The invention discloses a split side-open double-suction centrifugal pump, which comprises a volute, a pump shaft, a front bearing body assembly, a front side-open shaft seal body, a front guard plate, a rear side-open shaft seal body, a rear bearing body assembly, an impeller and a base, wherein a water inlet section is arranged on the base; a pump shaft is arranged in the middle of the base, and an impeller is arranged in the middle of the pump shaft; a front bearing body assembly and a rear bearing body assembly are arranged on the pump shaft at the position inside the base, and are symmetrically arranged; a front guard board is arranged on the inner side of the front bearing body assembly, and a rear guard board is arranged on the inner side of the rear bearing body assembly; the base is provided with a volute, and a front side opening shaft seal body and a rear side opening shaft seal body are arranged between the volute and the base. The invention has reasonable design, compact structure and space saving; the shaft is short and stable in operation, severe vibration is avoided, the rotor is convenient to replace, and the water outlet direction can rotate. The volute can be replaced, so that the cost is saved, and the economic benefit is increased.

Background
The slurry pump is a centrifugal pump in terms of its operation principle, and conceptually means a device for converting electric energy into kinetic energy and potential energy of a medium by a mechanism that increases the energy of a solid-liquid mixed medium by centrifugal force (rotation of an impeller of the pump). The method is mainly applicable to: industry fields such as mines, power plants, dredging, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, petroleum and the like. The name slurry pump is a centrifugal pump divided from the point of view of the transport medium. In addition, the slurry pump can be particularly divided into different types from different angles. Besides pumping water, the water pump can also pump air, solid and solid-liquid mixture-mineral powder slurry-! The proportion of the water pump power consumption in the total national electric quantity is very large, the energy-saving condition of the water pump has an important influence on national economy, and the water pump plays an active role in the energy-saving link and plays an important role in the thermal power generation emission reduction process. The existing slurry pump has large volume, large occupied space, longer shaft, unstable operation and easy occurrence of severe vibration in the working process. And the water outlet direction is fixed, the whole pump needs to be moved if the water outlet direction is to be adjusted.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a split side-open double-suction centrifugal pump comprises a volute 1, a pump shaft 3, a front bearing body assembly 4, a front side-open shaft seal body 5, a front guard plate 6, a rear guard plate 7, a rear side-open shaft seal body 8, a rear bearing body assembly 9, an impeller 10 and a base 11, wherein a water inlet section 2 is arranged on the base 11, and the water inlet section 2 is connected with the volute 1; the middle part of the base 11 is provided with a pump shaft 3, and the middle position of the pump shaft 3 is provided with an impeller 10; the front bearing body assembly 4 and the rear bearing body assembly 9 are arranged on the pump shaft 3 at the position inside the base 11, and the front bearing body assembly 4 and the rear bearing body assembly 9 are symmetrically arranged; the inner side of the front bearing body assembly 4 is provided with a front guard plate 6, and the inner side of the rear bearing body assembly 9 is provided with a rear guard plate 7; the base 11 is provided with a volute 1, the volute 1 is rotationally connected with the base 11, and the pump shaft 3, the front bearing body assembly 4, the front guard plate 6, the rear bearing body assembly 9 of the rear guard plate 7 and the impeller 10 are all positioned in the volute 1; a front side opening shaft seal body 5 and a rear side opening shaft seal body 8 are arranged between the volute 1 and the base 11; the volute 1 is made of anti-corrosion materials or anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion materials.

In this embodiment, the materials of the volute 1 are preferably high-chromium alloy and cast iron. The volute 1 can be made of other materials according to actual needs in actual application.
