Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a liquid level observer 26 is disposed on one side of the exterior of the gun body protection seat 20, the liquid level observer 26 includes a low level detector 261 and a high level detector 262, the liquid level observer 26 is used for observing the water level state inside the gun body protection seat 20, so as to send an alarm when the water level is higher than the high level detector 262 to signal an operator to stop the spray cleaning operation, thereby preventing the excessive accumulated sewage from causing the nozzle 322 of the rotary nozzle 32 to lose the cleaning effect of the spray force below the water level.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the spray gun mechanism 30 is disposed inside the gun body protection seat 20, and the spray gun mechanism 30 includes a spray gun head 31, a rotary spray head 32, a camera 33, an illuminating lamp 34, a mirror surface cleaning pipeline 35, a water pipe 36, and a spray gun head controller 37.
The front end of the spray gun head 31 is provided with a first tapered connecting surface 311, the rear end of the spray gun head is connected with a water pipe 36, and the rear end of the water pipe 36 penetrates through the gun body protective seat 20 and extends towards the rear end of the cleaning machine main body to be connected with the spray gun stroke control mechanism 40; the rear end of the rotary nozzle 32 is provided with a second bevel connecting surface 321, and the front end forms a nozzle 322; the spray gun head 31 and the rotary spray head 32 are overlapped through the first bevel connecting surface 311 and the second bevel connecting surface 321, and a bevel gear mechanism is arranged between the two bevel connecting surfaces to realize that the rotary spray head 32 rotates 360 degrees relative to the fixed spray gun head 31, so that the inner wall of the oil storage tank is cleaned comprehensively and in multiple angles.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the bevel gear mechanism disposed between the spray gun head 31 and the rotary nozzle 32 can refer to chinese patent CN102489483B or chinese utility model CN202356371U to realize the relative rotation between the spray gun head 31 and the rotary nozzle 32.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the rear end of the rotary nozzle 32 is overlapped on the front end of the spray gun head 31; the camera 33 and the illuminating lamp 34 are fixedly arranged at the rear end of the rotary nozzle 32 so as to rotate along with the rotary nozzle 32 for shooting, and the cleaning condition of the inner wall of the oil storage tank is monitored in real time. Preferably, the number of the illuminating lamps 34 is two and the illuminating lamps are respectively arranged on two sides of the camera 33 so as to provide uniform illumination on two sides of the nozzle 322 of the rotary nozzle 32.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the camera 33 and the illumination lamp 34 are further provided with the mirror surface cleaning pipeline 35 for cleaning the mirror surfaces of the camera 33 and the illumination lamp 34 to ensure the image capturing definition and the illumination effect. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the mirror surface cleaning pipeline 35 includes a pipeline 351, a diversion adapter 352 and a water tank 353, the pipeline 351 is connected with the diversion adapter 352 to divide a water inlet end of a single pipeline into two or more water outlet ends of the pipelines, the water inlet end of the pipeline 351 is connected with the water tank 353, and the water outlet ends are arranged corresponding to the mirror surfaces of the camera 33 and the illuminating lamp 34, so that clean water from the water tank 353 can be used for cleaning the mirror surfaces.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a groove is formed at the top of the base 10, and the water tank 353 is fixedly disposed on the base 10 by being accommodated in the groove.
As shown in fig. 1, the water pipe 36 is a hard pipe structure, the front end of the water pipe 36 is connected to the rear end of the spray gun head 31, and the rear end is provided with a water inlet 361 and connected to a high-pressure pump 362 to spray and output clean water to clean the inner wall of the oil storage tank.
The spray gun head 31, the rotary spray head 32, the camera 33 and the illuminating lamp 34 of the spray gun mechanism 30 are all connected with the spray gun head controller 37 and controlled by the spray gun head controller 37 to operate so as to realize the spray operation of the spray gun head 31, the rotary spray operation of the rotary spray head 32 and the cleaning state illumination and camera shooting operation of the camera 33 and the illuminating lamp 34. The spray gun head controller 37 is fixedly arranged on the base 10, and specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the spray gun head controller 37 is fixedly arranged on one side of the exterior of the gun body guard 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the spray gun stroke control mechanism 40 is fixedly arranged on the base 10 through the second support plate 16 and the third support plate 17 of the base 10, and the spray gun stroke control mechanism 40 includes a guide rail bracket 41, two guide rails 42, a screw 43, a guide rail seat 44, a driving motor 45 and a fine adjustment hand wheel 46.
