目前市场上使用的抛光磨具有很多种,磨砂纸居多,磨砂纸俗称砂皮是一种用以研磨金属、木材等表面,以使其光洁平滑的材料,磨砂纸通常在基材上胶着各种研磨砂粒而成,其中基材大多采用纸质材料或单层的布或薄膜,纸质材料在使用时柔软度不够,纸基易脆裂破损,遇水易烂,使用时易刮伤打磨的器材;而使用单层的布或薄膜作为基材,则易磨损,尤其是用于表面较为粗糙的器材,损耗更大,非常之不耐用,且一般对物品进行粗磨后,再进行精磨,每次打磨物品时粗磨和精磨都需要采用不同种类的磨砂纸,更换麻烦,且需要更换两种砂纸,增加成本;
随着生产水平的不断提高,对砂纸砂布的需要也更加广泛,人们需要更高水平的砂布来满足实际生产的需要,特别适用于金属,木材,电子行业的打磨;因此,需有一种能克服以上缺陷的砂纸成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。

金刚石磨粒层(3)上涂附有复胶层(4),基体(1)为无纺布材料;按质量百分比计,底胶层(2)的组分和各组分的含量为:环氧改性酚醛树脂50%~75%、柔软剂15%~35%、增稠润滑剂2%~5%、增粘剂8%~15%,上述各组分的质量百分比之和为100%;按质量百分比计,复胶层(4)的组分和各组分的含量为:水性环氧树脂60%~75%、内混型抗静电剂2%~10%、辅料15%~35%,上述各组分的质量百分比之和为100%;
胶粘剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:

本发明具有的优点和积极效果是;本发明中加入了氨基硅乳,提高了胶粘剂的防水性;本发明中加入的全氟丙烯酸乳液既具有丙烯酸类聚合物的成膜性和附着性,又由于其侧链上含有全氟基团且取向朝外,因此表面能较低,具有优良的疏水、疏油、防污等表面性能;
常用的催化剂是二月桂酸二丁基锡,它是强凝胶性质的催化剂,可用于弹性体、胶粘剂、密封胶、涂料、硬泡、模塑泡沫等,还可与胺催化剂并用于高速生产高密度结构泡沫、喷涂硬泡、硬泡板材;
分子内适度的交联可使材料硬度、软化温度和弹性模量增加,断裂伸长率、永久变形和在溶剂中的溶胀性降低,加入小分子扩链剂,不仅可以调节分子量及软硬段比例,还可以进一步交联形成线性或体型大分子,以提高其强度、硬度、弹性及耐介质性等;胺类与异氰酸酯基团反应速度较快,且反应生成的脲键极性较强,能够带来更为明显的微相分离;而醇类扩链剂与异氰酸酯基团的反应速度与胺类相比较慢,反应也较平和,随着醇类扩链剂用量提高,胶粒均一性增强,粒径减小,胶膜断裂伸长率改善。
磷酸三苯酯、磷酸甲苯二苯酯等,其可以作为抑制火焰剂,阻燃机理是:燃烧时磷酸酯分解,脱水后生成的偏磷酸聚合,会使高分子物脱水,形成一层能够隔绝空气的膜,同时还起气相阻燃机理。
砂纸的制备时采用复合磨料颗粒,抛光浆料的成分(磨料颗粒、助剂等)是影响抛光表面质量的关键因素之一,目前,采用的磨料颗粒一般为二氧化硅、二氧化铈或三氧化二铝等传统无机磨料颗粒,这些单一的磨料颗粒往往得不到令人满意的抛光效果,如,二氧化硅容易配置成具有良好分散稳定性的浆料,但其抛光塑料偏低,在实际应用中往往需要在抛光料中添加氧化剂等来改善抛光速率,从而造成抛光料的化学成份复杂,三氧化二铝磨料颗粒具有较高的硬度,虽然抛光速率较高,但易造成表面划伤从而影响成品率,二氧化铈具有优异的抛光能力,但分散稳定性较差,本发明中的磨料颗粒为复合磨料颗粒,克服了单一磨料颗粒的不足,结合了两者的优点,这种复合磨料颗粒对抛光后的晶片具有良好的抛光效果,表面平整、光滑。
具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容、特点及功效,兹例举以下实施例详细说明如下。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种一种高附着力聚酯耐水砂布的生产工艺,采用耐水砂纸作为生产用的布基; 在对布基进行植砂面刮涂之后对布基的植砂面进行电晕处理; 刮涂胶料、底胶胶料和复胶胶料里均添加有散热材料和导热材料; 植砂所用磨料为金刚石磨粒;
金刚石磨粒层(3)上涂附有复胶层(4),基体(1)为无纺布材料;按质量百分比计,底胶层(2)的组分和各组分的含量为:环氧改性酚醛树脂50%、柔软剂35%、增稠润滑剂5%、增粘剂10%;按质量百分比计,复胶层(4)的组分和各组分的含量为:水性环氧树脂75%、内混型抗静电剂10%、辅料15%;
