技术领域
本发明属于建筑门窗技术领域,涉及一种防雾霾手摇平开新风空气净化系统组合窗。
背景技术
目前大气污染严重,空气污染成为我们非常在意的大问题,虽然足不出户,可是雾霾天气中依然会有有害物质进入房间,所以研发防雾霾门窗尤为重要。现在建筑用的普通门窗,在开启状态下,仅仅靠一层纱窗已无法将室外的雾霾颗粒挡在室外,而且安全防护也是一大难题,但关上窗户,又严重影响室内的空气流通。针对这种现状,研发一款既能隔热保温、节能降噪、豪华美观、又能通风效果好、安全防护性能好、净化室内空气的成品窗显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,在总结了建筑用普通门窗现有技术的基础上作出改进,提供一种构造简洁、巧妙,稳定性、密封性、抗风性、隔音(降低噪声50分贝以上)、节能(隔热节能70%以上)、防盗、安全、开启方便、净化空气、造型更美观豪华、制作、安装、使用更方便,相对满足功能造价更省,实现内开、外开与安全防护、节能、净化空气为一体的防雾霾手摇平开新风空气净化系统组合窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明防雾霾手摇平开新风空气净化系统组合窗,包括窗框、固定扇、中梃和扇压线及框压线,其要点是所述窗框上设有防雾霾纱扇与玻璃窗扇,所述防雾霾纱扇上设置内开执手,所述玻璃窗扇通过手摇开窗器启闭,并通过五金件与窗框和中梃连接。
所述玻璃窗扇所嵌玻璃为中空玻璃,玻璃槽口为28mm;所述窗框由内外两部分铝型材经18.6mm隔热条连接而成,窗框宽度为70mm,内、外面铝材内腔用框料角码做45°组角连接构成;所述防雾霾纱扇由双腔铝型材内用防雾霾纱扇角码进行45°组角连接构成。
所述窗框是组合件,分别用二种铝合金型材和隔热条滚压成型,所述防雾霾纱扇为内开式结构;所述玻璃窗扇为外开式结构,可以实现整个窗扇的内、外开启。
所述固定扇上沿设有负离子电动隔音通风器。
本发明的有益效果是:由窗框、窗扇、纱扇组成的防雾霾手摇平开新风空气净化系统组合窗,由于该窗隔热断面高达70mm,由窗框、窗扇和纱扇组成一体窗,提高了窗的节能、隔声性能,安装简单,维护方便,安全防盗、环保节能效果大大提高;窗的外观呈流线型,美观、豪华、档次高。

具体实施方式
根据图1、图2和图3,本发明防雾霾手摇平开新风空气净化系统组合窗,包括窗框1、固定扇、中梃4和扇压线5及框压线6,所述窗框1上设有防雾霾纱扇2与玻璃窗扇3,所述防雾霾纱扇2上设置内开执手19,所述玻璃窗扇3通过手摇开窗器18启闭,并通过五金件与窗框1和中梃4连接;所述玻璃窗扇3所嵌玻璃为中空玻璃,玻璃槽口为28mm;所述窗框1由内外两部分铝型材经18.6mm隔热条13连接而成,窗框1宽度为70mm,内、外面铝材内腔用框料角码7做45°组角连接构成;所述防雾霾纱扇2由双腔铝型材内用防雾霾纱扇角码8进行45°组角连接构成;所述窗框1是组合件,分别用二种铝合金型材和隔热条13滚压成型,所述防雾霾纱扇2为内开式结构;所述玻璃窗扇3为外开式结构,可以实现整个窗扇的内、外开启;所述固定扇上沿上设有负离子电动隔音通风器。
参照图1至图3本发明的窗框1、固定扇、中梃4和压线5、6组成整个窗的窗框,防雾霾纱扇2与玻璃窗扇3通过手摇开窗器18组成整个开启扇,并通过五金件与窗框1和中梃4连接实现启闭;最后将整个窗户安装在建筑窗洞上;窗框1是组合件,分别用二种铝合金型材和隔热条滚压而成;内开防雾霾纱扇2和外开玻璃窗扇3组合成整体可以实现整个窗扇的内开启。
