Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of casting, in particular to a charging barrel overhauling device.
Background
The charging barrel for die casting needs to be correspondingly overhauled in the processing process. The overhauling of the charging barrel comprises the operations of additionally installing a bullet, polishing a charging hole, testing tightness and the like. Meanwhile, in the overhaul process, the charging barrel needs to be turned over to keep the charging barrel in a flat and vertical state respectively; and when the charging barrel is in a flat state, the charging barrel also needs to be rotated along the circumferential direction. In the prior art, when the material cylinder is overturned and rotated along the circumferential direction, the material cylinder is mainly realized by manpower. However, since the cartridge is generally heavy and high in height, it is difficult to achieve the overturning and rotation of the cartridge in the circumferential direction thereof only by manpower, resulting in lower maintenance efficiency of the cartridge; even in the process of overturning the charging barrel, the charging barrel can be overturned, so that potential safety hazards such as smashing and injuring overhaulers exist.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention is to provide a cartridge inspection device with a simple structure.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cartridge inspection apparatus, including a support base and a plurality of bearings mounted on the support base, a support cavity for carrying a cartridge being formed between the plurality of bearings; when the charging barrel is placed in the supporting cavity, the charging barrel is in rolling contact with the bearing.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a cartridge inspection apparatus, comprising a support base 1 and a plurality of bearings 2 mounted on the support base 1, a support cavity 21 for carrying a cartridge 3 being formed between the plurality of bearings 2; when the cartridge 3 is placed in the support cavity 21, the cartridge 3 is in rolling contact with the bearing 2. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the positioning groove 11 in the present embodiment has an open structure from bottom to top, that is, both the left and right sidewalls of the positioning groove 11 extend in an oblique direction. In the process of placing the cartridge 3 in the supporting cavity 21, both side walls of the positioning groove 11 play a guiding role on the cartridge 3 to ensure that the cartridge 3 is smoothly placed in the supporting cavity 21. In addition, in this embodiment, both side walls of the positioning slot 11 are in an inclined plane structure.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a pressing plate 6 is mounted on the supporting seat 1 in this embodiment, and the pressing plate 6 is used for tightly matching with the charging barrel 3 and limiting the charging barrel 3 to rotate along the circumferential direction. After the charging barrel 3 is placed in the supporting cavity 21 and is rotated to a set position along the circumferential direction of the charging barrel 3, the pressing plate 6 is installed on the supporting seat 1 through the two screws 5, the pressing plate 6 is tightly matched with the upper side wall of the charging barrel 3, and the charging barrel 3 is kept at the rotating position by utilizing the tightly matched action between the pressing plate 6 and the upper side wall of the charging barrel 3 so as to be convenient for correspondingly overhauling the upper side wall of the charging barrel 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the support base 1 in this embodiment includes four support legs 12 extending in the up-down direction, a cross member 13 connected between two adjacent support legs 12, and an upper support base 14 mounted on the upper ends of the support legs 12, and the bearing 2 is mounted on the upper support base 14. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, two bearings 2 are mounted on each upper support base 14 and are distributed at intervals in the left-right direction, and the support cavity 21 is provided between the two bearings 2. As shown in fig. 3 to 7, in this embodiment, there are two upper supporting seats 14, and the two upper supporting seats 14 are spaced apart along the front-rear direction. I.e. in this embodiment the bearings 2 have four and are positioned at the four corners of a rectangle, respectively. After the cartridge 3 is placed in the supporting cavity 21, the four bearings 2 are in contact with the cartridge 3 and collectively support the cartridge 3 to ensure that the cartridge 3 remains stably placed. In addition, the positioning groove 11 is located on the upper supporting seat 14, and the two bearings 2 on each upper supporting seat 14 are respectively located on the left and right side walls of the positioning groove 11.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, in this embodiment, two limiting plates 4 are mounted on the supporting seat 1, and a limiting cavity 41 is disposed between the two limiting plates 4, the limiting cavity 41 is used for accommodating the barrel 3, and the limiting cavity 41 is used for limiting the barrel 3 to move in the radial direction. Meanwhile, in this embodiment, the limiting plates 4 extend in the front-rear direction, and the two limiting plates 4 are spaced apart in the front-rear direction, and the gap between the two limiting plates 4 forms the above-mentioned limiting cavity 41. The limiting chamber 41 in this embodiment is used to limit the movement of the cartridge 3 in the vertical state in the front-rear direction. When corresponding maintenance is carried out to the end part of the charging barrel 3, the charging barrel 3 can be vertically placed in the limiting cavity 41, the limiting effect of the limiting cavity 41 is utilized, the charging barrel 3 is prevented from translating or tilting along the front-back direction, the charging barrel 3 is ensured to be kept in a vertical state, the maintainer is prevented from being injured by smashing, and the maintainer is further facilitated to maintain the upper end of the charging barrel 3.
The size of the spacing cavity 41 in this embodiment is adjustable to accommodate cartridges 3 of different diameter sizes and to facilitate placement of cartridges 3 within the spacing cavity 41. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the limiting plate 4 is provided with a mounting hole 42, the mounting hole 42 is a long hole, the mounting hole 42 is provided with a screw 5, and the limiting plate 4 is fixedly connected with the supporting seat 1 through the screw 5. The mounting hole 42 extends in the front-rear direction in this embodiment. Thus, by adjusting the mounting positions of the screws 5 in the mounting holes 42, the mounting positions of the limiting plates 4 in the front-rear direction can be changed, so that by adjusting the mounting positions of the two limiting plates 4 in the front-rear direction, respectively, the adjustment of the size of the limiting chamber 41 can be achieved.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, in this embodiment, a reinforcing plate 7 is welded between the upper support base 14 and the cross beam 13, and the reinforcing plate 7 is triangular.
The cartridge in this embodiment is for die casting. In the embodiment, the charging barrel overhauling device is convenient for clamping and positioning the charging barrel 3 during use, greatly improves overhauling efficiency, reduces overhauling strength and eliminates potential safety hazards. And this feed cylinder overhauls device guarantees that maintainer just can accomplish maintenance work normally standing, has changed the working method that needs maintainer to squat on the ground to overhaul among the prior art.
In summary, the present invention effectively overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utility value.
