Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保电缆，包括保护层，保护层包括内外设置的绝缘层与聚氯乙烯阻燃层，保护层内具有容置空间，容置空间具有矩形部及位于矩形部两端的弧形部，分别为位于一端的第一弧形部与位于另一端的第二弧形部；容置空间内设置填充体，填充体内设置若干根芯线，芯线具有导体及包裹在导体外的内绝缘层，芯线呈一字型排列；填充体内设置碳纤维条；碳纤维条由若干根子碳纤维条构成，相邻的子碳纤维条上均设置凸环，两凸环间设置连接筒，凸环与连接筒共同构成连接体，保护层外设置标识区，标识区的位置与连接体对应。本发明中设置了碳纤维条，抗拉伸效果较好，在碳纤维条上设置了连接结构，便于裁剪。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆，尤其涉及一种环保电缆。
背景技术
环保电缆是指不含有铅、镉、六价铬、汞等重金属，不含有溴系阻燃剂，并经SGS公认检测机构对环保性能的测试符合欧盟环保要求，不产生有害的卤素气体，不产生腐蚀性气体，燃烧时发烧量少，不污染土壤的电线电缆。环保电缆由于其良好的特性，在布线中使用较为广泛，也得到大量客户的青睐，但现有的环保电缆抗拉性能较差，在使用过程中存在局限性，鉴于此问题，通过在电缆内设置抗拉的碳纤维条能够提高抗拉性能，但是设置碳纤维条的电缆裁剪不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的不足，本发明提供了一种方便裁剪的环保电缆。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下的技术方案：一种环保电缆，包括保护层，保护层包括内外设置的绝缘层与聚氯乙烯阻燃层，保护层内具有容置空间，容置空间具有矩形部及位于矩形部两端的弧形部，分别为位于一端的第一弧形部与位于另一端的第二弧形部；
容置空间内设置填充体，填充体内设置若干根芯线，芯线具有导体及包裹在导体外的内绝缘层，芯线呈一字型排列；
填充体内设置碳纤维条；
碳纤维条由若干根子碳纤维条构成，相邻的子碳纤维条上均设置凸环，两凸环间设置连接筒，凸环与连接筒共同构成连接体，保护层外设置标识区，标识区的位置与连接体对应。
相比于现有技术，本发明具有如下有益效果：本发明中设置了碳纤维条，抗拉伸效果较好，在碳纤维条上设置了连接结构，便于裁剪。

具体实施方式
实施例：参见图1和图2，一种环保电缆，包括保护层，保护层包括内外设置的绝缘层12与聚氯乙烯阻燃层11，保护层内具有容置空间，容置空间具有矩形部及位于矩形部两端的弧形部，分别为位于一端的第一弧形部与位于另一端的第二弧形部；容置空间内设置填充体2，填充体2内设置若干根芯线3，芯线3具有导体及包裹在导体外的内绝缘层，芯线3呈一字型排列；填充体内设置碳纤维条4；碳纤维条由若干根子碳纤维条构成，相邻的子碳纤维条上均设置凸环51，两凸环间设置连接筒52，凸环与连接筒共同构成连接体，连接体可以方便的剪断，例如连接筒可以采用塑料等制成，可参考现有技术，具有一定结构强度并便于剪断即可，保护层外设置标识区，标识区的位置与连接体对应，标识区方便识别连接体的位置，从标识区剪切即可剪切连接体处。
实施例中，子碳纤维条的端部呈半球状，连接筒中部设置凹部521。连接体内，子碳纤维条的端头位于凹部区域。实施例中，凹部521呈曲线状。标识区的长度小于凹部521的长度。方便剪切

1.一种环保电缆，包括保护层，保护层包括内外设置的绝缘层(12)与聚氯乙烯阻燃层(11)，保护层内具有容置空间，容置空间具有矩形部及位于矩形部两端的弧形部，分别为位于一端的第一弧形部与位于另一端的第二弧形部；
容置空间内设置填充体(2)，填充体(2)内设置若干根芯线(3)，芯线(3)具有导体及包裹在导体外的内绝缘层，芯线(3)呈一字型排列；
填充体内设置碳纤维条(4)；其特征在于，
碳纤维条由若干根子碳纤维条构成，相邻的子碳纤维条上均设置凸环(51)，两凸环间设置连接筒(52)，凸环与连接筒共同构成连接体，保护层外设置标识区，标识区的位置与连接体对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种环保电缆，其特征在于，子碳纤维条的端部呈半球状，连接筒中部设置凹部(521)。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种环保电缆，其特征在于，连接体内，子碳纤维条的端头位于凹部区域。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种环保电缆，其特征在于，凹部(521)呈曲线状。
5.根据权利要求2所述一种环保电缆，其特征在于，标识区的长度小于凹部(521)的长度。
