本发明涉及过滤设备领域，尤其是一种摆动型过滤网，它包括矩形筒状结构的骨架，在骨架一端的中空结构内横向和纵向间隔设置有交叉的支撑杆，横向和纵向的支撑杆的数量均为三根，在外侧的两根纵向的支撑杆的中间部位设置有弧形支撑块，在骨架的外侧设置有安装支撑部件，所述的安装支撑部件呈环形设置在骨架的中间部位，在安装支撑部件上设置有环形的凹槽，所述的环形凹槽与骨架的外壁贴合，环形凹槽朝向未设置支撑条的骨架一端，在骨架内部的支撑条端面上覆合有滤网。本发明所得到的一种摆动型过滤网，其利用下端的弧形支撑块的设计，使得过滤网安装后可以具有一定幅度的摆动，根据管道的实际情况进行摆动，提高使用性能。

本发明涉及过滤设备领域，尤其是一种摆动型过滤网。
背景技术
现有技术中对于过滤网的安装都是采用固定的方式，当过滤网固定后在管道与过滤网对接过程中容易造成接口不匹配，影响正常使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种具有一定摆动幅度的摆动型过滤网。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种摆动型过滤网，它包括矩形筒状结构的骨架，在骨架一端的中空结构内横向和纵向间隔设置有交叉的支撑杆，横向和纵向的支撑杆的数量均为三根，在外侧的两根纵向的支撑杆的中间部位设置有弧形支撑块，弧形支撑块外向凸出于支撑杆，且弧形支撑块位于骨架的外部，两个弧形支撑块的形状、尺寸一致；在骨架的外侧设置有安装支撑部件，所述的安装支撑部件呈环形设置在骨架的中间部位，安装支撑部件在骨架外部的径向宽度相同，在安装支撑部件上设置有环形的凹槽，所述的环形凹槽与骨架的外壁贴合，环形凹槽朝向未设置支撑杆的骨架一端，在骨架内部的支撑杆端面上覆合有滤网。
中间位置的横向支撑杆的两端端部位于弧形支撑块与纵向支撑杆连接处。
本发明所得到的一种摆动型过滤网，其利用下端的弧形支撑块的设计，使得过滤网安装后可以具有一定幅度的摆动，根据管道的实际情况进行摆动，提高使用性能。

实施例1：
如图1所示，本实施例描述的一种摆动型过滤网，它包括矩形筒状结构的骨架1，在骨架1一端的中空结构内横向和纵向间隔设置有交叉的支撑杆2，横向和纵向的支撑杆2的数量均为三根，在外侧的两根纵向的支撑杆2的中间部位设置有弧形支撑块4，弧形支撑块4外向凸出于支撑杆2，且弧形支撑块4位于骨架1的外部，两个弧形支撑块4的形状、尺寸一致；在骨架1的外侧设置有安装支撑部件5，所述的安装支撑部件5呈环形设置在骨架1的中间部位，安装支撑部件5在骨架1外部的径向宽度相同，在安装支撑部件5上设置有环形的凹槽，所述的环形凹槽与骨架1的外壁贴合，环形凹槽朝向未设置支撑杆2的骨架1一端，在骨架1内部的支撑杆2端面上覆合有滤网6。
中间位置的横向支撑杆2的两端端部位于弧形支撑块4与纵向支撑杆2连接处。

1.一种摆动型过滤网，其特征是：它包括矩形筒状结构的骨架，在骨架一端的中空结构内横向和纵向间隔设置有交叉的支撑杆，横向和纵向的支撑杆的数量均为三根，在外侧的两根纵向的支撑杆的中间部位设置有弧形支撑块，弧形支撑块外向凸出于支撑杆，且弧形支撑块位于骨架的外部，两个弧形支撑块的形状、尺寸一致；在骨架的外侧设置有安装支撑部件，所述的安装支撑部件呈环形设置在骨架的中间部位，安装支撑部件在骨架外部的径向宽度相同，在安装支撑部件上设置有环形的凹槽，所述的环形凹槽与骨架的外壁贴合，环形凹槽朝向未设置支撑杆的骨架一端，在骨架内部的支撑杆端面上覆合有滤网。
