本发明涉及一种新型耐火涂料,其原料按重量份包括如下组分:二苯醚甲醛树脂 30‑40份;硼酸锌25‑45份;氢氧化二铝20‑30份;杀菌防腐剂1‑2份;三氧化二锑16‑18份;石墨纤维6‑12份。本发明的优点在于:本发明的新型耐火涂料,在原料中添加莫来石粉而能够在许多高温炉衬中使用,且各原料通过合理配比,使得涂料的热分解温度明显高于普通涂料,可大大增强涂料的耐火性能、热辐射及节能效果,也提高了其表面强度;同时,该涂料耐腐蚀、抗冲击力强、附着力强且不易脱落。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别涉及一种新型耐火涂料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人类对涂料的需求量日益增大,并且在一些特定的地方需要特殊的涂料,如锅炉的内壁、内缸需要耐火材料。耐火温涂料是指在一定时限内,一定温度段内,能够经受高温环境氧化腐蚀的涂料,从而保护被涂物能在高温下正常工作,用于可燃性基材表面,用于提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料,防火涂料涂覆在基材表面,除具有阻燃作用以外,还具有防锈、防水、防腐、耐磨和耐热性能,其涂层具有坚韧性、着色性、黏附性、易干性和一定的光泽,可广泛应用于钢铁制造、冶金、石油工业、天然气开采、航空航天等工业领域;目前虽已生产出多种耐火涂料仍满足不了需求,如何制备一种耐火性能优异,可满足窑炉耐火性能的涂料成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐火性能优异,可满足窑炉耐火性能的新型耐火涂料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型耐火涂料,其创新点在于:其原料按重量份包括如下组分:
二苯醚甲醛树脂 30-40份;
硼酸锌25-45份;
氢氧化二铝20-30份;
杀菌防腐剂1-2份;
三氧化二锑16-18份;
石墨纤维6-12份。
进一步地,其原料按重量份包括如下组分:
二苯醚甲醛树脂 34-36份;
硼酸锌30-40份;
氢氧化二铝24-26份;
杀菌防腐剂1.4-1.6份;
三氧化二锑16.5-17.5份;
石墨纤维8-10份。
进一步地,其原料按重量份包括如下组分:
二苯醚甲醛树脂 35份;
硼酸锌35份;
氢氧化二铝25份;
杀菌防腐剂1.5份;
三氧化二锑17份;
石墨纤维9份。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的新型耐火涂料,各原料通过合理配比,使得涂料的热分解温度明显高于普通涂料,可大大增强涂料的耐火性能、热辐射及节能效果,也提高了其表面强度;同时,该涂料耐腐蚀、抗冲击力强、附着力强且不易脱落。

本实施例的新型耐火涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:二苯醚甲醛树脂 30份;硼酸锌45份;氢氧化二铝30份;杀菌防腐剂2份;三氧化二锑18份;石墨纤维12份。

本实施例的新型耐火涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:二苯醚甲醛树脂40份;硼酸锌25份;氢氧化二铝20份;杀菌防腐剂1份;三氧化二锑16份;石墨纤维6份。
实施例3
本实施例的新型耐火涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:二苯醚甲醛树脂 34份;硼酸锌40份;氢氧化二铝26份;杀菌防腐剂1.6份;三氧化二锑17.5份;石墨纤维10份。
实施例4
本实施例的新型耐火涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:二苯醚甲醛树脂36份;硼酸锌30份;氢氧化二铝24份;杀菌防腐剂1.4份;三氧化二锑16.5份;石墨纤维8份。

本实施例的新型耐火涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:二苯醚甲醛树脂 35份;硼酸锌35份;氢氧化二铝25份;杀菌防腐剂1.5份;三氧化二锑17份;石墨纤维9份。
本发明将上述实施例1~5得到的耐火涂料的性能测试结果如下表:
从上表可以看出,本发明的新型耐火涂料,其发射率和吸收率均大于0.7,因而增强了其热辐射,且抵抗碱金属的侵蚀性好,此外,其节能效果和表面强度均相应地提高了;同时,该涂料耐腐蚀、抗冲击力强、附着力强且不易脱落。

硼酸锌30-40份;
氢氧化二铝24-26份;
杀菌防腐剂1.4-1.6份;
三氧化二锑16.5-17.5份;
石墨纤维8-10份。
