The power distribution network fault diagnosis system based on the CIM model integrates fault acquisition systems such as a power distribution automation system, a 95598 system, a field line patrol monitoring device and a power consumption information acquisition system, receives accurate, reliable, comprehensive and timely state information covering distribution networks in jurisdictions, and performs classified fault judgment by using corresponding positioning fault schemes stored in a power distribution network fault positioning server, so that the power distribution network fault can be accurately positioned, and reference basis is provided for decision-making of distribution network emergency repair, distribution network construction and network frame transformation.
In another embodiment, the power distribution network fault diagnosis system based on the CIM model further comprises a GIS system, and the GIS system is connected with the power distribution network fault positioning server; and the GIS system is used for receiving the positioning result output by the power distribution network fault positioning server and displaying the positioning result on a GIS map.
The GIS system is a power GIS system, which is an integrated information system for connecting power equipment, a transformer substation, a power transmission and distribution network, power users of a power enterprise and core services such as power load, production and management and the like to form power informatization production management. The provided power equipment facility information, power grid operation state information, power technology information and production management information are integrated with natural environment information such as mountains, rivers, terrains, towns, highway streets, building groups, meteorology, hydrology, geology, resources and the like in a unified system. Related data, pictures, images, maps and the like can be inquired through the GIS.
The invention also fuses the GIS system to the distribution network fault diagnosis system based on the CIM model, and finally sends the positioning result output by the distribution network fault positioning server to the GIS system and visually displays the positioning result on the GIS map in a visual mode.

Specifically, in the distribution network fault location server, the fault location scheme matched with the ID number assigned to the distribution automation system is as shown in fig. 3:
step 1.1: judging whether the fault is an instantaneous fault or a permanent fault according to the received distribution network fault information transmitted by the distribution automation system; if the fault is an instantaneous fault, the fault location is finished; otherwise, entering step 1.2;
the fault information pushed by the power distribution automation system contains a fault type code, and the fault type code is only needed to be judged to correspond to the fault type.
Step 1.2: analyzing 10kV power failure equipment information influenced by a fault according to a topological relation of a line of the fault equipment, and importing the information into a power failure influence table of a power distribution automation system; the metering box with the power failure is further analyzed according to the topological relation of the equipment, and the user information influenced by the power failure is led into the user table influenced by the power failure according to the user information maintained by the marketing system;
step 1.3: according to the 10kV power failure equipment analyzed in the step 1.2, a distribution transformer influencing power failure is analyzed downwards according to power grid topological connection, and if the power failure equipment does not exist, fault positioning is finished; if the transformer with power failure exists, continuing to enter the step 1.4;
step 1.4: continuing to analyze downwards according to the topological connection of the power grid until the user meter box, leading the analyzed power failure equipment into a power failure influence meter, and entering the step 1.5;
step 1.5: associating the power failure meter box analyzed in the step 1.4 according to the equipment information in the user repair information, and if the power failure meter box is associated, generating a record influencing a 95598 work order; if the correlation is not available, no record is generated, and the fault location is finished.
The effect is as follows: by the method, equipment with faults, a power failure area and a user caused by the faults can be accurately positioned, on-site first-aid repair personnel can conveniently know fault details and formulate a fault solution, and select proper first-aid repair appliances and materials, so that time wasted due to the fact that the solution formulation errors or the first-aid repair appliances carry errors are reduced due to the fact that the fault details are not known. step 2.1: inquiring marketing data according to the account number in the repair information of the user, judging the electricity charge information of the user, if the user is owing, obtaining a fault conclusion that the user is owing, and finishing the fault judgment; if no arrearage information exists, entering the step 2.2;
step 2.2: calling information of the user electric energy meter, calling whether voltage exists or not to obtain a conclusion that the user electric energy meter is abnormal after the user electric energy meter exists, and calling whether voltage exists or not to obtain a normal conclusion that the user electric energy meter exists; if no voltage and current enter step 2.3;
step 2.3: calling and measuring information of a distribution transformer of a user, wherein voltage and current exist to obtain an abnormal conclusion of a household meter, and a voltage and current phase failure to obtain an abnormal conclusion of a low-voltage line; step 2.4 is carried out without voltage current;

step 3.3: the known power failure information accessed in the system is associated with the power failure line, and if the known power failure information is not associated, the transformer is judged to be abnormal; if so, it is determined as a planned, temporary, or fault power outage and the process is terminated.

