The method can only observe one section, has no way of observing the thicknesses of other parts, has complex operation procedures, has higher requirements on operators, and needs to consume a large amount of manpower, material resources and time; the other method is to use a film thickness gauge to directly detect on the curved surface, and the film thickness gauge is usually specially used for plane detection, and the measurement error of the small-radius curved surface body is very large, so the method is obviously not suitable.

(4) using a sheet tray to hold the peeled glue film, enabling the glue film to be completely opened and be flatly laid on the sheet tray, and naturally drying the glue film;
(5) and after the glue film is completely dried, measuring the thickness of the glue film by using a coating thickness gauge.
Further, the sheet-shaped tray in the step (4) is made of plate glass, paper, plastic sheets and other sheet-shaped objects.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention adopts a chemical method, uses the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to separate the glue film from the aluminum tube, and because the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and the aluminum alloy can react violently, the glue film can not react with the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution. The present invention allows the film of glue to be removed from the tube intact for observation and measurement, and at any point (B, C, D ….) on the film of glue, as shown in figure 2. (6) and recording the measured value, and filling the glue film into the self-sealing bag and marking after the measurement is finished.
