Abstract

本发明公开了本发明公开了一种滚动式特种纸切割装置,所述上转轴上对称设有两个垂直向外的导向筒,且导向筒位于上滚筒内,所述导向筒内插接有伸缩板,且伸缩板的内端与导向筒的内腔底端之间通过弹簧连接,所述伸缩板穿出上滚筒,且伸缩板的外端连接有切刀。其工艺为:S1程序设定、S2安装和S3收集。通过对单片机编程设定,控制电机启动时间以及转速,切刀下来以后,挤在下滚筒上,一起转动,这样上滚筒的线速度与特种纸一样,就不会产生速度差,不会产生褶皱和堆叠,提高了切割质量,通过旋松伸缩调节旋钮,便可以调节弹簧对下滚筒的挤压力度,从而调节切割力度,而且弹簧的设置更容易保护切刀,防止切割力度过大,也使其切割更到位。

技术领域
本发明属于特种纸切割技术领域,涉及特种纸切割,具体涉及一种滚动式特种纸切割装置及其工艺。
背景技术
特种纸的种类繁多,是各种特殊用途纸或艺术纸的统称,而现在销售商则将压纹纸等艺术纸张统称为特种纸,主要是为了简化品种繁多而造成的名词混乱。特种纸是具有特殊用途的、产量比较小的纸张。特种纸源于1945年美国国立现金出纳机公司,研制成功的无碳复写纸。特种纸是将不同的纤维利用抄纸机抄制成具有特殊机能的纸张,例如单独使用合成纤维,合成纸浆或混合木浆等原料,配合不同材料进行修饰或加工,赋予纸张不同的机能及用途,例如:生活用、建材用、电气制品用、工业过滤器用、机械工业用、农业用、信息用、光学用、文化艺术用、生化尖端技术用等等,只要是用于特殊用途的纸材,全部统称为特种纸。特种纸生产出来以后需要进行切割成段,便于存放和运输,但是,现在市场上的很多切刀是固定的,只能往切割方向运动,特种纸在运动,与切刀之间就会产生速度差,造成特种纸因挤压堆积,产生褶皱,影响质量。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提出一种滚动式特种纸切割装置及其工艺,通过上滚筒跟随特种纸一起转动,进行切割,速度同步。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种滚动式特种纸切割装置,包括下滚筒,所述下滚筒的前后两端通过下转轴转动连接下支撑板,且下支撑板的下端通过支撑杆固定在工作台上,所述下支撑板的上端设有上支撑板,且两个上支撑板之间转动连接有上转轴,所述上转轴上套接有上滚筒,且上转轴的一端穿过上支撑板连接有电机,且电机电性连接有单片机,所述单片机固定在下支撑板上,所述上转轴上对称设有两个垂直向外的导向筒,且导向筒位于上滚筒内,所述导向筒内插接有伸缩板,且伸缩板的内端与导向筒的内腔底端之间通过弹簧连接,所述伸缩板穿出上滚筒,且伸缩板的外端连接有切刀。
上述装置中,所述支撑杆的下端设有支撑板,且支撑板通过螺栓固定在工作台上。
上述装置中,所述下支撑板的上端开设有插槽,且上支撑板的下端插接在插槽内,所述下支撑板的外端设有伸缩调节旋钮。
上述装置中,两个所述下支撑板的左端之间设有托板,且托板位于下滚筒和上滚筒之间。
上述装置中,所述单片机的型号为80C51。
其工艺为:
S1:程序设定:根据特种纸的传送速度,从而确定单位时间的传送距离,通过单片机设定电机的转动时间和速度;
S2:安装:将特种纸从托板的上端绕过,进入到下滚筒和上滚筒之间;
S3:收集:下滚筒的右侧设有收集装置。
本发明有益效果是:通过对单片机编程设定,控制电机启动时间以及转速,切刀下来以后,挤在下滚筒上,一起转动,这样上滚筒的线速度与特种纸一样,就不会产生速度差,不会产生褶皱和堆叠,提高了切割质量,通过旋松伸缩调节旋钮,便可以调节弹簧对下滚筒的挤压力度,从而调节切割力度,而且弹簧的设置更容易保护切刀,防止切割力度过大,也使其切割更到位。

