Abstract
本发明公开一种镜面反射隔热膜,包括冷轧板、高分子膜、耐老化胶黏剂、耐酸碱合金铝箔、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、高耐候改性聚酯薄膜,冷轧板上下覆盖高分子膜,高分子膜通过耐老化胶黏剂与耐酸碱合金铝箔连接,耐酸碱合金铝箔通过耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与高耐候改性聚酯薄膜连接,本发明利用复合材料中耐酸碱合金铝箔对于光、热的反射功能,以及复合材料导热系数大大低于彩钢瓦钢板导热系数的原理,实现有效隔热降温,同时又利用钢板的强度、优良的屈服强度和可压型、可延展的特性,达到材料施工操作的便利性,使得材料在达到良好防腐蚀性能的同时取得工程施工的便利性。

工艺领域
本发明涉及一种镜面反射隔热膜,属于隔热瓦技术领域。
背景技术
隔热膜,又俗称太阳隔热膜等,其中,隔热膜是最常见的称呼,“隔热”是指对红外光区的有效阻隔,根据car2100权威定义,隔热膜一般是由PET基材复合而成的薄膜,带有的水溶性压敏胶,它能紧紧贴住玻璃碎片,当发生碰撞车祸或被歹徒敲打挡风玻璃,玻璃碎片不会脱落飞溅,适宜的温度环境对于厂房、仓库很重要,对于有恒温恒湿要求的车间,例如电子、化工、医疗产品等行业,如果厂房屋面能够有效隔热,那么就能在高温天气下节约大量的空调降温费用,节约能源,保护环境,对于没有空调的车间,如果屋面能有效隔热,那么高温天气下工人们就能获得更好的生产环境,生产效率能够得到保证,也大大降低工人夏天中暑的风险,对于仓库来说,高温天气下的屋面隔热也是非常重要,能够有效得提高粮食等货物的存储时间。而目前厂房、仓库等屋面常用的彩钢瓦材料很大的一个弊端是不隔热,高温天气下彩钢瓦车间、仓库温度非常高,带来生产、货物存储等一系列的问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服隔热效果差的问题,本发明提供一种镜面反射隔热膜。
工艺方案:本发明公开一种镜面反射隔热膜,包括冷轧板、高分子膜、耐老化胶黏剂、耐酸碱合金铝箔、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、高耐候改性聚酯薄膜,冷轧板上下覆盖高分子膜,高分子膜通过耐老化胶黏剂与耐酸碱合金铝箔连接,耐酸碱合金铝箔通过耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与高耐候改性聚酯薄膜连接,高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱合金铝箔通过烘箱利用耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂将两层材料复合,烘箱设置为电加热,烘箱一共7节,烘箱每节温度设置分别为70度、90度、110度、130度、110度、90度、70度,高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱合金铝箔复合完成后放在室温为75度的熟化室进行熟化84小时,让胶黏剂充分反应、固化,高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱合金铝箔复合固化后利用烘箱经过耐老化胶黏剂与高分子膜复合,复合完成后放入熟化室中,并熟化,所述熟化后复合膜同时层压到冷轧板正反两面,冷轧板首先脱脂清洗,并经钝化处理,将冷轧板加热至220度温度再与上下两层复合膜同时复合,保证复合牢度和强度,确保室外使用寿命年限达到10年。
本发明通过在冷轧板正反两面同时层压多层复合材料,利用复合材料中耐酸碱合金铝箔对于光、热的反射功能,以及复合材料导热系数大大低于彩钢瓦钢板导热系数的原理,实现有效隔热降温,同时又利用钢板的强度、优良的屈服强度和可压型、可延展的特性,达到材料施工操作的便利性,使得材料在达到良好防腐蚀性能的同时取得工程施工的便利性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐述,应当指出:对于本工艺领域的普通工艺人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
实施例1:
如图1所示本发明公开一种镜面反射隔热膜,其特征在于,包括冷轧板、高分子膜、耐老化胶黏剂、耐酸碱合金铝箔、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、高耐候改性聚酯薄膜,所述冷轧板上下覆盖高分子膜,所述高分子膜通过耐老化胶黏剂与耐酸碱合金铝箔连接,所述耐酸碱合金铝箔通过耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与高耐候改性聚酯薄膜连接,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜的厚度为25-50微米,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜的厚度为25-50微米,所述高分子膜的厚度为40-60微米,所述冷轧板的厚度为0.35-0.55mm,本发明通过在冷轧板正反两面同时层压多层复合材料,利用复合材料中耐酸碱合金铝箔对于光、热的反射功能,以及复合材料导热系数大大低于彩钢瓦钢板导热系数的原理,实现有效隔热降温,同时又利用钢板的强度、优良的屈服强度和可压型、可延展的特性,达到材料施工操作的便利性,使得材料在达到良好防腐蚀性能的同时取得工程施工的便利性。
生产工艺:首先采购高耐候改性聚酯薄膜,以及耐酸碱的合金铝箔,然后使用烘箱,利用耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂将两层材料复合,烘箱设置为电加热,一共7节,每节烘箱3米,7节烘箱温度设置分别为70度、90度、110度、130度、110度、90度、70度,以此来确保胶黏剂充分的化学反应以及两层材料的复合牢度和强度,以确保室外使用的寿命年限达到10年。
高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱合金铝箔复合固化后放在室温为75度的熟化室进行熟化84小时,让胶黏剂充分反应、固化,高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱合金铝箔复合固化后利用烘箱经过耐老化胶黏剂与高分子膜复合,确保胶黏剂充分的化学反应以及两层材料的复合牢度和强度,复合完成后放入熟化室中,并熟化,所述熟化后复合膜同时层压到冷轧板正反两面,冷轧板首先脱脂清洗,并经钝化处理,增加钢板表面摩擦系数,然后将冷轧板加热至220度温度再与上下两层复合膜同时复合,保证复合牢度和强度,确保室外使用寿命年限达到10年。
Claims (6)
1.一种镜面反射隔热膜,其特征在于,包括冷轧板、高分子膜、耐老化胶黏剂、耐酸碱合金铝箔、耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂、高耐候改性聚酯薄膜,所述冷轧板上下覆盖高分子膜,所述高分子膜通过耐老化胶黏剂与耐酸碱合金铝箔连接,所述耐酸碱合金铝箔通过耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂与高耐候改性聚酯薄膜连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种镜面反射隔热膜,其特征在于,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱合金铝箔通过烘箱利用耐老化抗紫外线胶黏剂将两层材料复合,所述烘箱设置为电加热,所述烘箱一共7节,所述烘箱每节温度设置分别为70度、90度、110度、130度、110度、90度、70度,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱合金铝箔复合完成后放在室温为75度的熟化室进行熟化84小时,让胶黏剂充分反应、固化,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜和耐酸碱合金铝箔复合固化后利用烘箱经过耐老化胶黏剂与高分子膜复合,复合完成后放入熟化室中,并熟化,所述熟化后复合膜同时层压到冷轧板正反两面。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种镜面反射隔热膜,其特征在于,冷轧板首先脱脂清洗,并经钝化处理,将冷轧板加热至220度温度再与上下两层复合膜同时复合,保证复合牢度和强度,确保室外使用寿命年限达到10年。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种镜面反射隔热膜,其特征在于,所述高耐候改性聚酯薄膜的厚度为25-50微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种镜面反射隔热膜,其特征在于,所述高分子膜的厚度为40-60微米。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种镜面反射隔热膜,其特征在于,所述冷轧板的厚度为0.35-0.55mm。
