Abstract

Description

用于控制特别是混合动力车辆的动力传动系统的具有周转齿 轮系的变速传动装置的方法
本发明涉及一种控制特别是混合动力车辆的动力传动系统的变速传动装置的方法。
如已经知晓的,混合动力车辆包括动力传动系统,该动力传动系统单独或结合使用内燃热发动机作为牵引/推进驱动装置与变速传动装置和/或驱动/接收机器、像连接到诸如一个或多个电池的电源的旋转电机。
这种组合有利地允许特别通过减少到大气的排放的排出以及燃料消耗来优化该车辆的性能。
因此,当车辆要在宽速度范围内以高扭矩驱动、同时限制排气和噪声产生时,如在城市地区中,电机优选用于驱动该车辆。
另一方面,对于在需要高驱动功率和宽运转范围的情况下的使用,热发动机用于驱动该车辆。
如已经从由申请人提交的法国专利申请号2,955,165知晓的,这样的机动车辆动力传动系统包括具有轴的热发动机,所述轴连接到变速传动装置,所述变速传动装置包括发动机周转齿轮系,所述发动机周转齿轮系具有太阳齿轮和齿圈(crown,冠状件)、以及行星齿轮架,所述太阳齿轮和齿圈通过受控联接件分别连接到热发动机轴并且通过单向自动联接件连接到动力传动系统的固定部分,所述行星齿轮架通过传动路径将变速传动到车辆的驱动桥。
为了当车辆以电机驱动时增加变速能力,申请人已经将前面提到的文件的变速传动装置与将发动机周转齿轮系连接到用于运动传动到该车辆的驱动桥的路径的另一周转齿轮系进行组合,如在由申请人提交的法国专利申请号2,962,697中描述的。
申请人已经通过减小其尺寸、更具体地另一个周转齿轮系的尺寸同时提供这种变速简单且有效的控制而进一步改善该传动装置。
本发明因此涉及一种控制特别是混合动力车辆的动力传动系统的变速传动装置的方法,所述动力传动系统包括驱动/接收机器、热发动机、变速装置,所述变速装置包括发动机周转齿轮系和机器周转齿轮系,所述发动机周转齿轮系具有太阳齿轮和齿圈和行星齿轮架,所述太阳齿轮和齿圈均通过受控联接件连接到发动机轴,并且通过单向自动联接件连接到所述动力传动系统的固定部分,所述机器周转齿轮系布置在基本上平行于发动机轴的轴上,并且将发动机周转齿轮系连接到用于运动传动到驱动桥的路径,所述齿轮系包括太阳齿轮、齿圈和行星齿轮架,其特征在于,止动机器周转齿轮系的太阳齿轮和齿圈,以单独借助于所述机器或结合发动机来提供所述车辆的运动。

在图1中,动力传动系统包括热发动机10、特别是内燃机、变速传动装置14和驱动桥16,所述热发动机10具有此处来自该发动机的曲轴的发动机轴12,所述驱动桥16允许驱动车辆的驱动轮18。

