本发明公开了一种由橡胶外皮或塑胶外皮内部充满液体后构成一体式按摩锤，包括腔连通的锤头(1)与手柄(2)部分。所述锤头(1)为球状，所述手柄(2)为柱状，所述球状的直径大于所述柱状横截面的最大宽度。所述橡胶外皮设置有向腔内单向注入液体的注液口(3)。本发明弹性好，圆滑无接头、无棱角，体积小便携，安全环保，老少皆宜。本发明使用寿命长，模仿真人拳头的触感，具有弹性，起到良好的缓冲作用，可增加舒适度，使捶击部位的到更好的松缓，达到舒活筋骨、缓解腰酸背痛症状的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健按摩器械领域，更具体地说，涉及一种按摩锤。
背景技术
“捶打疗法”是一种物理疗法，在中医经络、脏象理论的指导下进行辩证施治的。实践与研究表明，“捶打疗法”有疏通经络、流畅气血、滑利关节、促进血液循环、改善局部组织营养、加速受伤组织修复、消除疲劳、提高免疫功能和增强抗病能力的作用。“捶打疗法”在古代就已盛行，唐代名医孙思邈在《千金备急要方》中就曾指出：“对于手脚怕冷之人，可以从上之下捶打，打热便休”。这可能是有关“捶打疗法”最早的记载。
在现实生活中，人们由于长期从事体力或脑力劳动，常会感到身心疲倦，腰腿酸痛，精神萎靡，这时若能自己给自己或者由他人代劳用拳头或器具捶捶腿、揉揉腰、按摩按摩，就可以很快的解除疲劳，恢复精力。目前常见的按摩锤是由锤头和手持部分连接而成的，其弹簧结构设置在锤头上，在使用一段时间后，弹簧容易发生弯曲、倾斜，导致锤头活动不畅，使用寿命十分有限。且常规按摩锤仅能用于捶打身体某个部位；在使用中，弹簧弯折、晃动时，容易夹伤皮肤或衣服，锤头极易松动脱落，存在不安全的因素的同时也增加了消费者不必要开销。目前常见的带有缓冲套的按摩锤在卫生方面存在缺陷，与人体接触吸收汗液后，极易滋生细菌，而且多人共用按摩锤时，还可能引起皮肤疾病的交叉传染。所以急需发明一种新型的按摩锤，将安全、功能性强、使用寿命长等优点集于一身，来迎合人们对健康方面日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明解决了常见的按摩锤功能单一，舒适性差，易损坏、增加消费者开销的难题。
为了达到上述目的，本发明提供一种按摩锤，整体为橡胶外皮或塑胶外皮内部充满液体后构成一体式按摩锤。所述按摩锤，包括内腔连通的锤头与手柄部分。所述锤头为球状，所述手柄为柱状，所述球状的直径大于所述柱状横截面的最大宽度。所述橡胶外皮设置有向腔内单向注入液体的注液口。
优选方式下，所述锤头为球形，所述手柄为圆柱形；所述锤头的外径大于手柄的外径。
优选方式下，所述锤头与手柄间圆滑过渡，且过渡部分的外径小于所述手柄的外径。
本发明弹性好，圆滑无接头、无棱角，体积小便携，安全环保，老少皆宜。本发明使用寿命长，模仿真人拳头的触感，具有弹性，起到良好的缓冲作用，可增加舒适度，使捶击部位的到更好的松缓，达到舒活筋骨、缓解腰酸背痛症状的效果。亦可锻炼手指、手臂力量，按摩手部的穴位，长期使用本发明能够调节中枢神经、提高思维能力、消除大脑疲劳，还能调和气血、舒筋健骨；对于高血压、神经衰弱、手部神经炎、肌肉痉挛、中风后上肢功能障碍、指尖麻痹、手臂乏力、肢体末梢血液循环不畅都具有良好的辅助治疗和保健的作用。本发明有助于关节部位扭伤、肌肉拉伤后的恢复。本发明表面光滑，不伤害皮肤和衣物，便于清洗消毒，避免了与皮肤直接接触产生交叉感染等问题。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，本发明为一体成型的橡胶外皮或者塑胶外皮，包括锤头1和手柄2和设置在外皮上的注液口3，所述锤头1与手柄2的内腔相连通且注满液体，所述锤头1的外径大于手柄2横截面的最大宽度。
所述锤头1与手柄2间圆滑过渡，分散捶打过程中的弯曲应力，提高本发明的捶打次数；而且圆滑过渡结构也便于生产中的脱模，提高产品的生产效率，减少次品率；所述锤头1与手柄2间过渡部分的外径小于所述手柄2的外径，起到引导锤头1弯曲的作用。
如图2所示，本发明橡胶外皮上设有注液口3，所述手柄2下部设有注液口3，所述注液口3为单向止回阀，单向止回阀的特点为流经该阀的液体只能单方向流动。本发明中，液体只能经注液口3进入空腔内，但不能够从空腔中向外流，在受到敲击和压力的情况下，可保持液体不从注液口流出。图2中仅为注液口3可设位置中的一个优选位置。
本发明优选使用方法：
通过所述注液口3注入一定量的液体，使所述锤头1与手柄2形成的空腔内充满液体，即本发明整个腔体后使用。
使用方法1：本发明的空腔内充满液体，模仿人拳头的柔和弹性触感，可用作捶打身体部位，如躯干、四肢等部位，由于本发明具有弹性，不伤皮肤，可使捶击部位的到更好的松缓，达到舒活筋骨、缓解腰酸背痛症状的效果。
使用方法2：本发明具有弹性，且体积适中，可用手部反复抓握锤头1，长期使用本发明有助于提高思维能力、消除大脑疲劳，还能调和气血、舒筋健骨；缓解生活、工作中的压力，消除人体的亚健康状态；对于高血压、肌肉痉挛、中风后上肢功能障碍、指尖麻痹、手臂乏力、肢体末梢血液循环不畅都具有良好的辅助治疗和保健的作用；还能达到锻炼手指、手臂力量，对手部的穴位起到按摩的作用。
使用方法3：本发明可放入冰箱冷藏，置于关节部位扭伤、肌肉拉伤位置进行冰敷。

1.一种按摩锤，其特征在于，整体为橡胶外皮或塑胶外皮内部充满液体后构成一体式按摩锤。
2.根据权利要求1所述按摩锤，其特征在于，包括内腔连通的锤头(1)与手柄(2)部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述按摩锤，其特征在于，所述锤头(1)为球状，所述手柄(2)为柱状，所述球状的直径大于所述柱状横截面的最大宽度。
4.根据权利要求1～3任一所述按摩锤，其特征在于，所述橡胶外皮设置有向腔内单向注入液体的注液口(3)。
