Abstract

本发明公开了一种腿部骨折固定装置，涉及医疗设备领域，该热粘合隐形袜的制造方法分为：裁剪、缝合、定位、粘合、冲片、缝合六步进行，该热粘合隐形袜采用弹性针织面料制造，分为袜底、袜帮、后跟点塑片和热熔胶膜四部分组成。其中袜底和袜帮作为产品主身构件，而后跟点塑片起到防脱落，防滑的作用；热熔胶膜主要用于罗口及后跟，其特征为轻薄，平整，有弹性，穿着舒适；袜帮和袜底通过数控缝纫机缝合，罗口及后跟热熔胶粘合。该热粘合隐形袜产品美观、轻薄、平整、有弹性、穿着舒适、透气性强、工序少、成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备领域，特别涉及一种腿部骨折固定装置。
背景技术
治疗腿部骨折时，需要使用固定装置将腿部骨头固定住。然而现有的腿部固定装置设计简单，仅仅能够起到固定作用，防止骨折损伤过大，无法对腿部骨折起治愈作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种腿部骨折固定装置，不仅可以起到固定作用，防止骨折损伤过大，而且可以对腿部骨折起治愈作用。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供以下的技术方案：一种腿部骨折固定装置，其特征在于：所述腿部骨折固定装置包括半圆管形的固定板，固定板一侧设有若干绒布带，固定板另一侧对应设有若干粘扣带，固定板侧面开有插槽，插槽内装有蓝冰袋，固定板内壁固定有纱布袋，纱布袋内装有花椒粉30g、五加皮粉40g、白芷粉50g、桂皮粉30g、川穹粉50g。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化，所述固定板由铝合金制造。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化，所述绒布带与其相对应粘扣带均相互配合。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是：该腿部骨折固定装置的固定板侧面开有插槽，插槽内装有蓝冰袋，固定板内壁固定有纱布袋，纱布袋内装有花椒粉30g、五加皮粉40g、白芷粉50g、桂皮粉30g、川穹粉50g。使用时可先用水将纱布袋弄湿，再通过绒布带和粘扣带将固定板固定在患者腿部的骨折处，并且让纱布袋正对骨折部位，通过蓝冰袋对患者部位降温，并且通过纱布袋内的中药治愈对患者骨折部位，可起到活血化瘀、温经通络、消肿止痛的疗效。

下面结合附图说明本发明一种腿部骨折固定装置的优选实施方式。
结合图1和图2出示本发明一种腿部骨折固定装置的具体实施方式：该腿部骨折固定装置包括半圆管形的固定板1，固定板1一侧设有若干绒布带2，固定板1另一侧对应设有若干粘扣带3，固定板1侧面开有插槽6，插槽6内装有蓝冰袋5，固定板1内壁固定有纱布袋4，纱布袋4内装有花椒粉30g、五加皮粉40g、白芷粉50g、桂皮粉30g、川穹粉50g。
结合图1和图2，固定板1由铝合金制造，坚固耐用，导热性能良好，而且耐腐蚀性良好。绒布带2与其相对应粘扣带3均相互配合，绒布带2可牢固粘贴在粘扣带3上，拆装均十分方便，操作简单，可将固定板1固定在患者腿上。
该腿部骨折固定装置在使用时可先用水将纱布袋4弄湿，再通过绒布带2和粘扣带3将固定板1固定在患者腿部的骨折处，将患者腿部固定住，防止骨折损伤过大，并且让纱布袋4正对骨折部位，通过蓝冰袋5对患者部位降温，并且通过纱布袋4内的中药治愈对患者骨折部位，可起到活血化瘀、温经通络、消肿止痛的疗效。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种腿部骨折固定装置，其特征在于：所述腿部骨折固定装置包括半圆管形的固定板(1)，固定板(1)一侧设有若干绒布带(2)，固定板(1)另一侧对应设有若干粘扣带(3)，固定板(1)侧面开有插槽(6)，插槽(6)内装有蓝冰袋(5)，固定板(1)内壁固定有纱布袋(4)，纱布袋(4)内装有花椒粉30g、五加皮粉40g、白芷粉50g、桂皮粉30g、川穹粉50g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腿部骨折固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定板(1)由铝合金制造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的腿部骨折固定装置，其特征在于：所述绒布带(2)与其相对应粘扣带(3)均相互配合。