The guide rail bracket 41 is formed into a hollow cylindrical housing structure with two through ends, the two opposite ends of the guide rail bracket 41 are supported and fixed on the base 10 through the second supporting plate 16 and the third supporting plate 17, and the guide rail bracket 41 is provided with a frame opening 411 to observe and monitor the motion state of the spray gun stroke control mechanism 40.
Specifically, the second support plate 16 and the third support plate 17 are coupled to the end surfaces of the rail brackets 41 such that both ends of the rail brackets 41 are supported at the same level. Wherein the inner space of the rail bracket 41 communicates with the inner space of the gun body guard 20 through the opening 161 of the second support plate 16.
As shown in fig. 1, the driving motor 45 is disposed on the side of the second support plate 16 facing the gun body guard 20; the fine adjustment hand wheel 46 is arranged on the side of the third support plate 17 facing away from the guide rail bracket 41.
The screw 43 is arranged on the top side of the inside of the guide rail bracket 41, one end of the screw 43 passes through the second support plate 16 and is connected with the driving motor 45, and the other end of the screw 43 passes through the third support plate 17 and is connected with the fine adjustment hand wheel 46.
The two guide rails 42 are arranged at the bottom side of the interior of the guide rail bracket 41 at the same horizontal height, and two ends of the guide rails 42 are fixedly connected with the second support plate 16 and the third support plate 17 respectively; the two guide rails 42 and the screw 43 form three horizontal moving connecting fulcrums.
The guide rail seat 44 is formed in a triangular shape, and has two sliding seat portions 441 and a screwing portion 442, the sliding seat portions 441 and the two guide rails 42 are slidably assembled, and an internal thread is arranged inside the screwing portion 442 and is screwed with an external thread of the screw 43; the middle of the guide rail seat 44 is provided with a joint 443 for penetrating and fixing the rear end of the water pipe 36 of the spray gun mechanism 30.
Therefore, when the driving motor 45 or the fine adjustment hand wheel 46 drives the screw 43 to rotate, the guide rail seat 44 screwed with the screw 43 is driven to reciprocate along the guide rail 42 and the screw 43, and the spray gun mechanism 30 is pulled to be pushed to or withdrawn from the oil storage tank. The driving motor 45 is used for driving the spray gun mechanism 30 to perform large-amplitude distance adjustment, and the fine adjustment hand wheel 46 is used for driving the spray gun mechanism 30 to perform small-amplitude distance adjustment, so that the effect of cleaning the interior of the oil storage tank is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the gate valve 50 includes a valve body 51 and a hand wheel 52. The hand wheel 52 is arranged on the top of the valve body 51 and used for controlling and operating the valve body 51 to open or close. In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the gate valve 50 is connected to the short circuit at the rear end of the manhole nipple 60 and the short circuit at the front end of the gun body retainer 20 through short circuits disposed at two opposite sides thereof; more specifically, the gate valve 50 is locked with the manhole nipple 60 and the short joint of the gun body retainer 20 through bolts to realize movable connection.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, manhole nipple 60 is formed into a cylindrical structure with two through ends, the two opposite ends of manhole nipple 60 form a rear end short circuit and an opening short circuit respectively, the rear end short circuit is used for being connected with the front end short circuit of gate valve 50, the opening short circuit is used for being installed and connected with the periphery of a cleaning opening 71 of an oil storage tank 70 so as to communicate the internal space of the oil storage tank 70 and the manhole nipple 60.
