Background
Daily exercise is more and more important in people's life, and how to correctly perform aerobic exercise to consume fat content to keep the body shape or avoid excessive sudden death of exercise and the like, the correct exercise mode is more and more important. Therefore, the monitoring of the state of the heart during exercise is more and more important, the traditional electrocardiogram instrument cannot be used during exercise, and the emerging intelligent watch cannot conveniently test the electrocardiogram. The development of the intelligent clothes for monitoring the sports provides real-time and convenient electrocardiogram monitoring for sports enthusiasts, and provides practical basis for heart rate calculation, heart fatigue, respiration rate and aerobic and anaerobic sports guidance.

the intelligent terminal is used for monitoring real-time electrocardio data obtained by monitoring the intelligent clothes and acquiring temperature and humidity data and air pressure data through a temperature and humidity detection module and an atmospheric pressure detection module; the real-time electrocardio data, the temperature and humidity data and the air pressure data are integrated, the calorie burning value is calculated through the exercise time, and the calorie burning value is transmitted to the exercise guidance unit through the wireless transmission module;
the motion guidance unit comprises a data storage module, a data receiving module and a motion guidance application module, wherein: the data receiving module is used for receiving the real-time data output by the intelligent monitoring unit; the data storage module is used for storing the real-time data forwarded by the data receiving module; the motion guidance application module is used for analyzing the historical data inquired from the cloud storage unit and referring to the received real-time data to provide a motion guidance scheme for the user in real time.
Preferably, the exercise guidance program comprises exercise time, exercise speed, exercise heart rate and exercise mode.
Preferably, the intelligent terminal comprises at least one of an intelligent television, an intelligent tablet and a smart phone.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent garment and the system for monitoring the movement, provided by the invention, combine the intelligent wearable product, the Internet of things technology and the cloud computing technology, establish an interaction and health promotion platform, change the traditional movement mode and improve the application durability of the traditional movement mode.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment.
As shown in figure 1, the invention provides an intelligent garment for motion monitoring, which comprises a garment worn next to the skin, three electrodes and an electrocardio acquisition and processing circuit, wherein the three electrodes and the electrocardio acquisition and processing circuit are arranged on the garment, the electrodes are used for conducting bioelectricity signals on the surface of the skin of a human body, 1 and 2 are test electrodes, 3 is a reference electrode, the size diameter of the electrode is 1cm, the electrocardio acquisition and processing circuit comprises a signal amplification filter circuit, a microprocessor and a wireless transceiver, the signal amplification filter circuit receives electrocardio signals of the electrodes and sends the electrocardio signals to the microprocessor, and the microprocessor sends processed electrocardio data through the wireless transceiver.
The flow of acquiring the electrocardiographic data is shown in fig. 2, the bioelectric signals of the skin are acquired through the electrodes, then the bioelectric signals are processed through the amplifying circuit and the filtering circuit to acquire electrocardiographic signals, then the period of PP/RR of the electrocardiographic signals is calculated through the microprocessor, of course, in order to acquire accurate numerical values, the average period of the electrocardiographic signals can be acquired after multiple times of measurement, and then the period is divided by 60 to acquire the heart rate per minute.
In another aspect of the present invention, an exercise guidance system is provided, which includes a cloud storage unit, and the intelligent garment, the intelligent terminal and the exercise guidance unit installed in the intelligent terminal as described above,