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的构成及重要构成部分的作用:参见图1至图3,本发明它具有窗框和两个窗扇,其中:一个玻璃窗扇3,一个防雾霾纱扇2;在防雾霾纱扇2上设置内开执手19,可以实现整个纱扇和玻璃窗扇的内开启和关闭;但在玻璃窗扇上不设执手,而是通过手摇开窗器18来实现玻璃窗扇的开启和关闭;本发明户集雾霾纱扇内开与玻璃窗扇外开两种开启方式于一身;玻璃窗扇所嵌玻璃为中空玻璃,玻璃槽口为28mm,可选择5+12A+5或者6+12A+6两种玻璃规格,双腔中空玻璃提高了整窗的隔热、保温节能和降低噪音的效果;其技术特点是,所述窗框1由内外两部分铝型材经18.6mm隔热条连接而成,窗框宽度为70mm,内、外面铝材内腔用框料角码7做45°组角连接,保证连接强度;防雾霾纱扇2的双腔铝型材内用防雾霾纱扇角码8进行45°组角连接,不仅美观而且强度高;整体防雾霾窗扇2通过五金件与窗框1连接,内开执手19控制整个窗扇的启闭,手摇开窗器18是连接外开玻璃窗扇3与内开防雾霾纱扇2的桥梁,外开玻璃窗扇3的开启关闭完全由手摇开窗器18控制,且能实现90°最大开启角度;内开防雾霾纱扇2和外开玻璃窗扇3通过两套五金配件实现独立开启的扇中扇模式,结构新颖,操作简单,开启方便;防雾霾纱扇2的纱网与普通纱窗不同的是,薄薄的一层膜上布满了肉眼看不到的小孔,每平方厘米大概密布着上百万个分子级的小孔,分子级的小孔只允许分子通过,因此,PM2.5等细小颗粒物会被薄膜挡住,同时又不影响二氧化碳等分子成分的通过,这大大提高了进入到室内的空气的质量,该薄膜对于PM2.5颗粒的阻隔效率可以达到98%以上;此外,由于这个膜非常薄,因此具有较好的透气性能,从而可以高效地进行室内外气体交换,甲醛、苯系物等有害气体在室内浓度较高的情况,也可以透过小孔穿透到室外,营造室内清新的空气环境;本发明的另一大特点是,在窗的固定扇上沿加装了负离子电动隔音通风器,实现人们关着窗户换气的美好愿望,唤气的同时产生大量的正离子及负离子,可以达到消烟、除尘、消除异味、改善空气品质,以促进人体健康的保健作用,更有效加强通风效果;框压线6与双腔中空玻璃17之间塞入三元乙丙橡胶条,既环保又保温,还能提高使用寿命;外开玻璃窗扇3与内开防雾霾纱扇2之间通过防水胶条15起到密封和防水的作用,双层密封使得防水效果更佳;这一系列的配套使得本发明集内开、外开和节能环保于一身的优点。
本发明解决了内、外开门窗和节能环保的问题,解决了隔热、隔音、防盗、节能环保等问题;外开玻璃窗扇可以安装不同规格的双腔中空钢化玻璃,防雾霾纱扇窗安装国内最先进的防雾霾纱,节能、环保透气性好;新加装的负离子电动隔音通风器又大大提高了室内流动空气质量,有助于人体健康。该窗具有稳定性、密封性、抗压性好,隔热保温(隔热节能70%以上)与隔音效果好(降低噪声50分贝以上),节能环保效果好等优点,安全可靠,使用方便,相同功能造价较省等优点。理想地解决了建筑内、外开启门窗与节能环保二者不可兼得问题,完成了本发明专利要解决的技术任务,适应了市场的需要。
由此构成的本发明专利的防雾霾手摇平开新风空气净化系统组合窗经小规模试制试用被证明效果显著,如上所述完全达到设计要求。
本发明其显著特点是防雾霾纱扇和玻璃窗扇两种开启方式组成扇中扇结构,实现防雾霾纱扇内开、玻璃窗扇外开,采用国内先进防雾霾纱、并在窗户上加装负离子电动隔音通风器,理想地解决了内、外开门窗与节能环保的问题。整窗对改善空气品质,促进人体健康有着显著的效果。该窗具有稳定性、密封性、抗压性好,隔热保温(隔热节能70%以上)与隔音效果好(降低噪声50分贝以上),节能环保,安全可靠,使用方便,相同功能造价较省等优点。理想地解决了建筑内、外开启门窗与节能环保二者不可兼得的问题。
