Abstract

本发明涉及一种二轮摩托车用制动装置,设有与制动卡钳成一体的主油缸,对从主油缸朝制动操纵件延伸的制动缆索的设置作了改进。设在前叉2下端的托架10上支承着夹压制动盘5的制动卡钳C,主油缸M一体地设置在该制动卡钳C上。通过枢轴42摆动自如地枢支着的制动臂45通过制动缆索50与制动操纵件连接,与制臂45一体摆动的杆43推压主油缸M的活塞26。制动缆索50从主油缸M及车轴4下方迂回车轴4的前方,上升到上方,与制动操纵件连接。

Description

二轮摩托车用制动装置
本发明涉及一种二轮摩托车制动装置,制动卡钳设有夹压与车轮一起回转的制动盘的摩擦垫片以及将摩擦垫片朝制动盘推压的活塞,产生驱动上述活塞的制动油压的主油缸与上述制动卡钳设为一体。
二轮摩托车用制动装置通过特开昭61-115788号公报已经公知。
但是,一体地设在制动卡钳上的主油缸通过制动缆索与制动操纵件连接,由于上述以往的二轮摩托车用制动装置的制动缆索从主油缸延伸到车体后方与制动操纵件连接,所以存在该制动缆索与前叉等发生干涉从而操纵困难、需要使制动缆索急剧弯曲因而引起操作变重等问题。
本发明就是鉴于上述以往技术所存在的问题提出来的,本发明的目的在于对主油缸与制动卡钳设为一体的二轮摩托车用制动装置中的从主油缸延伸到制动操纵件的制动缆索的设置进行改进。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出一种二轮摩托车用制动装置,制动卡钳包括夹压与车轮一起回转的制动盘的摩擦垫片以及将该摩擦垫片朝制动盘推压的活塞,在所说制动卡钳上一体地设有产生驱动上述活塞的制动油压的主油缸;其特征在于,上述主油缸相对于车体呈基本水平地配置,将设有推压主油缸中活塞的推压部的制动臂由配置在上述主油缸的活塞上方的枢轴摆动自如地枢支着,同时,使得与延伸到主油缸的下方的制动臂的下端连接着的制动缆索在车轴的下方从制动臂向车体水平方向前方伸出,伸至前叉的前方,并以大曲率半径绕向上方再与制动操纵件连接。

