Abstract

本发明涉及一种部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:1),预制预制梁,该预制梁分为中间区和节点区,在中间区内灌混凝土,节点区预留;2),根据节点区的大小预先制备混凝土填充块;3),待预制的部分组合预制梁拼装到位后,往节点区嵌入混凝土填充块;4),嵌入混凝土填充块后,在预制梁的节点区的焊接小钢筋;5),在混凝土填充块和小钢筋的外侧抹细石混凝土,使得节点区混凝土外表面与中间区平齐。本发明通过采用预制的混凝土填充块代替现场灌注混凝土,施工便捷、快速且不会出现漏浆等问题。

Description

一种部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种预制梁的施工方法,具体涉及一种部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法,属于建筑构件施工方法技术领域。
【背景技术】
钢-混凝土部分组合构件是二十世纪八十年代欧洲提出的一种新型组合构件,其截面的基本型式是在H型钢构件的翼缘间填充混凝土。这种组合构件具有承载力大、刚度大、抗火性能好等优点,目前在国内还没有实际应用。
钢-混凝土部分组合构件通常是在工厂预制H型钢、内灌混凝土并养护加工完成。然而,为了方便构件的拼接,构件制作时节点区通常是预先不灌混凝土的,待构件在结构中安装完成后再对节点区后填充混凝土。
常用的钢-混凝土部分组和构件节点区的填充方法是:在构件安装完成后,在节点区支模板再灌注混凝土。然而,由于节点区较短,施工较为繁琐,且现场可能漏浆。
因此,为解决上述技术问题,确有必要提供一种创新的部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法,以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
【发明内容】
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种施工便捷,快速,且不会出现漏浆的部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1),预制预制梁,该预制梁沿其长度方向分为中间区和节点区,在中间区内灌混凝土,节点区预留,预先不灌混凝土;
2),根据节点区的大小预先制备混凝土填充块;
3),待预制的部分组合预制梁拼装到建筑结构中后,往节点区嵌入混凝土填充块;
4),嵌入混凝土填充块后,在预制梁的节点区的焊接小钢筋;
5),在混凝土填充块和小钢筋的外侧抹细石混凝土,使得节点区混凝土外表面与中间区平齐。
本发明的部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法进一步为:所述预制梁具体为H型钢梁,其包括腹板和设置在腹板两侧的翼缘;所述混凝土位于翼缘之间。
本发明的部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法进一步为:所述H型钢梁的中间区梁的截面设有系杆。
本发明的部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法还为:所述混凝土填充块长度a等于或小于节点区长度,高度h等于或小于H型钢腹板高度,宽度b小于中间区混凝土的宽度。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本方法通过采用预制的混凝土填充块代替现场灌注混凝土,施工便捷、快速且不会出现漏浆等问题。
2.小钢筋可以固定混凝土填充块,防止其脱落。
3.混凝土填充块与小钢筋间抹细石混凝土可以使构件节点区与中间区的混凝土外表面齐平。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅说明书附图1至附图3所示,本发明为一种部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1),预制预制梁1,该预制梁1沿其长度方向分为中间区和节点区,在中间区内灌混凝土2,节点区预留,预先不灌混凝土。在本实施方式中,所述预制梁1具体为H型钢梁,其包括腹板11和设置在腹板11两侧的翼缘12;所述混凝土2位于翼缘12之间。所述H型钢梁1的中间区梁的截面设有系杆6,即系杆6拉结上下翼缘12,并埋设在混凝土2中。
2),根据节点区的大小预先制备混凝土填充块3。其中,所述混凝土填充块3长度a等于或小于节点区长度,高度h等于或小于H型钢腹板高度,宽度b小于中间区混凝土的宽度。
3),待预制的部分组合预制梁拼装到建筑结构中后,往节点区嵌入嵌入混凝土填充块3。
4),嵌入混凝土填充块3后,在预制梁1的节点区的焊接小钢筋4,小钢筋4位于混凝土填充块3的外侧,用于止挡混凝土填充块3掉落,防止混凝土填充块3脱落。
5),在混凝土填充块3和小钢筋4的外侧抹细石混凝土5,使得节点区混凝土外表面与中间区平齐。

1.一种部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
1),预制预制梁,该预制梁沿其长度方向分为中间区和节点区,在中间区内灌混凝土,节点区预留,预先不灌混凝土;
2),根据节点区的大小预先制备混凝土填充块;
3),待预制的部分组合预制梁拼装到建筑结构中后,往节点区嵌入混凝土填充块;
4),嵌入混凝土填充块后,在预制梁的节点区的焊接小钢筋;
5),在混凝土填充块和小钢筋的外侧抹细石混凝土,使得节点区混凝土外表面与中间区平齐。
2.如权利要求1所述的部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法,其特征在于:所述预制梁具体为H型钢梁,其包括腹板和设置在腹板两侧的翼缘;所述混凝土位于翼缘之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法,其特征在于:所述H型钢梁的中间区梁的截面设有系杆。
4.如权利要求2所述的部分组合预制梁节点区混凝土的填充方法,其特征在于:所述混凝土填充块长度a等于或小于节点区长度,高度h等于或小于H型钢腹板高度,宽度b小于中间区混凝土的宽度。
