Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of fallen leaf compost, and particularly relates to a pre-fermentation stirring humidity control device for fallen leaf compost.
Background
With the environmental awareness of the people, people increasingly occupy higher positions in cities for landscaping. The collection and treatment of urban fallen leaves is a heavy work in China with broad width, autumn and winter, and a large financial expenditure is occupied; on the other hand, most of the fallen leaves in cities are finally incinerated and treated, thus polluting the environment.
In order to reduce the manpower and material resources for treating urban fallen leaves and reduce the carbon emission, the fallen leaf composting technology has been developed greatly for recycling organic substances in the fallen leaves. However, the fallen leaves in cities are extremely large in quantity, the density of the fallen leaves before fermentation is small, the occupied space is large, and the fallen leaves can be damaged by pre-fermentation, so that the fallen leaves approach to particles, the fermentation volume is reduced, and the fermentation efficiency is improved.
In the process of fallen leaf composting, the humidity and oxygen content in the fermentation process are required to be controlled more accurately. If the humidity is too low in the fermentation process, the fermentation efficiency is greatly reduced; if the humidity is too high, the ventilation effect is poor, so that putrefying bacteria are bred and odor is generated. If the oxygen content is too low, anaerobic fermentation is carried out, by-products and harmful substances are generated, and foreign odor is generated.
The existing humidity control device of the aerobic fermentation device is often separated from the stirring device, so that the device has the disadvantages of overhigh cost, overlarge occupied space, difficult disassembly and assembly and complex operation.