胶粘剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
氨基硅乳:21份,全氟丙烯酸乳液:11份,二异氰酸酯:15份,去离子水:15份,填料:5份,增塑剂:3份,分散剂:5份,成膜助剂:9份,消泡剂:6份,阻燃剂:2份;催化剂:4份,催化剂捕捉剂:2份,小分子扩链剂:3份;
填料玻璃鳞片;的增塑剂均为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、磷酸三甲苯酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯中的一种;的分散剂为三聚磷酸钠;的成膜助剂为乙二醇乙醚或丙二醇中的一种;的消泡剂为有机硅氧烷或酰胺中的一种或几种;的阻燃剂选用磷酸三酯;催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、聚磷酸铵或磷酸三聚氰胺中得一种;的催化剂捕捉剂为甲醛;的小分子扩链剂为1,4丁二醇。
氨基硅乳的制备方法如下:在装有温度计的三口烧瓶中加入去离子水、八甲基环四硅氧烷、四乙烯基四甲基环四硅氧烷、十六碳烯和烷基铵盐乳化剂,机械搅拌混合均匀后,升温至50℃进行预乳化反应1.5h,后升温至60-80℃加入催化剂氢氧化钾,保温反应2h,冷却至40℃,用冰醋酸调节乳液的PH为6-7,出料,过滤后得到氨基硅乳。
柔软剂为水性聚乙烯蜡乳液,其PH值为7.0~9.0,平均粒径≤0.1μm。
增稠润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的一种或两种的混合物;增稠润滑剂为硬脂酸镁和硬脂酸锌的混合物时,硬脂酸镁和硬脂酸锌的质量比为1∶1。
在对布基进行植砂面刮涂之前,对非植砂面进行第一次刮涂;对布基进行植砂面刮涂之后、布基的植砂面进行电晕处理之前,还包括对非植砂面进行第二次刮涂。
对非植砂面进行第一次刮涂所用刮涂胶料含有如下重量份的材料:氨基硅乳:21份,全氟丙烯酸乳液:12份,二异氰酸酯:15份,去离子水:18份,填料:5份,增塑剂:4份,分散剂:6份,成膜助剂:9份,消泡剂:6份,阻燃剂:2份;催化剂:5份,催化剂捕捉剂:3份,小分子扩链剂:2份。
对植砂面刮涂所用刮涂胶料含有如下重量份的材料:100重量份的聚乙烯醇溶液,21重量份的硅溶胶,0.9重量份的散热材料,1.2重量份的导热材料,其中:聚乙烯醇溶液固含量为20%~25%;的硅溶胶分子式mSiO2nH2O,胶体粒径为18nm,SiO2含量27%。
对非植砂面进行第二次刮涂所用刮涂胶料含有如下重量份的材料:40重量份的丁苯乳液,42重量份的液体水溶性酚醛树脂,16重量份的轻质碳酸钙,1.4重量份的散热材料,1.1重量份的导热材料,其中:的丁苯乳液固含量为49%;的液体水溶性酚醛树脂的固含量为74%。
在涂覆底胶时,底胶胶料含有如下重量份的材料:100重量份的酚醛树脂,65重量份的碳酸钙,0.7重量份的散热材料,1.1重量份的导热材料,其中,酚醛树脂固含量为63%。
在涂覆复胶时,复胶胶料含有如下重量份的材料:75重量份的碳酸钙,100重量份的酚醛树脂,2.7重量份的散热材料,2.3重量份的导热材料,其中,酚醛树脂的固含量为63%。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种高附着力聚酯耐水砂布的生产工艺,采用耐水砂纸作为生产用的布基; 在对布基进行植砂面刮涂之后对布基的植砂面进行电晕处理; 刮涂胶料、底胶胶料和复胶胶料里均添加有散热材料和导热材料; 植砂所用磨料为金刚石磨粒;
金刚石磨粒层(3)上涂附有复胶层(4),基体(1)为无纺布材料;按质量百分比计,底胶层(2)的组分和各组分的含量为:环氧改性酚醛树脂75%、柔软剂15%、增稠润滑剂5%、增粘剂15%;按质量百分比计,复胶层(4)的组分和各组分的含量为:水性环氧树脂60%、内混型抗静电剂10%、辅料30%;
胶粘剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