respectively allocating a unique ID number to the distribution automation system, the 95598 system, the field line patrol monitoring device and the power utilization information acquisition system; binding each ID number with a matched fault positioning scheme in the fault positioning scheme set according to the attribute of each fault positioning scheme in the fault positioning scheme set;
receiving information transmitted by a distribution automation system, a 95598 system, a field line patrol monitoring device and a power utilization information acquisition system, respectively associating corresponding ID numbers for classified storage, respectively carrying out fault location on the information with the same ID number by using a location fault scheme bound with the ID numbers, and transmitting a location result to a CIM (common information model) diagnosis server through a communication network;
utilizing a CIM (common information model) diagnosis server to carry out secondary diagnosis and judgment on a fault positioning result, diagnosing the positioning result by the CIM diagnosis server, confirming the accuracy of the positioning result, marking the positioning result with an accurate value lower than a set value, feeding the positioning result back to a power distribution network fault positioning server, and carrying out early warning;
communication data transmission between the CIM model diagnosis server and the power distribution network fault positioning server is confidential processed by adopting RSA encryption and digital signature algorithms so as to improve information security and confidentiality;
in the distribution network fault positioning server, the fault positioning scheme matched with the ID number allocated to the field line patrol monitoring device is as follows:
step 3.1: carrying out primary positioning on the fault range of the received fault information transmitted by the on-site line patrol monitoring device, if the fault information is positioned to a low-pressure metering box, transferring to a user repair fault judgment process and outputting a judgment conclusion; if the fault point is positioned on the medium-voltage line, transferring to medium-voltage fault positioning judgment and outputting a judgment conclusion; if the fault point is positioned to the low-voltage line, entering a step 3.2;
step 3.2: calling real-time voltage and current of a transformer on a line according to the attribute of a low-voltage line subjected to fault location, and judging that the low-voltage line is abnormal if the three-phase voltage and current exist; if the phase is lost, judging that the low-voltage line is abnormal; if no voltage current flows into step 3.3;
step 3.3: the known power failure information accessed in the system is associated with the power failure line, and if the known power failure information is not associated, the transformer is judged to be abnormal; if so, it is determined as a planned, temporary, or fault power outage and the process is terminated.

5. The positioning method according to claim 4, wherein: in the distribution network fault positioning server, the fault positioning scheme matched with the ID number assigned to the distribution automation system is as follows:
step 1.1: judging whether the fault is a temporary fault or a permanent fault according to the received distribution network fault information transmitted by the distribution automation system; if the fault is a temporary fault, the fault positioning is finished; otherwise, entering step 1.2;
step 1.2: analyzing the power failure equipment information affected by the fault according to the topological relation of the lines of the fault equipment, and importing the power failure equipment information into a power failure influence table of the power distribution automation system; the metering box with the power failure is further analyzed according to the topological relation of the equipment, and the user information influenced by the power failure is led into the user table influenced by the power failure according to the user information maintained by the marketing system;
step 1.3: according to the power failure equipment analyzed in the step 1.2, a distribution transformer influencing power failure is analyzed downwards according to the topological connection of the power grid, and if the power failure equipment does not exist, the fault positioning is finished; if the transformer with power failure exists, continuing to enter the step 1.4;
step 1.4: continuing to analyze downwards according to the topological connection of the power grid until the user meter box, leading the analyzed power failure equipment into a power failure influence meter, and entering the step 1.5;
step 1.5: associating the power failure meter box analyzed in the step 1.4 according to the equipment information in the user repair information, and if the power failure meter box is associated, generating a record influencing a 95598 work order; if the correlation is not available, no record is generated, and the fault location is finished.