the cloud storage unit is used for storing historical data provided by the intelligent clothes;
the intelligent terminal is used for monitoring real-time electrocardio data obtained by monitoring the intelligent clothes and acquiring temperature and humidity data and air pressure data through a temperature and humidity detection module and an atmospheric pressure detection module; the real-time electrocardio data, the temperature and humidity data and the air pressure data are integrated, the calorie burning value is calculated through the exercise time, and the calorie burning value is transmitted to the exercise guidance unit through the wireless transmission module;
the motion guidance unit comprises a data storage module, a data receiving module and a motion guidance application module, wherein: the data receiving module is used for receiving the real-time data output by the intelligent monitoring unit; the data storage module is used for storing the real-time data forwarded by the data receiving module; the motion guidance application module is used for analyzing the historical data inquired from the cloud storage unit and referring to the received real-time data to provide a motion guidance scheme for the user in real time.
Preferably, the exercise guidance program comprises exercise time, exercise speed, exercise heart rate and exercise pattern, for example heart rate is used to measure whether there is aerobic exercise. If the heart rate test value is between 50% and 75% of the maximum heart rate, the aerobic exercise is carried out, and the maximum heart rate of the human body = 220-age. For example: a 20-year-old minor run beats 150 per minute at heart rate, then his maximal heart rate is 220-20=200,150/200=75% maximal heart rate, so his run is aerobic. At the moment, the intelligent terminal can guide and remind the aerobic exercise through the intelligent terminal, and the guidance and the reminding can be from effective guidance information of scientific exercise prestored in a database of the system.

The embodiment I provides an intelligent garment for motion monitoring, which comprises a garment worn next to the skin, at least one electrode and an electrocardio acquisition and processing circuit, wherein the electrode and the electrocardio acquisition and processing circuit are arranged on the garment, the electrode is used for conducting a biological electric signal on the surface of the skin of a human body, the electrocardio acquisition and processing circuit comprises a signal amplification filtering circuit, a microprocessor and a wireless transceiver, the signal amplification filtering circuit receives the electrocardio signal of the electrode and sends the electrocardio signal into the microprocessor, and the microprocessor sends processed electrocardio data through the wireless transceiver.
Preferably, the number of the electrodes is three, and the signal amplification and filtering circuit comprises a high-resistance low-noise amplification circuit and a multi-stage filter.

The intelligent garment for monitoring the movement comprises a garment worn next to the skin, and at least one electrode and an electrocardio acquisition and processing circuit which are arranged on the garment, and is characterized in that the electrode is used for conducting a biological electric signal on the surface of the skin of a human body, the electrocardio acquisition and processing circuit comprises a signal amplification and filtering circuit, a microprocessor and a wireless transceiver, the signal amplification and filtering circuit receives the electrocardio signal of the electrode and sends the electrocardio signal into the microprocessor, and the microprocessor sends processed electrocardio data through the wireless transceiver.
2. The intelligent garment for motion monitoring as recited in claim 1, wherein the number of the electrodes is three, and the signal amplification and filtering circuit comprises a high resistance low noise amplification circuit and a multi-stage filter.
3. An exercise guidance system, characterized in that the system comprises a cloud storage unit, and the smart garment of claim 1 or 2, a smart terminal, and an exercise guidance unit installed in the smart terminal,
wherein,
the cloud storage unit is used for storing historical data provided by the intelligent clothes;
the intelligent terminal is used for monitoring real-time electrocardio data obtained by monitoring the intelligent clothes and acquiring temperature and humidity data and air pressure data through a temperature and humidity detection module and an atmospheric pressure detection module; the real-time electrocardio data, the temperature and humidity data and the air pressure data are integrated, the calorie burning value is calculated through the exercise time, and the calorie burning value is transmitted to the exercise guidance unit through the wireless transmission module;
the motion guidance unit comprises a data storage module, a data receiving module and a motion guidance application module, wherein: the data receiving module is used for receiving the real-time data output by the intelligent monitoring unit; the data storage module is used for storing the real-time data forwarded by the data receiving module; the motion guidance application module is used for analyzing the historical data inquired from the cloud storage unit and referring to the received real-time data to provide a motion guidance scheme for the user in real time.
4. The athletic guidance system of claim 3, wherein the athletic guidance program includes an athletic time, an athletic speed, an athletic heart rate, and an athletic regimen.
5. The athletic guidance system of claim 4, wherein the smart terminal comprises at least one of a smart television, a smart tablet, and a smart phone.
