接,启动电脑自动控制微生物生化 处理程序,封闭微生物处理槽总成很快达到微生物需要的生存环境,微生物快速消化有机 废弃物,24小时内减重率达到当天收集的工作量的90%,当微生物处理程序启动后,搅拌电 机带动减速机开始工作,同时,槽体外表面的加热装置开始加热,当预埋在加热装置旁边的 传感器,感应到槽体的温度升至80°C时,加热装置自动停止工作,直至槽体温度降至6(TC 时,加热装置又启动加热,以保证槽体内的微生物处于最适宜的生存温度; 3) 排放代谢物,通过循环风机将新鲜空气通过进风口吸入槽体供微生物呼吸,同时微 生物消化有机废弃物后,在新陈代谢过程中会废气,产生的废气通过循环风机送入废气过 滤装置中,经过滤后的废气能够满足国家大气排放标准,并直接排入大气。
[0012]对上述技术方案的改进:所述步骤3)中,在微生物处理槽的处理过程中,设定的搅 拌电机正转、反转的工作时间分别为8分钟,正转时间完成后搅拌电机停止3分钟,反转时间 完成后搅拌电机停止3分钟,循环风机每5分钟启动一次、每6分钟停止一次。
[0013]有益效果: 使用本发明所述的微生物处理有机废弃物专用车及其废物处理方法,微生物投入到有 机废弃物专用车内,通过微生物将有机废物消化掉,新陈代谢后排出的是废气,该废弃物处 理车流动性强,废物收集方便。它综合利用了微生物生化处理技术和专用车辆的移动、收 集、破碎、脱水功能,达到环境治理无二次污染,有机废弃物处理不挑剔,不占用城市昂贵的 土地资源。使用微生物对有机废弃物进行处理,具有安全性能指标达标、无重化工元素、有 机物肥效指标合格的优点。微生物将有机废弃物新陈代谢后排出的废气,是空气指标满足 国家大气排放指标的。此技术得以推广应用,满足社会环境治理、实现有机废弃物资源循环 利用、无害化、减量化等。
[0014]本发明所述的微生物处理有机废弃物专用车的废物处理方法,能够保证微生物在 适宜的环境温度内进行工作,工作过程中,间隔一定时段对微生物处理槽内的内容物进行 搅拌,避免内容物堆积,影响微生物处理的效果。并且,间隔一段时间进行空气循环。

