Abstract

本发明提供一种立式空气处理器的自清洁式活性炭过滤装置的制备方法,涉及空气处理技术领域。活性炭过滤器的支撑基材是碳素钢网,先滚弯焊接后再负载活性炭;活性炭负载采用压合工艺;喷水器和球状喷头均通过常规五金件加工工艺制成;蓄水箱的材质采用亚克力封装制成;对活性炭过滤器喷涂预吸附处理液,喷涂后置于烘箱中于50℃烘至少10小时;首先将蓄水箱安装在活性炭过滤器的下方,然后在活性炭过滤器的周围安装喷水器,最后在喷水器的顶部安装球状喷头即可。制备方法中通过对活性炭过滤器进行预吸附处理,从而使活性炭在吸附网上的粘附效果更好,不易掉落,即使反复通过水冲清洗,也不会出现活性炭大片掉落现象出现。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种立式空气处理器的自清洁式活性炭过滤装置的制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代工业飞速的发展,大气环境日益恶化,已是当代人类所面临的最严峻的全球性问题之一。大气污染主要产生于燃烧中,以煤、石油、天然气、液化石油气为燃料和能源。这些矿物性燃料的燃烧,使得每年都有许多亿吨污染物排放到空气中。为了提高生活质量,在日常生活中,人们通常会选择使用空气处理器来净化周围的空气。
立式空气处理器是现有的空气处理器中的一种,适用于空间较开阔的场所,以对空气进行净化处理。然而,现有的立式空气处理器由于结构设计的限制,对滤网的清洗较为不便,导致对空气的处理效果有限,此外,现有的立式空气处通常只能输出室温的风,如过用户想要获得暖风,则现有的立式空气处理器无法满足用户的使用需求。因此,有必要提供一种立式空气处理器,以解决上述问题。
另外,近年来,活性炭吸附网越来越多的应用于空气处理器中,这种活性炭吸附网在使用一段时间后,粘附在上面的活性炭粉末陆续开始掉落,久而久之就失去了净化处理空气的目的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种立式空气处理器,以解决现有的立式空气处理器所存在的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种立式空气处理器的自清洁式活性炭过滤装置及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种立式空气处理器,包括:箱体、设于所述箱体底部的蓄水箱、设于所述蓄水箱上的活性炭过滤器、设于所述蓄水箱上方且位于所述活性炭过滤器周围的数个喷水器、设于所述箱体上且位于所述活性炭过滤器侧部的进风口、设于所述箱体上且位于所述进风口下方的出水阀门、设于所述活性炭过滤器上方的静电过滤网、设于所述静电过滤网上的抗菌棉网、垂直设于所述静电过滤网中间的第一隔板、设于所述抗菌棉网上方的风机、连接于所述风机上方的电机、设于所述电机上方的第二隔板、位于所述第二隔板一侧的常温室、位于所述第二隔板另一侧的热风室、设于所述热风室内的加热器、设于所述常温室一侧的箱体上的室温出风口以及设于所述热风一侧的箱体上的热风出风口;所述活性炭过滤器呈圆筒状且由下至上直径逐渐增大。
所述喷水器顶部设有球状喷头。
所述喷水器的数量为两个。

对活性炭过滤器喷涂预吸附处理液,喷涂后置于烘箱中于50℃烘至少10小时;预吸附处理液是由甲基丙烯酸甲酯55份、钛白粉13份、四氟硼酸四乙胺8份、溶剂6份、菜菔子素7份和烯啶虫胺3份在75℃下搅拌反应5小时制得;
③、安装
首先将蓄水箱安装在活性炭过滤器的下方,然后在活性炭过滤器的周围安装喷水器,最后在喷水器的顶部安装球状喷头即可。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、立式空气处理器,包括:箱体、设于箱体底部的蓄水箱、设于蓄水箱上的活性炭过滤器、设于蓄水箱上方且位于活性炭过滤器周围的数个喷水器、设于箱体上且位于活性炭过滤器侧部的进风口、设于箱体上且位于进风口下方的出水阀门、设于活性炭过滤器上方的静电过滤网、设于静电过滤网上的抗菌棉网、垂直设于静电过滤网中间的第一隔板、设于抗菌棉网上方的风机、连接于风机上方的电机、设于电机上方的第二隔板、位于第二隔板一侧的常温室、位于第二隔板另一侧的热风室、设于热风室内的加热器、设于常温室一侧的箱体上的室温出风口以及设于热风一侧的箱体上的热风出风口;活性炭过滤器呈圆筒状且由下至上直径逐渐增大;可通过喷水器方便地清洗活性炭过滤器,同时通过活性炭过滤器、静电过滤网和抗菌棉网对空气进行深度净化,此外,还可以通过室温出风口输出室温风或通过热风出风口输出热风,满足用户的使用需求。
2)、一种立式空气处理器的自清洁式活性炭过滤装置及其制备方法,装置结构设计较为新颖,制造成本低。制备方法中通过对活性炭过滤器进行预吸附处理,从而使活性炭在吸附网上的粘附效果更好,不易掉落,即使反复通过水冲清洗,也不会出现活性炭大片掉落现象出现。

