Abstract

本发明提供一种节能风力发电路灯,包括轴座经由螺栓固接在支架上端,第一锥齿轮经键连接连接在转轴上,传动轴安装在所述支架上,所述传动轴上端安装有一第二锥齿轮,所述支架上端沿所述传动轴中心轴线对称安装有一极靴,两所述极靴之间分别安装有一N极电磁铁、S极电磁铁,固定板经螺栓固接在所述支架上,所述固定板上端安装有一灯架,所述灯架上端设有一所述路灯,锂电池经螺栓固接在所述支架上,本发明结构简单,利用风力推动叶片及转轴的转动,利用锥齿轮传动带动电驱在磁场内高速转动,借助电磁感应原理利用变化磁场产生电能,用以路灯的照明,节能环保,供电量足,可充分满足路灯照明用电需求,且使用成本低廉,经济性好。

技术领域
本发明属于路灯技术领域,尤其涉及一种节能风力发电路灯。
背景技术
路灯,指给道路提供照明功能的灯具,泛指交通照明中路面照明范围内的灯具。在注重环保节能的今天,大多数道路两侧的路灯采用集中供电照明,随着能源问题的日益紧张和环境问题的日趋严重,节能环保越来越受到大众的重视,采用集中供电照明会耗费大量的电能,不利于节能减排,且接线长,连接电线容易出现老化的问题,在太阳能环保能源路灯开发方面,科技工作者做了重大的贡献,但是太阳能电板价格昂贵,使用寿命很有限,导致太阳能路灯利用不是很普遍。
风能作为一种清洁能源,取之不尽用之不竭,用风能作为一种路灯功能的方式,节能环保,使用成本低。
因此,发明一种节能风力发电路灯显得非常必要。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种节能风力发电路灯。
一种节能风力发电路灯,包括叶片、转轴、轴座、第一锥齿轮、灯架、路灯、固定板、锂电池、接线柱、极靴、支架、传动轴、第二锥齿轮、N极电磁铁、S极电磁铁、电驱、电刷和集流环;所述轴座经由螺栓固接在所述支架上端,所述第一锥齿轮经键连接连接在所述转轴上,所述传动轴安装在所述支架上,所述传动轴上端安装有一所述第二锥齿轮,所述支架上端沿所述传动轴中心轴线对称安装有一所述极靴,两所述极靴之间分别安装有一所述N极电磁铁、S极电磁铁,所述固定板经螺栓固接在所述支架上,所述固定板上端安装有一所述灯架,所述灯架上端设有一所述路灯,所述锂电池经螺栓固接在所述支架上,两所述极靴形成的环状空间内设有一固接在所述传动轴下端的所述电驱,所述电驱下端的所述传动轴上由上至下安装有一所述电刷、集流环,所述集流环末端设有两个所述接线柱。
优选地,所述接线柱经导线连接所述锂电池。
优选地,所述第一锥齿轮与所述第二锥齿轮啮合。
优选地,所述转轴一端设有若干所述叶片。
优选地,所述锂电池经路灯控制器连接所述路灯。
优选地,所述转轴两端分别设置在所述轴座上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明结构简单,利用风力推动叶片及转轴的转动,利用锥齿轮传动带动电驱在磁场内高速转动,借助电磁感应原理利用变化磁场产生电能,用以路灯的照明,节能环保,供电量足,可充分满足路灯照明用电需求,且使用成本低廉,经济性好。

本发明提供一种节能风力发电路灯,包括叶片1、转轴2、轴座3、第一锥齿轮4、灯架5、路灯6、固定板7、锂电池8、接线柱9、极靴10、支架11、传动轴12、第二锥齿轮13、N极电磁铁14、S极电磁铁15、电驱16、电刷17和集流环18;轴座3经由螺栓固接在支架11上端,第一锥齿轮4经键连接连接在转轴2上,传动轴12安装在支架11上,传动轴12上端安装有一第二锥齿轮13,支架11上端沿传动轴12中心轴线对称安装有一极靴10,两极靴10之间分别安装有一N极电磁铁14、S极电磁铁15,固定板7经螺栓固接在支架11上,固定板7上端安装有一灯架5,灯架5上端设有一路灯6,锂电池8经螺栓固接在支架11上,两极靴10形成的环状空间内设有一固接在传动轴12下端的电驱16,电驱16下端的传动轴12上由上至下安装有一电刷17、集流环18,集流环18末端设有两个接线柱9,接线柱9经导线连接锂电池8,第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮13啮合,转轴2一端设有若干叶片1,锂电池8经路灯控制器连接路灯6,转轴2两端分别设置在轴座3上。
工作原理
本发明是这样来实现的,利用风能吹动转轴2上的叶片1转动,叶片1带动转轴2转动,转轴2上的第一锥齿轮与传动轴12上的第二锥齿轮13啮合,传动轴12下端安装有伸入两极靴10形成的环状空间内的电驱16,电枢16由于导线通过两极靴10之间的N极电磁铁14、S极电磁铁15形成的磁场的相对运动,引起在导线中感应的电流,将静止部分电流通过电刷17传递给转动的集流环18,集流环18传输电流到接线柱9上,经过导线连通接线柱9和锂电池8,锂电池8经路灯控制器连接路灯6,在光照不足或光亮度不够时,路灯6打开进行照明,锂电池8持续供电,利用风力推动叶片及转轴的转动,借助电磁感应原理利用变化磁场产生电能,用以路灯的照明,节能环保,结构简单,供电量足,可充分满足路灯照明用电需求,且使用成本低廉,经济性好。
利用本发明所述的技术方案,或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下,设计出类似的技术方案,而达到上述技术效果的,均是落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种节能风力发电路灯,其特征在于,该节能风力发电路灯包括叶片(1)、转轴(2)、轴座(3)、第一锥齿轮(4)、灯架(5)、路灯(6)、固定板(7)、锂电池(8)、接线柱(9)、极靴(10)、支架(11)、传动轴(12)、第二锥齿轮(13)、N极电磁铁(14)、S极电磁铁(15)、电驱(16)、电刷(17)和集流环(18);所述轴座(3)经由螺栓固接在所述支架(11)上端,所述第一锥齿轮(4)经键连接连接在所述转轴(2)上,所述传动轴(12)安装在所述支架(11)上,所述传动轴(12)上端安装有一所述第二锥齿轮(13),所述支架(11)上端沿所述传动轴(12)中心轴线对称安装有一所述极靴(10),两所述极靴(10)之间分别安装有一所述N极电磁铁(14)、S极电磁铁(15),所述固定板(7)经螺栓固接在所述支架(11)上,所述固定板(7)上端安装有一所述灯架(5),所述灯架(5)上端设有一所述路灯(6),所述锂电池(8)经螺栓固接在所述支架(11)上,两所述极靴(10)形成的环状空间内设有一固接在所述传动轴(12)下端的所述电驱(16),所述电驱(16)下端的所述传动轴(12)上由上至下安装有一所述电刷(17)、集流环(18),所述集流环(18)末端设有两个所述接线柱(9)。