The spray gun mechanism 30 is deviated because the pressure of the cleaning liquid sprayed by the spray gun is extremely high and reaction force is easily generated after the cleaning liquid is sprayed on the wall surface of the oil storage tank; therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the manhole nipple 60 is further provided with a centering mechanism 61 inside for further clamping outside the spray gun head 31 or the water pipe 36 of the spray gun mechanism 30, so as to prevent the spray gun mechanism 30 from being damaged by deviation in the spraying process, and ensure that the spray gun head 31 and the rotary nozzle 32 can be adjusted to align to the part to be cleaned.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the righting mechanism 61 includes two sets of clamping structures, each set of clamping structure includes a linkage 611, an adjusting hand wheel 612, and a clamping piece 613, the linkage 611 penetrates through two opposite sides of the manhole nipple 60, one end of the linkage 611 penetrates through the inside of the manhole nipple 60 and is provided with the clamping piece 613, and the other end is located outside the manhole nipple 60 and is connected to the adjusting hand wheel 612; therefore, the two adjusting handwheels 612 are respectively rotated from the outside to drive the two clamping pieces 613 to clamp towards the front end of the spray gun mechanism 30, so that the purpose of righting the front end of the spray gun mechanism 30 is achieved. In addition, the end of the clamping member 613 is formed into a concave arc surface to match the cylindrical shape of the spray gun head 31 or the water pipe 36 of the spray gun mechanism 30, so as to ensure that the front end of the spray gun mechanism 30 is clamped and centered.
The above describes the specific structure and the implementation of the automatic horizontal oil tank sidewall cleaning machine of the present invention, and the following description refers to fig. 1 and 2 in combination to describe the method for cleaning the automatic horizontal oil tank sidewall cleaning machine of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
pre-connecting a manhole pup joint 60 and a gate valve 50, and closing the gate valve 50;
opening a cleaning opening 71 at a position close to the bottom of the oil storage tank 70 through the closed gate valve 50 by using a tapping machine, and simultaneously installing the manhole nipple 60 and the gate valve 50 at the cleaning opening 71;
removing the tapping machine, said cleaning opening 71 being closed by said closed gate valve 50;
moving the main body of the automatic cleaning machine for the side wall of the horizontal oil storage tank so that the front end of the gun body guard 20 is opposite to the gate valve 50;
adjusting the gun body guard 20 to match the level of the gate valve 50, and detachably connecting the gun body guard 20 and the gate valve 50;
after the gate valve 50 is opened, the spray gun mechanism 30 is driven to pass through the gun body protective seat 20, the gate valve 50, the manhole nipple 60 and the cleaning opening 71 to enter the oil storage tank for rotary spraying cleaning operation;
when the sewage level at the bottom of the oil storage tank is higher than the bottom side of the cleaning opening 71, the sewage is discharged by using the liquid pumping pipe 23 of the gun body protective seat 20;
when the sewage level at the bottom of the oil storage tank is lower than the bottom side of the cleaning opening 71, the sewage is sucked and discharged by the hose 25 extending to the bottom of the oil storage tank.
In summary, the invention adopts the above technical scheme, so that the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the existing mechanical cleaning needs to stop the tank, and the on-line cleaning can be realized through the technical scheme of the invention without stopping the tank.
(2) The existing mechanical cleaning needs to be carried out on the pipe arrangement and installation equipment at the top of the tank, and the invention can realize the installation under the tank through the technical scheme.
(3) According to the existing mechanical cleaning method for lowering the spray gun from the top of the tank, the cleaning machine needs to be manually adjusted in a tank loading mode every two hours.
(4) In the prior art, the spray gun is arranged on the top of the tank, so that the operation needs to be stopped in strong wind.
While the present invention has been described in detail and with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein. Therefore, certain details of the embodiments are not to be interpreted as limiting, and the scope of the invention is to be determined by the appended claims.

the cleaning machine comprises a main body part and a closed part, wherein the main body part comprises a base, a gun body protective seat, a spray gun mechanism and a spray gun stroke control mechanism, and the closed part comprises a gate valve and a manhole short section; wherein, the rifle body protects the seat with spray gun stroke control mechanism set firmly in on the base, the rifle body protect the one end of seat with spray gun stroke control mechanism connects, the other end with the gate valve is connected, spray gun mechanism locates rifle body protects inside the seat and with spray gun stroke control mechanism connects and stretches into or withdraw from inside the oil storage tank with being driven, the manhole nipple joint is used for connecting gate valve and oil storage tank.