下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理、制造工艺及操作使用方法等,作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
一种滚动式特种纸切割装置,包括下滚筒1,下滚筒1的前后两端通过下转轴转动连接下支撑板2,且下支撑板2的下端通过支撑杆固定在工作台上,支撑杆的下端设有支撑板10,且支撑板10通过螺栓固定在工作台上,便于安装固定,下支撑板2的上端设有上支撑板3,下支撑板2的上端开设有插槽,且上支撑板3的下端插接在插槽内,下支撑板2的外端设有伸缩调节旋钮12,便于高度调节,从而调节切刀9的切割力度,且两个上支撑板3之间转动连接有上转轴4,上转轴4上套接有上滚筒5,且上转轴4的一端穿过上支撑板3连接有电机,且电机电性连接有单片机11,单片机11的型号为80C51,内置处理芯片,可编程,通过编程设定控制电机启动时间以及转速,单片机11固定在下支撑板2上,上转轴4上对称设有两个垂直向外的导向筒6,且导向筒6位于上滚筒5内,导向筒6内插接有伸缩板7,且伸缩板7的内端与导向筒6的内腔底端之间通过弹簧8连接,伸缩板7穿出上滚筒5,且伸缩板7的外端连接有切刀9,两个下支撑板2的左端之间设有托板13,且托板13位于下滚筒1和上滚筒5之间,对切割后的特种纸起到支撑作用,防止脱落。
其工艺为:
S1:程序设定:根据特种纸的传送速度,从而确定单位时间的传送距离,通过单片机11设定电机的转动时间和速度;
S2:安装:将特种纸从托板13的上端绕过,进入到下滚筒1和上滚筒5之间;
S3:收集:下滚筒1的右侧设有收集装置。
通过对单片机11编程设定,控制电机启动时间以及转速,切刀9下来以后,挤在下滚筒1上,一起转动,这样上滚筒5的线速度与特种纸一样,就不会产生速度差,不会产生褶皱和堆叠,提高了切割质量,通过旋松伸缩调节旋钮12,便可以调节弹簧8对下滚筒1的挤压力度,从而调节切割力度,而且弹簧8的设置更容易保护切刀9,防止切割力度过大,也使其切割更到位。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述,显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (6)

1.一种滚动式特种纸切割装置,包括下滚筒(1),其特征在于,所述下滚筒(1)的前后两端通过下转轴转动连接下支撑板(2),且下支撑板(2)的下端通过支撑杆固定在工作台上,所述下支撑板(2)的上端设有上支撑板(3),且两个上支撑板(3)之间转动连接有上转轴(4),所述上转轴(4)上套接有上滚筒(5),且上转轴(4)的一端穿过上支撑板(3)连接有电机,且电机电性连接有单片机(11),所述单片机(11)固定在下支撑板(2)上,所述上转轴(4)上对称设有两个垂直向外的导向筒(6),且导向筒(6)位于上滚筒(5)内,所述导向筒(6)内插接有伸缩板(7),且伸缩板(7)的内端与导向筒(6)的内腔底端之间通过弹簧(8)连接,所述伸缩板(7)穿出上滚筒(5),且伸缩板(7)的外端连接有切刀(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚动式特种纸切割装置,其特征在于,所述支撑杆的下端设有支撑板(10),且支撑板(10)通过螺栓固定在工作台上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚动式特种纸切割装置,其特征在于,所述下支撑板(2)的上端开设有插槽,且上支撑板(3)的下端插接在插槽内,所述下支撑板(2)的外端设有伸缩调节旋钮(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚动式特种纸切割装置,其特征在于,两个所述下支撑板(2)的左端之间设有托板(13),且托板(13)位于下滚筒(1)和上滚筒(5)之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚动式特种纸切割装置,其特征在于,所述单片机(11)的型号为80C51。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种滚动式特种纸切割工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:程序设定:根据特种纸的传送速度,从而确定单位时间的传送距离,通过单片机(11)设定电机的转动时间和速度;
S2:安装:将特种纸从托板(13)的上端绕过,进入到下滚筒(1)和上滚筒(5)之间;
S3:收集:下滚筒(1)的右侧设有收集装置。