实施例1
如图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种立式空气处理器,包括:箱体1、设于箱体1底部的蓄水箱2、设于蓄水箱2上的活性炭过滤器6、设于蓄水箱2上方且位于活性炭过滤器6周围的数个喷水器3、设于箱体1上且位于活性炭过滤器6侧部的进风口5、设于箱体1上且位于进风口5下方的出水阀门7、设于活性炭过滤器6上方的静电过滤网16、设于静电过滤网16上的抗菌棉网18、垂直设于静电过滤网16中间的第一隔板8、设于抗菌棉网18上方的风机9、连接于风机9上方的电机10、设于电机10上方的第二隔板17、位于第二隔板17一侧的常温室12、位于第二隔板17另一侧的热风室11、设于热风室11内的加热器13、设于常温室12一侧的箱体1上的室温出风口14以及设于热风室11一侧的箱体1上的热风出风口15;活性炭过滤器6呈圆筒状且由下至上直径逐渐增大。
蓄水箱2内可在使用前蓄满水,当活性炭过滤器6长期使用造成脏污较严重时,可通过喷水器3对活性炭过滤器6进行清洗,从而保证活性炭过滤器6的透气性和净化性能。清洗活性炭过滤器6后的水落入蓄水箱2上方,可通过开启出水阀门7将水排出。
本发明的立式空气处理器在使用时,电机10带动风机9转动,将空气从进风口5吸入箱体1内部,经过活性炭过滤器6过滤后,再经过静电过滤网16和抗菌棉网18进行深度净化。净化后的空气进入常温室12和热风室13,如需排出热风,只需控制热风室11内的加热器13对热风室11内的空气进行加热即可,可满足用户对不同送风温度的需求。
在本实施例中,喷水器3的数量为两个,且喷水器3顶部设有球状喷头4,可最大范围地对活性炭过滤器6进行清洗,提升清洗效率。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明的立式空气处理器,可通过喷水器方便地清洗活性炭过滤器,同时通过活性炭过滤器、静电过滤网和抗菌棉网对空气进行深度净化,此外,还可以通过室温出风口输出室温风或通过热风出风口输出热风,满足用户的使用需求。
实施例2
一种立式空气处理器的自清洁式活性炭过滤装置的制备方法,步骤如下:

③、安装

①、构造及成型
自清洁式活性炭过滤装置包括蓄水箱以及置于蓄水箱上部的活性炭过滤器,蓄水箱上方且位于活性炭过滤器的周围设有数个喷水器,喷水器顶部设有球状喷头;活性炭过滤器呈圆筒状且由下至上直径逐渐增大;
活性炭过滤器的支撑基材是碳素钢网,先滚弯焊接后再负载活性炭;活性炭负载采用压合工艺,负载的活性炭厚度为10mm;喷水器和球状喷头均通过常规五金件加工工艺制成;蓄水箱的材质采用亚克力封装制成;
②、活性炭过滤器的预吸附处理
对活性炭过滤器喷涂预吸附处理液,喷涂后置于烘箱中于50℃烘至少10小时;预吸附处理液是由甲基丙烯酸甲酯55份、钛白粉13份、四氟硼酸四乙胺8份、溶剂6份、菜菔子素7份和烯啶虫胺3份在75℃下搅拌反应5小时制得;