具体实施方式
[0028]本发明微生物处理有机废弃物专用车及其废物处理方法的具体实施例如下: 如图1 一6所示的本发明微生物处理有机废弃物专用车,包含四大功能总成:合适的二 类汽车底盘总成A1、封闭微生物处理槽总成A2、有机废弃物自动装料总成A3、有机废弃物初 步处理总成A4。
[0029]二类汽车底盘总成A1,有专业厂家提供的二类汽车底盘,其动力可以是燃料类、或 电动。
[0030] 封闭微生物处理槽总成A2,由槽体B1、槽体外表面的硅橡胶加热板或外接热源循 环加热槽B2、槽体外表面的保温层B3、搅拌轴及叶片B4、输出给搅拌轴的电机减速机一体 B5、检修人孔B6,空气及废气的循环风机B7、废气排放的过滤装置B8等组成,此总成功能是 提供微生物生化环境,如温度、氧气、搅拌运动。
[0031]有机废弃物装卸处理总成A3(俗称提升机),由导轨C1、移动架C2、挂架C3、提升架 C4、动力传输链条C5等组成,此总成功能是提供有机废弃物装料。
[0032]有机废弃物预处理总成A4,由破碎壳体D1、破碎轴D2、破碎刀片D3、接料口D4、破碎 壳体与脱水壳体的连接装置D5、脱水壳体D6、螺旋压缩叶片D7、脱水轴D8、脱水弹簧D9、挤压 脱水活塞D10废水收集管道D11等组成,此总成功能是提供有机废弃物的初步处理,如有机 废弃物的大改小(即破碎)提高专用车对处理废弃物的适用宽度,脱水能有效降低车辆在运 行过程中的能源消耗,提高能源效率。
[0033]微生物快速处理流程: 出车之前通过观察口检查是否需要出料(有机废弃物的副产品),如果不需出料,准备 出车。在街道、宾馆、菜市场、有机废弃物的设定固定暂时存放处等地方,利用有机废弃物装 卸处理总成A3(俗称提升机)收集有机废弃物,接着利用有机废弃物预处理总成A4对有机废 弃物进行初步处理,完成破碎、脱水工作,操作人员检查是否完成当天工作量,如果没有完 成再继续收集和初步处理,等到收集完成当天工作量时车辆进入专业服务区,实现外接能 源对接,启动电脑自动控制微生物生化处理程序,封闭微生物处理槽总成A2很快达到微生 物需要的生存环境,微生物快速消化有机废弃物,24小时内减重率达到当天收集的工作量 的 90%。
[0034] 1、封闭微生物处理槽总成工作流程 启动电脑自动控制微生物生化处理程序,搅拌电机带动减速机开始工作,同时,槽体外 表面的硅橡胶加热板或外接热源循环加热B2也开始加热,当预埋在加热板附近的传感器 感应槽体B1的温度升至8(TC,B2自动停止工作,直至B1温度降至6〇°C时,B2又启动加热,以 保证B1内的微生物最适宜的生存温度。
[0035] 通过触摸屏相应参数项(如图9所示),设定搅拌电机正反转工作时间、停止时间, 循环风机B7 (图9设置参数中“鼓风机”即为鼓风机)启动时间、停止时间等。循环风机B7通过 进风口将新鲜空气通过B7吸入槽体B1供微生物呼吸,同时微生物新陈代谢过程中产生的废 气通过B7送入废气过滤装置B8,经过滤后的废气满足国家大气排放标准,并直接排入大气。
[0036] 2、有机废弃物自动装料总成A3(俗称提升机)工作流程 由移动架C2和挂架C3通过销轴连接,再通过移动架C2与提升架C4与导轨C1连接组成挂 桶总成。启动提升按钮,动力通过链条C5运动,再有提升架C4推动挂架C3,从而带动挂桶总 成及桶装有机废弃物,沿着运动导轨C1作提升运动,直至桶装有机废弃物倒进接料口内,如 图10所示。
[0037] 提升阶段当装有有机废弃物的垃圾桶(简称K,下同)推至提升机构并挂在C3时, 启动“提升”按钮,此时C4在链条拉力的作用下,滚轮沿着导轨C1向上运动,通过连接销轴推 动C3滚轮沿着导轨C1也向上运动,从而C3带动K缓慢上升,直至与C2挡板接触并压紧,此时 C2随C3、C4和K 一起提升。如图11所示 倒料阶段当移动架C2上升至导轨终点时,受C1的运动终止挡块的限制,移动架C2的滚 轮不再沿着C1作直线运动,此时K已经被移动架C2的上挡块与C3的挂板牢牢夹紧,以免在倒 料过程中K翻转时掉下;由于C4依然在链条拉力的作用下沿导轨C1向上运动,C3与C4以连接 销轴为中心发生相对转动,C2的滚轮与C3的滚轮同心,在链条拉力垂直分力作用下,以C3的 滚轮为中心做圆周运动,实现翻转并把有机废弃物倒入接料口中。经计算并试验得知,当K 上平面与水平面夹角为40°时,K中有机废弃物己基本倾倒完毕,故此处设计翻转角度为 45°,此时行程开关被触发,电机抱闸,倒料阶段结束,如图12所示。
[0038] 下降阶段卸料完毕,启动“下降”按钮,提升电机抱阐打开,电机开始翻转,C3及K 在重力作用下开始回落,当C2运行至导轨C1的挡块位置时,C2停止,此时,C3、C4f及K在自 身重力作用下依然向下运动,K上平面与C2分开,直至K运动至地面,C3的挂板脱离K,K可以 移走,电机抱闸,下降阶段结束,如图13所示。
[0039] 3、有机废弃物预处理总成A4工作流程 当启动自动装料总成A3时,预处理总成延时15秒自动启动,有机废弃物经接料口D4,再 经由破碎壳体D1、破碎轴D2、破碎刀片D3组成的破碎机体进行破碎,让塑料袋或者大件撕碎 成小件,有助于加速有机废弃物在发酵槽内的分解。
[0040]有机废弃物经粉碎之后,通过破碎壳体与脱水壳体的连接装置D5、再经由脱水壳 体D6、螺旋叶片D7、脱水轴D8、脱水弹簧D9、挤压脱水活塞D10、废水收集槽D11等组成的脱^ 机,此功能是挤压有机废弃物所含的部分水分,以满足微生物对环境湿度的要求。同时提高 能源效率,达到节能降耗的目的。

1. 微生物处理有机废弃物专用车,包括汽车底盘总成,汽车底盘总成上设有车厢,车厢 的一侧设有装卸处理提升机,车厢顶部设有投料口,其特征在于:所述车厢内设有微生物处 理槽总成,所述微生物处理槽总成包括槽体,槽体的外表面设有均布有加热装置,槽体的外 部还包覆有保温层,槽体内设有搅拌轴,搅拌轴的端部设有叶片,槽体的外壁上固定有电 机,电机轴伸入槽体内并控制搅拌轴,槽体的外壁上部设有出风口,槽体的外部设有与出风 口连通的废气排放过滤装置,废气排放过滤装置的底部设有循环风机。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的微生物处理有机废弃物专用车,其特征在于:所述装卸处理提 升机包括导轨,导轨上设有提升架,导轨的上端设有与车厢连接的支架,导轨的底部设有提 升架,提升架上设有移动架和挂机,导轨上设有与提升架连接的传输链条,传输链条通过电 机带动。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的微生物处理有机废弃物专用车,其特征在于:所述加热装 置为硅橡胶加热板或者外接热源循环加热槽。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的微生物处理有机废弃物专用车,其特征在于:所述投料口 的底部设有破料装置,破料装置的底部通过连接仓连接有脱水装置。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的微生物处理有机废弃物专用车,其特征在于:所述破料装置包 括壳体,壳体内设有轴,轴上设有刀片,所述轴通过联轴器与减速电机连接。
6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的微生物处理有机废弃物专用车,其特征在于:所述脱水装 置包括壳体,壳体内设有轴,轴上设有螺旋压缩叶片,轴的两端从壳体内伸出,壳体的一端 设有挤压脱水活塞,轴的其中一端与挤压脱水活塞之间设有弹簧,另一端通过联轴器与减 速电机连接,壳体的底部设有废水收集管道。

8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种微生物处理有机废弃物专用车的废物处理方法,其特征 在于:所述步骤3)中,在微生物处理槽的处理过程中,设定的搅拌电机正转、反转的工作时 间分别为8分钟,正转时间完成后搅拌电机停止3分钟,反转时间完成后搅拌电机停止3分 钟,循环风机每5分钟启动一次、每6分钟停止一次。