氨基硅乳:23份,全氟丙烯酸乳液:11份,二异氰酸酯:17份,去离子水:18份,填料:6份,增塑剂:4份,分散剂:5份,成膜助剂:9份,消泡剂:6份,阻燃剂:2份;催化剂:4份,催化剂捕捉剂:2份,小分子扩链剂:3份;
填料玻璃鳞片;的增塑剂均为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、磷酸三甲苯酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯中的一种;的分散剂为三聚磷酸钠;的成膜助剂为乙二醇乙醚或丙二醇中的一种;的消泡剂为有机硅氧烷或酰胺中的一种或几种;的阻燃剂选用磷酸三酯;催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、聚磷酸铵或磷酸三聚氰胺中得一种;的催化剂捕捉剂为甲醛;的小分子扩链剂为1,4丁二醇。

在对布基进行植砂面刮涂之前,对非植砂面进行第一次刮涂;对布基进行植砂面刮涂之后、布基的植砂面进行电晕处理之前,还包括对非植砂面进行第二次刮涂。
对非植砂面进行第一次刮涂所用刮涂胶料含有如下重量份的材料:氨基硅乳:23份,全氟丙烯酸乳液:11份,二异氰酸酯:17份,去离子水:19份,填料:6份,增塑剂:4份,分散剂:5份,成膜助剂:10份,消泡剂:7份,阻燃剂:2份;催化剂:4份,催化剂捕捉剂:2份,小分子扩链剂:3份。
对植砂面刮涂所用刮涂胶料含有如下重量份的材料:100重量份的聚乙烯醇溶液,23重量份的硅溶胶,1.0重量份的散热材料,1.2重量份的导热材料,其中:聚乙烯醇溶液固含量为23%;的硅溶胶分子式mSiO2nH2O,胶体粒径为18nm,SiO2含量27%。
对非植砂面进行第二次刮涂所用刮涂胶料含有如下重量份的材料:41重量份的丁苯乳液,42重量份的液体水溶性酚醛树脂,18重量份的轻质碳酸钙,1.3重量份的散热材料,1.1重量份的导热材料,其中:的丁苯乳液固含量为49%;的液体水溶性酚醛树脂的固含量为72%.
在涂覆底胶时,底胶胶料含有如下重量份的材料:100重量份的酚醛树脂,95重量份的碳酸钙,0.8重量份的散热材料,1.1重量份的导热材料,其中,酚醛树脂固含量为64%。
在涂覆复胶时,复胶胶料含有如下重量份的材料:72重量份的碳酸钙,100重量份的酚醛树脂,2.9重量份的散热材料,2.3重量份的导热材料,其中,酚醛树脂的固含量为63%。

Claims (10)

1.一种高附着力聚酯耐水砂布的生产工艺,其特征在于: 采用耐水砂纸作为生产用的布基; 在对布基进行植砂面刮涂之后对布基的植砂面进行电晕处理; 刮涂胶料、底胶胶料和复胶胶料里均添加有散热材料和导热材料; 植砂所用磨料为金刚石磨粒;
所述金刚石磨粒层(3)上涂附有所述复胶层(4),其特征在于:所述基体(1)为无纺 布材料;按质量百分比计,所述底胶层(2)的组分和各组分的含量为:环氧改性酚醛树脂 50%~75%、柔软剂15%~35%、增稠润滑剂2%~5%、增粘剂8%~15%,上述各组分的 质量百分比之和为100%;按质量百分比计,所述复胶层(4)的组分和各组分的含量为:水 性环氧树脂60%~75%、内混型抗静电剂2%~10%、辅料15%~35%,上述各组分的质量 百分比之和为100%;
所述胶粘剂按质量份数计包括以下组分:
氨基硅乳:20-25份,全氟丙烯酸乳液:10-12份,二异氰酸酯:15-18份,去离子水:10-20份,填料:5-7份,增塑剂:3-5份,分散剂:4-7份,成膜助剂:8-11份,消泡剂:5-8份,阻燃剂:1-3份;催化剂:3-5份,催化剂捕捉剂:1-3份,小分子扩链剂:1-3份;
