本发明提供的实时在线厌氧发酵罐底部砂水分离装置不需停机清罐,就能实现将厌氧发酵罐内底部沉积的沙子与物料分离,将沙子源源不断运出厌氧发酵罐罐外,连续运行可靠,故障率低,密封性能好,维修方便,由砂水分离罐1,泥沙搅拌器2,电动阀门3,砂水分离罐溢出管4,螺旋除砂机5,刮砂机6,砂水分离罐入口管8,控制系统等组成。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及能源设施领域,提出一种实时在线厌氧发酵罐底部砂水分离装置。
背景技术
我国每年禽畜粪污产生约30亿吨,秸秆产量约7亿吨,数量如此庞大的废弃资源如果不加以利用,会造成巨大的资源浪费与环境污染,以农作物秸秆、禽畜粪污等为原料进行混合中温湿式发酵生产沼气的工艺在国内目前还处在试验阶段,因为还是存在着很多技术瓶颈:如养殖场产生的粪污例如牛粪含有很多沙子,就算经过预处理,也有大量沙子流入厌氧发酵生物反应器内,发酵过程会在厌氧发酵罐内底部产生沉渣与沙子,如果不及时清理出去会堵塞厌氧反应器壁上的各种接管,损坏厌氧反应器内的运转设备。
因为要给厌氧发酵罐内微生物提供适宜的增殖时间和生化反应环境。厌氧发酵罐还不能经常清罐维修,除渣除砂,甚至罐内因为还含有有毒物质,也不能进行目测巡检,本发明提供的一种实时在线厌氧发酵罐底部砂水分离装置,可以在厌氧发酵罐正在运行中在线清除罐内底部产生的沉渣与沙子,并搅拌厌氧发酵罐内底部物料。需多台设备与管路及仪器等组合工作,才能一起实现在线厌氧发酵罐内物料砂水分离并清理沙子出去功能。
发明内容
本发明提供的实时在线厌氧发酵罐底部砂水分离装置不需停机清罐,就能实现将厌氧发酵罐内底部沉积的沙子与物料分离,将沙子源源不断运出厌氧发酵罐罐外,连续运行可靠,故障率低,密封性能好,维修方便,由砂水分离罐1,泥沙搅拌器2,电动阀门3,砂水分离罐溢出管4,螺旋除砂机5,刮砂机6,砂水分离罐入口管8,控制系统等组成
砂水分离罐1是个圆筒形密封容器,有进出口管道与厌氧发酵罐7相通,进出口管道上面都安装有电动阀门3,顶部正中心安装有顶置搅拌器2,底部有排沙口,连接排沙泵,顶部安装有压力传感器与液位传感器。螺旋除砂机5安装在厌氧发酵罐7底部凹槽内,驱动端与斜出口管安装在厌氧发酵罐7外面,斜出口管连接电动阀门3,电动阀门3另一端连接砂水分离罐入口管8,螺旋除砂机5与厌氧发酵罐7底部的刮砂机6同时运行,同时停止,联动控制,刮砂机6不断将厌氧发酵罐内 底部产生的沉渣与沙子刮落汇集到厌氧发酵罐罐底的凹槽内,再由凹槽内的螺旋除砂机5源源不断将沙子运出到砂水分离罐1里,砂水分离罐1里累积的沙子定期由泵抽出去。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本发明涉及的具体实施方式。
安装在厌氧发酵罐罐底的刮砂机6围绕着厌氧发酵罐中心轴线旋转时,将厌氧发酵罐内底部产生的沉渣与沙子刮落汇集到厌氧发酵罐罐底的凹槽内,再由凹槽内的螺旋除砂机5源源不断将沙子运出到砂水分离罐1里,砂水分离罐1里累计的沙子定期由泵抽出去。螺旋除砂机5将沙子运出到砂水分离罐1里时,砂水分离罐入口管8及砂水分离罐溢出管4上的电动阀门3是打开的,砂水分离罐1里上层的澄清液不断返流回厌氧发酵罐7里,螺旋除砂机5与厌氧发酵罐7底部的刮砂机6同时运行,同时停止,联动控制,当螺旋除砂机5与刮砂机6运行一定时间后自动停机,然后启动砂水分离罐1顶部的泥沙搅拌器2搅拌分离砂水分离罐1里的物料与沙子,物料在上层,沙子沉积在砂水分离罐1底部,泥沙搅拌器2运行一定时间后,自动停机,同时砂水分离罐入口管8及砂水分离罐溢出管4上的电动阀门3自动关闭,然后启动排沙泵从砂水分离罐1里往外排沙,砂水分离罐罐顶的压力传感器与液位传感器检测到砂水分离罐1里负压低于规定值或者液位低于规定值时,排沙泵停止排沙。
采用PLC控制系统,排沙泵、电动阀门3、泥沙搅拌器2、螺旋除砂机5、刮砂机6需联动控制。

1.一种厌氧发酵罐在线砂水分离装置,由砂水分离罐1,泥沙搅拌器2,电动阀门3,砂水分离罐溢出管4,螺旋除砂机5,刮砂机6,砂水分离罐入口管8,控制系统等组成。
2.根据权利要求1的一种厌氧发酵罐在线砂水分离装置,其特征在于组成部分,由砂水分离罐1,泥沙搅拌器2,电动阀门3,砂水分离罐溢出管4,螺旋除砂机5,刮砂机6,砂水分离罐入口管,控制系统等组成。
3.根据权利要求1的一种厌氧发酵罐在线砂水分离装置,其特征在于砂水分离罐1里上层的澄清液不断返流回厌氧发酵罐7里,砂水分离罐1里的物料与厌氧发酵罐7里的物料是相通的。
4.根据权利要求1的一种厌氧发酵罐在线砂水分离装置,其特征在于砂水分离罐1里往外排沙时,砂水分离罐1上的入口管8及溢出管4上的电磁阀自动关闭。
5.根据权利要求1的一种厌氧发酵罐在线砂水分离装置,其特征在于厌氧发酵罐实时在线排砂,不需停机清罐,刮砂机6不断绕厌氧发酵罐中心轴线旋转,将厌氧发酵罐内底部产生的沉渣与沙子刮落汇集到罐底的凹槽内再通过螺旋除砂机5运出厌氧发酵罐7外,推送到砂水分离罐1内沉积,砂水分离罐1底部低于厌氧发酵罐7底部1米以上。