下面参照附图说明本发明的实施例。
图1-5表示本发明第1实施例,如图1所示,小型摩托车型的二轮摩托车V在车体1的前端设有前叉2,转向手把3设在该前叉2的上端,前轮Wf被轴支在上端。
由图2-图5可知,前轮Wf回转自如地支承在设在前叉2下端的车轴4上,制动盘与前轮Wf设为一体。焊接在前叉2上的上下一对安装托架6、7上通过螺栓8、9固定有板状的卡钳支持托架10。
与主油缸成一体的制动卡钳C的卡钳体11设有夹持制动盘5的相对着的夹持臂12。支承卡钳体11,使其在与车轴4平行的方向移动自如,穿设在卡钳体11上的导孔111与穿设在支承于卡钳体11上的橡胶制导向部件16上的导孔161滑动自如地与设于夹钳支持托架9上的两根带销螺栓13、14嵌合。导孔111、161的开口端被用于保护带销螺栓13、14滑动面的防尘罩15、16覆盖。
卡钳体11及夹持臂12间的两根挂钩销17、18上滑动自如地支承着一对衬板21、22,其分别设有可与制动盘5的两侧面接触的摩擦垫片19、20。滑动自如地与形成在卡钳体11上的缸23配合的活塞24对着一方的衬板21的背面,可与其接触。
制动卡钳C的卡钳体11上一体地设有主油缸M。主油缸M设有从车体后方朝车体前方穿设的缸25。滑动自如地嵌合在缸25中的活塞26的前端与该缸25的底部之间形成的油室27通过油路28和上述制动卡钳C的缸23的油室29连通。活塞26被缩设在油室27中的回复弹簧30朝车体后方赋势,其后退限度通过与活塞26成一体的挡板31和设于缸25的开口端的开口弹性挡圈32的接触而定。活塞26的后端和缸25的开口端之间设有防尘罩33。
制动卡钳C的卡钳体11上凹设有上面开放的贮槽34,其位于上述主油缸M的上方。在主油缸M的活塞26上装有初级皮碗35和次级皮碗36,贮槽34的底部与上述初级皮碗35前方的油室27通过初级孔37连通,另外,贮槽34底部与初级皮碗35和次级皮碗36之间通过次级孔38连通。在贮槽34的上部设有隔膜39及隔膜板40,它们的上部由装卸自如的帽41关闭着。
在制动卡钳C的卡钳体11的后端回转自如地支承着延伸在车体左右方向的枢轴42,在枢轴42的一端,朝下方延伸的杆43的上端用开口弹性挡圈44固定于其上,该杆43下端对着上述活塞26的后端。朝下方延伸的制动臂45的上端用螺栓46固定在枢轴42的另一端,通过回复弹簧47,使上述杆43的下端朝离开活塞26后端的方向被赋势。上述杆43构成本发明的推压部。
由图1和图2可知,通过由外套48和内钢丝绳49构成的制动缆索50,设在转向手把3上的作为制动操纵件的制动杆51与上述制动臂45的下端连接。制动缆索50的外套48的下端用一对螺母52、52固定在突设于制动卡钳C的卡钳体11的下面的支持部112上,从上述外套48的下端突出、用防尘罩53复盖的内钢丝绳49与制动臂45下端连接。
与制动臂45连接的制动缆索50向着车体前方通过制动卡钳C的下方,迂回车轴4下方以及前方,上升到上方,与设在转向手把3上的上述制动杆51连接。
下面,说明一下上述结构的本发明实施例的作用。
操纵设于转向手把3上制动杆51,与制动缆索50的内钢丝绳49相接的制动臂45反抗回复弹簧47绕枢轴42朝图2箭头α方向摆动。制动臂45一摆动,与该制动臂45成一体的杆43的下端往车体前方推压主油缸M的活塞26。通过活塞26的移动,设在缸25前端的油室27产生制动油压,该制动油压通过油路28传递到制动卡钳C的缸23的油室29,将活塞24推向制动盘5。
因活塞24的作用,支持在一方的衬板21上的摩擦垫片19与制动盘5的一侧面接触,由于反力作用,卡钳体11沿带销螺栓13、14活动,受夹持杆推压的支持在另一方的衬板22上的摩擦垫片20与制动盘5的另一侧面相接触。其结果,一对摩擦垫片19、20均等地夹压制动盘5的两侧面,制动力作用在前轮Wf上。
制动杆51的操作一中止,因回复弹簧47的弹性力作用,制动臂45朝图2箭头b方向摆动,杆43的下端朝离开主油缸M的活塞26的后方移动。因而,主油缸M的油室27中不产生制动油压,制动卡钳C所引起的对前轮Wf的制动力得到解除。
通过使制动卡钳C和主油缸M一体化,所以可以废除制动软管。另外,注入制动油时,可以不使用放出管进行排气,而且,在组装线上可以不进行制动油的注入及排气,所以不需要象以往那样,为了不使制动油沾附在树脂零件和喷漆零件上必须给予特别的注意,使作业容易,并且缩短了作业时间。
另外,使制动缆索50朝车体前方通过制动卡钳C的下方,同时,迂回车轴4的下方和前方上升到上方,不仅不用担心制动缆索50与前叉2发生干涉,而且,能使制动缆索大的曲率半径平滑地弯曲,能实现平滑地操作。
下面,参照图6和图7说明本发明的第2实施例。
第2实施例具有下列特征:通过枢轴42枢支在卡钳体上的制动臂45的前面一体地突出有推压主油缸M的活塞26的推压部451。根据本实施例,一方面能达到与第1实施例同样的作用效果,一方面因不需要杆43从而减少了零件数目。
上面详述了本发明实施例,但是本发明并不局限于上述实施例所限定的内容,可以进行各种设计变换。
如上所述,根据本发明,在将主油缸一体地设于制动卡钳上的二轮摩托车用制动装置中,制动臂设有推压主油缸活塞的推压部,将上述制动臂连接到制动操纵件的制动缆索从主油缸下方迂回车轴下方和前方,一方面防止制动缆索与前叉和车体干涉,一方面能使该制动缆索以大的曲率半径平滑地弯曲,以小的操作力平滑地动作。

Claims (1)

1.一种二轮摩托车用制动装置,制动卡钳(C)包括夹压与车轮(Wf)一起回转的制动盘(5)的摩擦垫片(19、20)以及将该摩擦垫片(19、20)朝制动盘(5)推压的活塞(24),在所说制动卡钳(C)上一体地设有产生驱动上述活塞(24)的制动油压的主油缸(M);
其特征在于,上述主油缸(M)相对于车体呈基本水平地配置,将设有推压主油缸(M)中活塞(26)的推压部(43、451)的制动臂(45)由配置在上述主油缸(M)的活塞(26)上方的枢轴(42)摆动自如地枢支着,同时,使得与延伸到主油缸(M)的下方的制动臂(45)的下端连接着的制动缆索(50)在车轴(4)的下方从制动臂向车体水平方向前方伸出,伸至前叉(2)的前方,并以大曲率半径绕向上方再与制动操纵件(51)连接。
