本发明属于苗木培育技术领域,尤其是一种降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法,具体方法如下:(1)木芙蓉扦插条的选择及扦插前的处理;(2)扦插及扦插后的育苗管理;本发明不但能够有效促进扦插条不定根的形成和生长,杀灭扦插条携带的有害菌,抑制有害菌的繁殖和滋生,有效切断病菌的来源,而且有效促进碳水化合物的合成,提高扦插条可溶性糖含量,作为渗透调节物质和防脱水剂,增强其抗寒抗病抗逆性,作为抗氧化剂对扦插条起到一定的防护作用,促进生长素的合成,从而促进不定根的形成和扦插条根茎的粗壮生长,有效杀灭虫卵,抑制幼虫结茧化蛹,提高苗木的质量。

木芙蓉是锦葵科木槿属落叶灌木或小乔木,秋季开花,花大美丽,是重要的观花树种,适宜在公园、庭院、池畔、台阶、路边等处栽植,所以其是园林绿化中的重要绿化树木之一,随着园林绿化产业的高速发展,木芙蓉苗木需求量也越来越大;但是在木芙蓉苗木的培育过程中,其不但病虫害严重,而且生根缓慢、生根量少,严重降低育苗量和育苗品质;因此,发明一种能够有效解决以上问题的木芙蓉的育苗方法是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法,具体方法如下:
(1)木芙蓉扦插条的选择及扦插前的处理
3月中旬,选择一年生生长健壮的木芙蓉枝条作为扦插条,将其修剪成长度为16~17cm,上剪切口斜剪角度为30度、斜剪高度为1.2~1.3cm,下剪切口斜剪角度为35度、斜剪高度为1.5~1.6cm,并在下剪切口上方1.8~1.9cm处环剥高度为0.43~0.45mm的环剥口,将扦插条置入温度为-9~-8℃的冷冻箱内恒温冷冻474~476s,取出,置入温度为112~114℃的蒸制锅内恒温蒸汽处理265~269s,取出,浸没于处理液中浸泡37~39min,取出,在温度为29~30℃、相对湿度为36%~38%的条件下风干至表面无水分,得待扦插木芙蓉扦插条;
所述的处理液,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜龙脷叶18~19份、新鲜白果叶14~15份、新鲜朱砂草10~11份、拳参4.4~4.6份、通花根5.5~5.7份、大血藤8.7~8.9份、柠檬酸螯合锌0.56~0.58份、黄腐酸钾0.71~0.73份、水135~140份;
(2)扦插及扦插后的育苗管理
将待扦插木芙蓉扦插条扦插于育苗棚的育苗基质,扦插深度为7.3~7.5cm、扦插株行距为18.5~19cm*18.5~19cm,扦插后1~23天内控制育苗棚内的温度恒定为28~29℃、每天0:40~3:20用光照强度为76~78Lx的绿色光进行补光处理、每天13:30~16:00根部浇水10.2~10.4mL/株,扦插19天后开始进行根部施营养液A、之后每隔17~18天根施一次营养液A,扦插25天后开始叶面喷施营养液B、之后每隔15~16天叶面喷施一次营养液B,生长至高度为1.4~1.45m、分枝8个以上即得木芙蓉苗木;

C.将叶液和中药液混合搅拌均匀,置入温度为34~35℃的发酵箱内发酵30~32h,取出,过60~70目滤布挤压出汁,取挤压汁,加入柠檬酸螯合锌和黄腐酸钾,用转速为180~190r/min的搅拌器搅拌20~22min,得处理液。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法,扦插前对扦插条进行处理,不但能够有效提高扦插条过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性,而过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性的提高有利于木芙蓉愈伤组织的分化和细胞的分裂,从而促进不定根的形成和生长,而且能够有效杀灭扦插条携带的有害菌,抑制有害菌的繁殖和滋生,有效切断病菌的来源;扦插后进行补光处理,后期并用营养液进行根施和叶面喷施,不但能够有效促进碳水化合物的合成,提高扦插条可溶性糖含量,作为渗透调节物质和防脱水剂,增强其抗寒抗病抗逆性,作为抗氧化剂对扦插条起到一定的防护作用,促进生长素的合成,从而促进不定根的形成和扦插条根茎的粗壮生长,而且能够有效杀灭虫卵,抑制幼虫结茧化蛹,提高苗木的质量。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法,具体方法如下:
(1)木芙蓉扦插条的选择及扦插前的处理
3月中旬,选择一年生生长健壮的木芙蓉枝条作为扦插条,将其修剪成长度为16cm,上剪切口斜剪角度为30度、斜剪高度为1.2cm,下剪切口斜剪角度为35度、斜剪高度为1.5cm,并在下剪切口上方1.8cm处环剥高度为0.43mm的环剥口,将扦插条置入温度为-9℃的冷冻箱内恒温冷冻474s,取出,置入温度为112℃的蒸制锅内恒温蒸汽处理265s,取出,浸没于处理液中浸泡37min,取出,在温度为29℃、相对湿度为36%的条件下风干至表面无水分,得待扦插木芙蓉扦插条;
所述的处理液,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜龙脷叶18份、新鲜白果叶14份、新鲜朱砂草10份、拳参4.4份、通花根5.5份、大血藤8.7份、柠檬酸螯合锌0.56份、黄腐酸钾0.71份、水135份;
(2)扦插及扦插后的育苗管理
将待扦插木芙蓉扦插条扦插于育苗棚的育苗基质,扦插深度为7.3cm、扦插株行距为18.5cm*18.5cm,扦插后1~23天内控制育苗棚内的温度恒定为28~29℃、每天0:40~3:20用光照强度为76Lx的绿色光进行补光处理、每天13:30~16:00根部浇水10.2mL/株,扦插19天后开始进行根部施营养液A、之后每隔17~18天根施一次营养液A,扦插25天后开始叶面喷施营养液B、之后每隔15~16天叶面喷施一次营养液B,生长至高度为1.4~1.45m、分枝8个以上即得木芙蓉苗木;
所述的营养液A,由以下重量份的原料制成:氯化铵5.4份、硫酸铜1.5份、磷酸二氢钾13.5份、天门冬氨酸0.32份、维生素A0.41份、桑根提取物0.51份、厚朴提取物0.36份、水175份;
所述的营养液B,由以下重量份的原料制成:氢氧化钙4.3份、氯化锰1.1份、维生素B30.34份、亮氨酸0.47份、尿素16份、蛇床子提取物0.31份、川木香提取物0.45份、花椒提取物0.59份、水265份。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的处理液的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:

实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法,具体方法如下:
(1)木芙蓉扦插条的选择及扦插前的处理
3月中旬,选择一年生生长健壮的木芙蓉枝条作为扦插条,将其修剪成长度为16.5cm,上剪切口斜剪角度为30度、斜剪高度为1.25cm,下剪切口斜剪角度为35度、斜剪高度为1.55cm,并在下剪切口上方1.8~1.9cm处环剥高度为0.44mm的环剥口,将扦插条置入温度为-8.5℃的冷冻箱内恒温冷冻475s,取出,置入温度为113℃的蒸制锅内恒温蒸汽处理267s,取出,浸没于处理液中浸泡38min,取出,在温度为29.5℃、相对湿度为37%的条件下风干至表面无水分,得待扦插木芙蓉扦插条;
所述的处理液,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜龙脷叶18.5份、新鲜白果叶14.5份、新鲜朱砂草10.5份、拳参4.5份、通花根5.6份、大血藤8.8份、柠檬酸螯合锌0.57份、黄腐酸钾0.72份、水138份;
(2)扦插及扦插后的育苗管理
将待扦插木芙蓉扦插条扦插于育苗棚的育苗基质,扦插深度为7.4cm、扦插株行距为18.8cm*18.8cm,扦插后1~23天内控制育苗棚内的温度恒定为28~29℃、每天0:40~3:20用光照强度为77Lx的绿色光进行补光处理、每天13:30~16:00根部浇水10.2~10.4mL/株,扦插19天后开始进行根部施营养液A、之后每隔17~18天根施一次营养液A,扦插25天后开始叶面喷施营养液B、之后每隔15~16天叶面喷施一次营养液B,生长至高度为1.4~1.45m、分枝8个以上即得木芙蓉苗木;
所述的营养液A,由以下重量份的原料制成:氯化铵5.5份、硫酸铜1.55份、磷酸二氢钾13.8份、天门冬氨酸0.33份、维生素A0.42份、桑根提取物0.52份、厚朴提取物0.37份、水178份;
所述的营养液B,由以下重量份的原料制成:氢氧化钙4.4份、氯化锰1.15份、维生素B30.35份、亮氨酸0.48份、尿素16.3份、蛇床子提取物0.32份、川木香提取物0.46份、花椒提取物0.6份、水268份。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的处理液的制备方法与实施例1相同。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的营养液A,第一次的根施量为18.7mL/株、之后根施量每次增加1.34mL/株。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的营养液B,第一次的叶面喷施量为8.75mL/株、之后喷施量每次增加0.55mL/株。
实施例2
本发明实施例中,一种降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法,具体方法如下:
(1)木芙蓉扦插条的选择及扦插前的处理
3月中旬,选择一年生生长健壮的木芙蓉枝条作为扦插条,将其修剪成长度为17cm,上剪切口斜剪角度为30度、斜剪高度为1.3cm,下剪切口斜剪角度为35度、斜剪高度为1.6cm,并在下剪切口上方1.9cm处环剥高度为0.45mm的环剥口,将扦插条置入温度为-8℃的冷冻箱内恒温冷冻476s,取出,置入温度为114℃的蒸制锅内恒温蒸汽处理269s,取出,浸没于处理液中浸泡39min,取出,在温度为30℃、相对湿度为38%的条件下风干至表面无水分,得待扦插木芙蓉扦插条;
所述的处理液,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜龙脷叶19份、新鲜白果叶15份、新鲜朱砂草11份、拳参4.6份、通花根5.7份、大血藤8.9份、柠檬酸螯合锌0.58份、黄腐酸钾0.73份、水140份;
(2)扦插及扦插后的育苗管理
将待扦插木芙蓉扦插条扦插于育苗棚的育苗基质,扦插深度为7.5cm、扦插株行距为19cm*19cm,扦插后1~23天内控制育苗棚内的温度恒定为28~29℃、每天0:40~3:20用光照强度为78Lx的绿色光进行补光处理、每天13:30~16:00根部浇水10.4mL/株,扦插19天后开始进行根部施营养液A、之后每隔17~18天根施一次营养液A,扦插25天后开始叶面喷施营养液B、之后每隔15~16天叶面喷施一次营养液B,生长至高度为1.4~1.45m、分枝8个以上即得木芙蓉苗木;
所述的营养液A,由以下重量份的原料制成:氯化铵5.6份、硫酸铜1.6份、磷酸二氢钾14份、天门冬氨酸0.34份、维生素A0.43份、桑根提取物0.53份、厚朴提取物0.38份、水180份;
所述的营养液B,由以下重量份的原料制成:氢氧化钙4.5份、氯化锰1.2份、维生素B30.36份、亮氨酸0.49份、尿素16.5份、蛇床子提取物0.33份、川木香提取物0.47份、花椒提取物0.61份、水270份。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的处理液的制备方法与实施例1相同。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的营养液A,第一次的根施量为18.8mL/株、之后根施量每次增加1.35mL/株。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的营养液B,第一次的叶面喷施量为8.8mL/株、之后喷施量每次增加0.56mL/株。
使用实施例的扦插育苗方法与对比例木芙蓉的普通扦插育苗方法对木芙蓉进行育苗,每组1000根木芙蓉扦插条,统计其病害率、虫害率和育苗成活率,实验对比结果如下表:

从表1可以看出,本发明的扦插育苗方法能有效降低木芙蓉苗木的病害率和虫害率,提高其育苗成活率。
Claims (4)
1.一种降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,具体方法如下:
(1)木芙蓉扦插条的选择及扦插前的处理
3月中旬,选择一年生生长健壮的木芙蓉枝条作为扦插条,将其修剪成长度为16~17cm,上剪切口斜剪角度为30度、斜剪高度为1.2~1.3cm,下剪切口斜剪角度为35度、斜剪高度为1.5~1.6cm,并在下剪切口上方1.8~1.9cm处环剥高度为0.43~0.45mm的环剥口,将扦插条置入温度为-9~-8℃的冷冻箱内恒温冷冻474~476s,取出,置入温度为112~114℃的蒸制锅内恒温蒸汽处理265~269s,取出,浸没于处理液中浸泡37~39min,取出,在温度为29~30℃、相对湿度为36%~38%的条件下风干至表面无水分,得待扦插木芙蓉扦插条;
所述的处理液,由以下重量份的原料制成:新鲜龙脷叶18~19份、新鲜白果叶14~15份、新鲜朱砂草10~11份、拳参4.4~4.6份、通花根5.5~5.7份、大血藤8.7~8.9份、柠檬酸螯合锌0.56~0.58份、黄腐酸钾0.71~0.73份、水135~140份;
(2)扦插及扦插后的育苗管理
将待扦插木芙蓉扦插条扦插于育苗棚的育苗基质,扦插深度为7.3~7.5cm、扦插株行距为18.5~19cm*18.5~19cm,扦插后1~23天内控制育苗棚内的温度恒定为28~29℃、每天0:40~3:20用光照强度为76~78Lx的绿色光进行补光处理、每天13:30~16:00根部浇水10.2~10.4mL/株,扦插19天后开始进行根部施营养液A、之后每隔17~18天根施一次营养液A,扦插25天后开始叶面喷施营养液B、之后每隔15~16天叶面喷施一次营养液B,生长至高度为1.4~1.45m、分枝8个以上即得木芙蓉苗木;
所述的营养液A,由以下重量份的原料制成:氯化铵5.4~5.6份、硫酸铜1.5~1.6份、磷酸二氢钾13.5~14份、天门冬氨酸0.32~0.34份、维生素A0.41~0.43份、桑根提取物0.51~0.53份、厚朴提取物0.36~0.38份、水175~180份;
所述的营养液B,由以下重量份的原料制成:氢氧化钙4.3~4.5份、氯化锰1.1~1.2份、维生素B30.34~0.36份、亮氨酸0.47~0.49份、尿素16~16.5份、蛇床子提取物0.31~0.33份、川木香提取物0.45~0.47份、花椒提取物0.59~0.61份、水265~270份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的处理液的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:

3.根据权利要求1所述的降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的营养液A,第一次的根施量为18.6~18.8mL/株、之后根施量每次增加1.33~1.35mL/株。
4.根据权利要求1所述的降低木芙蓉病虫害的扦插育苗方法,其特征在于,所述的营养液B,第一次的叶面喷施量为8.7~8.8mL/株、之后喷施量每次增加0.54~0.56mL/株。