所述填料玻璃鳞片;所述的增塑剂均为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、磷酸三甲苯酯或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯中的一种;所述的分散剂为三聚磷酸钠;所述的成膜助剂为乙二醇乙醚或丙二醇中的一种;所述的消泡剂为有机硅氧烷或酰胺中的一种或几种;所述的阻燃剂选用磷酸三酯;所述催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、聚磷酸铵或磷酸三聚氰胺中得一种;所述的催化剂捕捉剂为甲醛;所述的小分子扩链剂为1,4丁二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力聚酯耐水砂布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述氨基硅乳的制备方法如下:在装有温度计的三口烧瓶中加入去离子水、八甲基环四硅氧烷、四乙烯基四甲基环四硅氧烷、十六碳烯和烷基铵盐乳化剂,机械搅拌混合均匀后,升温至50℃进行预乳化反应1.5h,后升温至60-80℃加入催化剂氢氧化钾,保温反应2h,冷却至40℃,用冰醋酸调节乳液的PH为6-7,出料,过滤后得到氨基硅乳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力聚酯耐水砂布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述柔软剂为水性聚乙烯蜡乳液,其PH值为7.0~9.0,平均粒径≤0.1μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力聚酯耐水砂布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述增稠润滑剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌中的一种或两种的混合物;所述增稠润滑剂为硬脂酸镁和硬脂酸锌的混合物时,所述硬脂酸镁和硬脂酸锌的质量比为1∶1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力聚酯耐水砂布的生产工艺,其特征在于:在对布基进行植砂面刮涂之前,对非植砂面进行第一次刮涂;对布基进行植砂面刮涂之后、布基的植砂面进行电晕处理之前,还包括对非植砂面进行第二次刮涂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力聚酯耐水砂布的生产工艺,其特征在于:对非植砂面进行第一次刮涂所用刮涂胶料含有如下重量份的材料:氨基硅乳:20-25份,全氟丙烯酸乳液:10-12份,二异氰酸酯:15-18份,去离子水:10-20份,填料:5-7份,增塑剂:3-5份,分散剂:4-7份,成膜助剂:8-11份,消泡剂:5-8份,阻燃剂:1-3份;催化剂:3-5份,催化剂捕捉剂:1-3份,小分子扩链剂:1-3份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力聚酯砂布的生产工艺,其特征在于,对植砂面刮涂所用刮涂胶料含有如下重量份的材料:100重量份的聚乙烯醇溶液,20~25重量份的硅溶胶,0.8~1.0重量份的散热材料,1~1.5重量份的导热材料,其中:所述聚乙烯醇溶液固含量为20%~25%;所述的硅溶胶分子式mSiO2nH2O,胶体粒径为10~20nm,SiO2含量20%~30%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高附着力聚酯砂布的生产工艺,其特征在于,对非植砂面进行第二次刮涂所用刮涂胶料含有如下重量份的材料:40~42重量份的丁苯乳液,40-42重量份的液体水溶性酚醛树脂,15-20重量份的轻质碳酸钙,1.2-1.5重量份的散热材料,1-1.5重量份的导热材料,其中:所述的丁苯乳液固含量为48%-50%;所述的液体水溶性酚醛树脂的固含量为70%-75%。
9.根据权利要求6所述的高附着力聚酯砂布的生产工艺,其特征在于,在涂覆底胶时,底胶胶料含有如下重量份的材料:100重量份的酚醛树脂,50-95重量份的碳酸钙,0.5-1.0重量份的散热材料,1-1.2重量份的导热材料,其中,所述酚醛树脂固含量为60%-65%。
10.根据权利要求8所述的高附着力聚酯砂布的生产工艺,其特征在于,在涂覆复胶时,复胶胶料含有如下重量份的材料:60-100重量份的碳酸钙,100重量份的酚醛树脂,2.5-3.0重量份的散热材料,2-2.5重量份的导热材料,其中,所述酚醛树脂的固含量为60%-65%。
