本发明公开了一种医治跟关节扭伤、下肢静脉炎足浴方剂，该方剂选用苦参、红花、川椒、草乌、川乌各10克～20克，苍术、赤芍各25克～30克，硭硝30克～100克8味中药配制而成，其配制应用方法如下；首先将以上8味中药按量称重，一同倒入砂锅内，加水3～5碗，煎约半小时，然后去渣取汁，倒入非金属洗脚盆内，再加两开一凉约40～42度热水3 000毫升～5000毫升，以没过踝关节即可泡脚，可先熏洗患处半小时、再泡脚半个小时即可，用该方剂熏洗、泡脚，每晚1次，具有活血化瘀、祛湿止痛之功效，可医治跟关节扭伤、下肢静脉炎及骨质增生等病痛。

背景技术
足浴养生，古来已久，先人总结有“春天洗脚，升阳固脱；夏天洗脚，湿热可除，秋天洗脚，肺润肠濡；冬天洗脚，丹田温灼”；“养树先护根，养人先护脚”；“热水泡脚，如吃补药”；“中药泡脚，胜吃补药”；“天天吃只羊，不如中药泡脚再上床”的养生之道。其原理：人体脚上有六条主要的经络，即三条阳经(膀胱经、胃经、胆经)的终止点，和三条阴经(脾经、肝经、肾经)的起始点，这六条经络与全身所有脏腑经络均有密切关系，所以，自古以来就有脚为人体第二心脏之说，用热水泡脚，即可起到调整脏腑功能，增加体质的作用，其办法：用中药泡脚是利用热水促进药物渗透进人体的作用，即可保证药物能通过脚部透达周身经络，又不会出现口服药物过量导致不良反应的情况，可选择适合自身需要的中药配方，将刚煎好的中药放入足浴盆中，利用中药蒸汽熏蒸足部约10分钟。中药熏蒸是中医重要的外治法之一，将其应用于足疗中，能借助水蒸气扩张足部的毛细血管，使中药的有效成份充分地通过毛血管循环至全身经络，再循经络运行到五脏六腑，从而达到内病外治，上病下治的作用；在中国的历史长河中，更是不乏名人靠足浴养生的故事：唐朝一代美女杨贵妃经常靠足浴来养颜美容，宋朝大文豪苏东坡曰：“热浴足法，其效初不甚觉，但积累百日，功用不可量，比之其药，其效百倍。”所以他每晚都运用中药足浴来强身健身：清代明臣曾国藩更是以“足浴、早起、读书”为其人生的三大得意之举；近代也有人每晚必用花椒水来泡脚养生，可见，中药足浴在中华养生保健历史中占有举足轻重的地位。事至今日，大多数人自己购买专用足浴盆及足浴沐足药材等，在家自行保健，为着广大消费者有针对性的购药足浴养生保健，特从实践中总结出几种中药足浴养生的方剂。
发明内容
该方剂按照“养树先护根，养人先护脚”的养生之道，研发出医治跟关节扭伤、下肢静脉炎足浴方剂。
本发明采用如下的技术方案：
该方案选用苦参、红花、川椒、草乌、川乌各10克～20克，苍术、赤芍各25克～30克，硭硝30克～100克8味中药配制而成，，各味中药特性如下：苦参 性寒，有清热燥湿，杀虫的功效，苦参浴能够清除下焦湿热，并且杀虫止痒，对皮肤瘙痒有很好的缓解作用。红花主要表现在活血通径、散瘀止痛。用于经闭、痛经、恶露不行、症瘕痞块、跌打损伤。川椒性味归经：辛、温。有小毒。入脾、胃、肾经。功效：温中，止痛，杀虫。功效特点：本品辛辣而温，善散阴冷之气，为健胃及解毒驱虫药，内服外用皆可。草乌搜风胜湿，散寒止痛，开痰下气，温肾壮阳，解毒疗疮。治风寒湿痹，中风瘫痪，破伤风，头风，脘腹冷痛，痰癖，气块，冷痢，喉痹，痈疽，疔疮，瘰疬等。川乌味辛、苦；性热，有大毒；归心、肝、肾、脾经。具有祛风、心腹冷痛、寒疝作痛。苍术性温、味辛、苦，归脾、胃、肝经。用于湿阻脾胃、脘腹胀满，寒湿白带，湿温病以及湿热下注、脚膝肿痛、痿软无力。治湿阻脾胃，而见脘腹胀满、食欲不振、倦怠乏力、舌苔白腻厚浊等症。赤芍味苦，性凉。功效：清热凉血，活血散瘀。主治温热病热入营血的发热、红斑、皮疹。芒硝性味与归经：咸、苦，寒。归胃、大肠经。功能与主治：泻热通便，润燥软坚，清火消肿。
