Since the first end 221 of the bag tying rope passes through the through hole from the inner side to the outer side, the through hole 211 is equivalent to a fixed pivot, the first end 221 of the bag tying rope can be pulled to enable the bag tying rope 22 to be wound on the fixed disc 21 in a retractable manner, and the second end 222 of the bag tying rope slides along the sliding groove 212 in the process of pulling the bag tying rope 22. When the bag tying rope 22 is tightened, the second end 222 of the bag tying rope slides along the chute 212 in a manner of approaching the through hole 211, so that the space enclosed by the bag tying rope 22 and the opening edge of the barrel body 1 is reduced, and the bag tying rope 22 drives the opening of the garbage bag inside to be folded, thereby completing the bag tying action; conversely, when the sack-tying rope 22 is loosened, the second end 222 of the sack-tying rope slides along the sliding groove 212 in a manner of deviating from the through hole 211, so that the space enclosed by the sack-tying rope 22 and the opening edge of the tub 1 becomes larger, and the action of returning the sack-tying rope 22 is completed.
The first end 221 of the bag binding rope is retractably wound around the fixed disc 21, and the bag binding rope 22 can be retracted manually.
Preferably, the first end 221 of the bag-tying cord is retracted by a driving mechanism 223.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the driving mechanism 23 includes a rotatable turntable 231 disposed inside the fixed tray 21, a first end 222 of the bag string passes through the through hole 211 to be fixedly connected to the turntable 231, and a second end 221 of the bag string is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 212.

When the spring is in a natural state, the length of the spring is half of the circumference of the snap ring 2312, and the length of the bag binding rope 22 is also half of the circumference of the snap ring 2312. When the bag binding device 2 is in an original state, the spring is in a natural state, a first end of the spring is fixed with the upper cover 214 and fixed to a position close to the through hole 211, and the other end of the spring is connected with a second end 222 of the bag binding rope.