当然,两个自由轮30和32以如下方式进行布置:太阳齿轮34和齿圈46仅可以沿相同方向,并且优选地沿与发动机轴12相同的方向旋转。
最后,该发动机周转齿轮系包括有利地具有三个行星齿轮54的行星齿轮架52,所述三个行星齿轮54呈以外齿轮的形式,相对于彼此以相同的角度间隔(此处120°)进行布置,并且与齿圈和太阳齿轮啮合。
齿圈带48、太阳齿轮带36和行星齿轮54因此布置在相同平面中、此处在就图1而轮的垂直平面中。
这些行星齿轮分别由水平销56承载,同时自由旋转但是在其上的平移方面是固定的。这些行星齿轮销连接到管状轴承58,所述管状轴承58被称为行星齿轮架轴承,围绕太阳齿轮轴38同时在其上自由旋转。
太阳齿轮和齿圈轴的自由端均承载受控联接件26和28,优选地均通过杠杆控制装置60和62进行控制的摩擦离合器。
因此,被称为太阳齿轮离合器的离合器26允许使太阳齿轮与发动机轴12联接,而被称为齿圈离合器的离合器28的目的是使齿圈与该发动机轴联接。
如在图1中更好可见的,行星齿轮架52还包括与行星齿轮相对布置的额外的外齿形带64,所述额外的外齿形带64通过与被称为机器周转齿轮系的额外的周转齿轮系68的外齿形联动带66啮合而进行连接。
该周转齿轮系68布置在基本上平行于发动机轴12的固定轴70上。
机器周转齿轮系包括旋转地连接到管状轴74的太阳齿轮72,该管状轴74围绕固定轴70,并且包括由凸缘承载的外齿形带76。
该太阳齿轮与行星齿轮架78协作,所述行星齿轮架78有利地包括三个行星齿轮80,所述三个行星齿轮80呈以外齿轮的形式,由行星齿轮销82承载,并且相对于彼此以相同的角度间隔(此处120°)进行布置,并且与机器周转齿轮系的齿圈86的驱动带84的各齿啮合。
该齿圈由环绕太阳齿轮轴74的管状轴88承载。
当然,至于发动机周转齿轮系24,齿圈带、太阳齿轮齿形带和行星齿轮布置在相同平面、此处就图1而论的垂直平面中。
如在图中更好看见的,行星齿轮销82由腹板90承载,所述腹板90紧固到围绕固定轴70的管状轴承92。
该管状轴承还承载外齿带94,所述外齿带94与联接到驱动桥16的另一齿轮96协作,因此形成机器周转齿轮系68与车桥16之间的运动传动路径。
考虑图1的右侧部分,太阳齿轮管状轴74固定地承载腹板98,该腹板带有齿轮100,所述齿轮100此处通过齿轮102与机器20的转子22协作。
腹板98还承载联接表面104,所述联接表面104与由管状齿圈轴88承载的受控联接件106协作。
因此,该联接件允许将齿圈轴连接到腹板98并且因此连接到机械20的转子22并连接到太阳齿轮轴74,或连接到由动力传动系统的固定部分44承载的固定联接表面108。
有利地,该联接件包括双作用式同步啮合器,所述双作用式同步啮合器被称为机器同步啮合器,具有两个联接位置和一个中性位置。该同步啮合器由管状齿圈轴88旋转固定但是自由平移地承载,并且它旨在在控制装置110的作用下与腹板98的联接表面104、或通过表面108与动力传动系统的固定部分44协作。
当机器20用作驱动机器时,动力传动系统组件的各种构造现在以示例的方式进行描述。
两个离合器26和28因此不工作,并且控制装置110致动以便控制同步啮合器朝向位置2的运动。
在该位置中,同步啮合器106与由腹板90承载的联接表面104啮合,这具有止动齿圈98与太阳齿轮72的效果。
在机器20旋转时,其转子22的旋转通过齿轮100和102又再传动到由齿圈86和太阳齿轮72组成的组件。
该组件的旋转然后传动到行星齿轮架78,该行星齿轮架的旋转驱动外齿形带94旋转。外齿形带的这种旋转又再传动到联接到驱动桥16的齿轮96。
在该构造中,仅在电动马达扭矩的作用下(电动模式)才驱动车辆移动。
这种运转模式可以在将同步啮合器106维持在位置2中时通过周转齿轮系24由发动机10(并联混合动力模式)提供的功率补充来增强。
因此,在两个离合器26和28都在杠杆60和62的作用下而处于激活位置的构造中,热发动机10的轴12的旋转驱动发动机周转齿轮系24的齿圈46、太阳齿轮34并且因此行星齿轮架52旋转。行星齿轮架的这种旋转然后通过带64和66传动到另一个周转齿轮系的齿圈74的管状轴88。
在发动机周转齿轮系的行星齿轮架处产生的扭矩因此在管状轴88上添加到由电动马达20传动的扭矩。
在离合器26的停用(即、不工作)位置和离合器28的激活位置中,热发动机10的轴12的旋转驱动齿圈46旋转,所述齿圈46驱动行星齿轮架52旋转,而太阳齿轮轴38的旋转由自由轮32阻止。行星齿轮架的这种旋转然后通过带64和66的协作而被传递到机器周转齿轮系68的齿圈74的管状轴88。
类似地,在发动机周转齿轮系的行星齿轮架处产生的扭矩因此在管状轴88上添加到由电动马达传递的扭矩,由于该特定的特征,传递到机器周转齿轮系的管状轴88的扭矩不同于离合器26和28在激活位置中的扭矩。
在离合器28的停用位置和离合器26的激活位置中,热发动机10的轴12的旋转驱动太阳齿轮34旋转,而齿圈轴50的旋转由自由轮30阻止。太阳齿轮的旋转驱动齿轮系24的行星齿轮架52、然后机器周转齿轮系68的齿圈74的管状轴88旋转。
如上面提到的,在发动机周转齿轮系的行星齿轮架处产生的扭矩因此在管状轴88上添加到由电动马达传递的扭矩。在这种构造中,传递到机器周转齿轮系的管状轴88的扭矩不同于离合器26和28在激活位置中的扭矩和离合器26停用并且离合器28激活的扭矩。
图2的变体仅在机器周转齿轮系的特定构造中不同于图1的示例。
该周转齿轮系68’自由旋转但是在平移方面固定并且基本上平行于发动机轴12地布置在固定轴70’上,同时由提供在动力传动系统的固定元件44上的两个轴承112承载。
该机器周转齿轮系包括齿圈86’,所述齿圈86’由齿圈轴88’承载,该齿圈轴环绕轴70’,并且承载联动带66’。
齿轮系还包括有利地具有三个行星齿轮80’的行星齿轮架78’,所述三个行星齿轮80’由行星齿轮销82’承载并且与齿圈86’的带84’的各齿啮合。

太阳齿轮轴74’承载腹板98’,该腹板设有齿形带116,所述齿形带116与机器20’的转子22’的齿轮102’协作。该腹板还包括联接表面104’,所述联接表面104’与由齿圈86’的齿形带84’承载的受控联接件106’协作。
因此,该联接件允许将齿圈连接到腹板98’并且因此连接到机械20’的转子22’并连接到太阳齿轮轴74’,或连接到由动力传动系统的固定部分44承载的固定联接表面108’。
如在图1中,该联接件有利地包括双作用式同步啮合器,所述双作用式同步啮合器被称为机器同步啮合器,具有两个联接位置和一个中性位置。该同步啮合器由齿圈86’旋转固定但是自由平移地承载,并且它旨在在控制装置110’的作用下与腹板98’的联接表面104’(位置2)协作、或通过表面108’与动力传动系统的固定部分44(位置1)协作。
轴70’还承载齿形带94’,所述齿形带94’由该轴上的固定腹板118承载。该齿形带与连接到驱动桥16’的另一齿轮96’协作,因此形成机器周转齿轮系68与车桥16之间的运动传动路径。
如已经结合图1描述的,该变体包括相同的运转模式:电动模式或并联混合动力模式。
该变体因此允许具有可以依据车辆布局而使用的机器20和传动路径94、96的布局。

Claims (6)
