背景技术
偏头痛（migraine）是临床最常见的原发性头痛类型，临床以发作性中重度、搏动样头痛为主要表现，头痛多为偏侧，一般持续4～72小时，可伴有恶心、呕吐，光、声刺激或日常活动均可加重头痛，安静环境、休息可缓解头痛。偏头痛是一种常见的慢性神经血管性疾患，多起病于儿童和青春期，中青年期达发病高峰，女性多见，男女患者比例约为1∶2～3，人群中患病率为5%～10%，常有遗传背景。偏头痛频繁发作将影响患者的生活工作，最直接的就是影响睡眠，因为睡眠不足，白天就没精神，工作也大受影响。而且有部分患者常常是一工作就发作，十分耽误事。同时，人久患头痛疾病，性格发生变化，往往性情变得暴躁。又因为久治不愈，生活受到重大影响，心理脆弱，丧失信心，时间长了对人的心脑血管将产生不利影响， 临床上头痛发作后脑血栓，高血压，脑出血，临床也较常见。偏头痛的治疗目的是减轻或终止头痛发作，缓解伴发症状，预防头痛复发。治疗包括药物治疗和非药物治疗两个方面。非药物治疗主要是物理疗法可采取用磁疗、氧疗、心理疏导 ，缓解压力，保持健康的生活方式， 避免各种偏头痛诱因。 药物性治疗分为发作期治疗和预防性治疗。发作期的治疗为了取得最佳疗效，通常应在症状起始时立即服药。治疗药物包括非特异性止痛药如非甾体类抗炎药和阿片类药物，特异性药物如麦角类制剂和曲普坦类药物 。药物选择应根据头痛程度、伴随症状、既往用药情况等综合考虑， 进行个体化治疗。吃西药治疗偏头痛不仅难以根治，而且副作用大。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种治疗偏头痛的药枕，通过选择合适的药材及其用量填充于枕芯中，达到从内而外调理人体状态，治疗偏头痛的目的。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明采用了以下技术方案：一种治疗偏头痛的药枕：扁担杆10-30克、土燕窝20-40克、肉苁蓉25-50克、灵芝10-30克、甘草20-50克、使君子10-40克、紫草20-40克、延胡索10-30克、地龙15-40克、薰衣草20-40克、恶实10-20克。
其最佳重量配比为：扁担杆20克、土燕窝40克、肉苁蓉35克、灵芝20克、甘草35克、使君子25克、紫草35克、延胡索20克、地龙25克、薰衣草30克、恶实15克。
一种乌发养颜的药枕的制作方法：1.先分别将上述十二味干品粉碎成100-150目的细粉，混合装入全棉无纺布袋中封口，即为药袋，2.将药袋置于用多孔海绵制成的内芯中间，即为枕芯，3.将枕芯装入全棉枕套内，即为乌发养颜的药枕。
扁担杆：辛、甘，温。健脾益气，固精止带，祛风除湿。用于小儿疳积，脾虚久泻，遗精，红崩，白带，子宫脱垂，脱肛，风湿关节痛。
土燕窝：甘淡，平。无毒。养肺阴，开胃，止血。 治肺痨吐血，体弱遗精，咳嗽痰多及小便频数。
肉苁蓉：味甘；咸；性温。归肾；大肠经。补肾阳；益精血；润肠道。主肾阳虚衰；精血不足之阳痿；遗精；白浊；尿频余沥；腰痛脚弱；耳鸣目花；月经衍期；宫寒不孕；肠燥便秘。
灵芝：性平，味甘。气特殊，味微苦涩。主治心神不宁，失眠，惊悸，咳喘痰多，虚劳症。能补心血、益心气、安心神，性平偏温，入肺经，补益肺气，温肺化痰，止咳平喘，常可治痰饮证，见形寒咳嗽、痰多气喘者，尤其对痰湿型或虚寒型疗效较好，该品有补养气血作用，故常用治虚劳短气、不思饮食、手足逆冷、或烦躁口干等症。
甘草：味甘，性平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。
使君子：甘，温。归脾、胃经。杀虫消积。用于蛔虫病，蛲虫病，虫积腹痛，小儿疳积。
紫草：甘、咸，寒。凉血，活血，解毒透疹。用于血热毒盛，斑疹紫黑，麻疹不透，疮疡，湿疹，水火烫伤。温热斑疹，湿热黄疸，紫癜，吐、衄、尿血，淋浊，热结便秘，烧伤，湿疹，丹毒，痈疡。
延胡索：辛、苦，温。归肝、脾经。活血，行气，止痛。用于胸胁、脘腹疼痛，胸痹心痛，经闭痛经，产后瘀阻，跌扑肿痛。
地龙：味咸，性寒。归肝，脾，膀胱经。清势止痉，平肝熄风，通经活络，平喘利尿。主热病发热狂燥，惊痫抽搐，肝阳头痛，中风偏瘫，风湿痹痛，肺热喘咳，小便不通。用于高热神昏，惊痫抽搐，关节痹痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂，肺热喘咳，尿少水肿，高血压。
薰衣草：薰衣草自古就广泛使用于医疗上，茎和叶都可入药，有健胃、发汗、止痛之功效，是治疗伤风感冒、腹痛、湿疹的良药。 薰衣草被称为“百草之王”，香气清新优雅，性质温和。是公认为最具有镇静，舒缓，催眠作用的植物。舒缓紧张情绪、镇定心神，平息静气，愈合伤口，去疤痕。控油，再生，消炎，修复。
恶实：味辛，苦，性寒。归肺经，胃经。疏散风热，宣肺透疹，利咽散结，解毒消肿。风热咳嗽，咽喉肿痛，斑疹不透，风疹瘙痒，疮疡肿毒。
本发明主要以扁担杆、土燕窝、肉苁蓉、灵芝、甘草、使君子、紫草、延胡索、地龙、薰衣草、恶实为药用成分，具有破血行气、消积止痛、活血定痛、化瘀止血、敛疮生肌、利尿通淋、活血通经、祛风除湿、通经解毒、健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗安胎、祛风益气、止血健脾、补肝肾、续筋骨、调血脉舒、镇定心神、平息静气、补脾益气、清热解毒、祛痰止咳、缓急止痛的功效。
具体实施方式
实施例1：扁担杆20克、土燕窝40克、肉苁蓉35克、灵芝20克、甘草35克、使君子25克、紫草35克、延胡索20克、地龙25克、薰衣草30克、恶实15克。

1.一种治疗偏头痛的药枕，包括枕芯，其特征在于枕芯中均匀填充下述药材粉末：扁担杆10-30克、土燕窝20-40克、肉苁蓉25-50克、灵芝10-30克、甘草20-50克、使君子10-40克、紫草20-40克、延胡索10-30克、地龙15-40克、薰衣草20-40克、恶实10-20克。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种治疗偏头痛的药枕，包括枕芯，其特征在于枕芯中均匀填充下述药材粉末：扁担杆20克、土燕窝40克、肉苁蓉35克、灵芝20克、甘草35克、使君子25克、紫草35克、延胡索20克、地龙25克、薰衣草30克、恶实15克。
