A concrete preform line as in claim 1 wherein: the cloth forming process comprises a cloth trolley arranged on a base and a vibrating table corresponding to the cloth trolley, wherein a forming die is arranged on the vibrating table, and the position of the forming die corresponds to the cloth trolley; a traveling device is arranged at the lower part of the distribution trolley mounting base, and the traveling device corresponds to the ground rail to realize the movement of the distribution trolley;
the transfer procedure is a transfer trolley which is arranged at one side of the lifting procedure and corresponds to the cloth forming procedure; the lower part of the transfer trolley is provided with a traveling device, and the traveling device corresponds to the ground rail to realize movement of the transfer trolley;
the lifting procedure comprises a lifter arranged on the ground, and the lifter is arranged between the transfer trolley and the curing kiln procedure; the lower part of the lifter is provided with a lifting device, and the lifting device realizes lifting and descending of the lifter corresponding to the ground rail.

A concrete preform line as in claim 2, wherein: the lifting and overturning procedure comprises a finished product lifting and overturning machine arranged on the ground rail, wherein a running gear is arranged at the lower part of the finished product lifting and overturning machine, and the running gear corresponds to the ground rail to realize the movement of the finished product lifting and overturning machine; the finished product lifting turnover machine comprises a frame, wherein a lifting device is arranged at the upper part of the frame, and the lifting device is in transmission connection with a clamping device and a turnover device which are arranged at the middle lower part of the frame.

A concrete preform line according to claim 3, characterized in that: the lifting device comprises a motor arranged at the upper part of the frame, the motor is connected with a transmission box through a transmission rope, and the transmission box is connected with the clamping device and the turnover device corresponding to the clamping device; the clamping device comprises a clamping frame connected in the transmission case and four clamping cylinders arranged on the clamping frame, wherein the two clamping cylinders above clamp a concrete prefabricated product finished product, and the two clamping cylinders below clamp a tray; the turnover device comprises a turnover frame arranged on the frame, two turnover cylinders are arranged on the turnover frame, turnover rods are connected with the turnover cylinders in a transmission mode, and the turnover rods are connected with the clamping frames in a transmission mode to realize turnover of the clamping frames.
5. A concrete preform line as in claim 4, wherein: the tray recycling device comprises a tray pusher which is arranged at the top of the curing kiln and corresponds to the finished product lifting turnover machine, one side of the tray pusher is provided with a tray conveyor, and an ash removing machine and an oiling machine are arranged below the tray conveyor; the tray conveyor comprises a pushing chain arranged above the curing kiln, and a baffle is arranged on the pushing chain; the pushing chain is connected with the motor in a transmission way.

A concrete preform line as in claim 5, wherein: a demolding lifting turnover device is arranged between the aerial rail and the ground rail; the demolding lifting turnover device comprises a frame, wherein the upper part of the frame is connected onto an aerial track in a sliding manner, the upper part of the frame is provided with a lifting device corresponding to the tray conveyor, the lower part of the frame is provided with a turnover device, a tray clamping device and a vibrating table clamping device, and the turnover device is in transmission connection with the tray clamping device and the vibrating table clamping device to realize turnover of the tray clamping device and the vibrating table clamping device.

A concrete preform line as in claim 6, wherein: the lifting device comprises a motor arranged on the frame, and a driving rope is in transmission connection with the motor and is connected with the tray clamping device and the vibrating table clamping device; the tray clamping device comprises a rotating shaft in transmission connection with the transmission rope and a clamping frame arranged on the rotating shaft, two clamping cylinders are symmetrically arranged on the clamping frame, and the two clamping cylinders can clamp the tray; the vibrating table clamping device comprises a rotating shaft in transmission connection with the transmission rope and a clamping frame arranged on the rotating shaft, two clamping cylinders are symmetrically arranged on the clamping frame, and the two clamping cylinders are used for clamping the vibrating table; the turnover device comprises a turnover frame arranged on the frame, two turnover motors are arranged on the turnover frame, turnover rods are connected with the turnover motors in a transmission mode, and the turnover rods are connected with the two clamping frames in a transmission mode to achieve turnover of the tray and the vibrating table.

A concrete preform line as in claim 7 wherein: the stacking procedure comprises a second transfer trolley and a second lifter corresponding to the finished product lifting and overturning machine, a traveling device is arranged at the lower part of the second transfer trolley, and the traveling device moves corresponding to the ground rail to realize the movement of the second transfer trolley; the second lifter is arranged between the second transfer trolley and the stacking rack; the lower part of the second lifter is provided with a lifting device, and the lifting device is used for lifting and descending the lifter corresponding to the ground rail; a stacking rack is arranged on the outer side ground rail of the second transfer trolley, a finished product clamping device for clamping a concrete prefabricated product finished product is arranged on the stacking rack, a lifting device is arranged in the stacking rack on the upper part of the finished product clamping device, and the lifting device is in transmission connection with the finished product clamping device to realize up-and-down movement of the finished product clamping device; the lower part of the stacking rack is provided with a traveling device, and the traveling device corresponds to the ground rail to realize the movement of the stacking rack and discharge a concrete prefabricated product.
