a mounting base 1;
the scraper clamping plate 2 is pivoted on the mounting seat 1 through a pivot 3 at the middle part;
the adjusting rods 4 are arranged on the mounting seat 1 and positioned on one side of the pivot 3, and each adjusting rod 4 can independently lift relative to the mounting seat 1;
the force application device 5 is arranged on the mounting seat 1, and the force application device 5 is used for driving the scraper clamping plate 2 to be always contacted with the adjusting rod 4.