2. The automatic horizontal oil storage tank side wall cleaning machine according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the bottom of the corner end of the base is provided with a foldable and contractible travelling wheel set and a screw lifting seat, wherein,
the walking wheel set comprises a bracket and a roller, one end of the bracket is hinged to the bottom of the base in a foldable and contractible manner, and the other end of the bracket is pivoted with the roller;
the screw lifting seat comprises an adjusting support leg, a screw and a screw joint seat,
the screw joint seat is fixedly arranged at the corner of the base and is provided with a screw hole penetrating through the base, one end of the screw rod is rotatably and vertically arranged on the adjusting support leg, and the other end of the screw rod is in threaded connection with the screw hole of the screw joint seat.

maintenance openings and cover plates for sealing the maintenance openings are formed in two opposite side walls of the gun body protection seat; the bottom of the gun body protective seat is provided with a liquid pumping pipe, and the liquid pumping pipe is externally connected with a vacuum negative pressure pump.

the spray gun head and the rotary spray head are overlapped through the first bevel connecting surface and the second bevel connecting surface and are connected through a bevel gear mechanism between the two bevel connecting surfaces, the spray gun head and the rotary spray head are connected with the spray gun head controller, the spray gun head is driven and controlled by the spray gun head controller to perform spray operation, and the rotary spray head is driven and controlled by the spray gun head controller to perform rotary spray operation.

the guide rail bracket is in a hollow cylindrical housing structure with two through ends, and the two opposite ends of the guide rail bracket are supported and fixed on the base through the second supporting plate and the third supporting plate;
the two guide rails are arranged at the bottom side of the interior of the guide rail bracket at the same horizontal height;
the screw rod is arranged on the top side in the guide rail bracket, one end of the screw rod penetrates through the second support plate to be connected with the driving motor, and the other end of the screw rod penetrates through the third support plate to be connected with the fine adjustment hand wheel;
the guide rail seat is provided with two sliding seat parts and a threaded part, the sliding seat parts and the two guide rails can be assembled in a sliding way, and the threaded part is in threaded connection with the screw; the middle of the guide rail seat is provided with a group interface used for penetrating and fixing the rear end of a water pipe of the spray gun mechanism;
and the screw rod is driven to rotate by the driving motor or the fine adjustment hand wheel so as to drive the guide rail seat to reciprocate along the guide rail and the screw rod, and further, the spray gun mechanism is pulled to be pushed close to or withdrawn from the oil storage tank.

the manhole short section is formed into a cylindrical structure with two through ends; the manhole short section is internally provided with a centering mechanism, the centering mechanism comprises two groups of clamping structures, each group of clamping structure comprises an interlocking rod, an adjusting hand wheel and a clamping piece, the interlocking rods penetrate through two opposite sides of the manhole short section, one end of the interlocking rod penetrates through the inside of the manhole short section and is provided with the clamping piece, and the other end of the interlocking rod is positioned outside the manhole short section and is connected with the adjusting hand wheel; therefore, the adjusting hand wheel is rotated to drive the clamping piece to clamp towards the front end of the spray gun mechanism so as to centralize the spray gun mechanism.

pre-connecting a manhole short section and a gate valve, and closing the gate valve;
a hole drilling machine is adopted to open a cleaning opening at the position, close to the bottom, of the oil storage tank through a closed gate valve, and meanwhile, a manhole short section and the gate valve are installed at the cleaning opening;
removing the tapping machine, the cleaning opening being closed by the closed gate valve;
moving the horizontal type automatic cleaning machine main body for an oil storage tank side wall according to any one of claims 1 to 9 so that the front end of the gun body retainer thereof is opposed to the gate valve;
adjusting the gun body protective seat to be matched with the horizontal height of the gate valve, and detachably connecting the gun body protective seat with the gate valve;
after the gate valve is opened, the spray gun mechanism is driven to pass through the gun body protective seat, the gate valve, the manhole short section and the cleaning opening to enter the oil storage tank for rotary spraying cleaning operation;
when the sewage level at the bottom of the oil storage tank is higher than the bottom side of the cleaning opening, the sewage is discharged by using a liquid pumping pipe of the gun body protective seat;
and when the sewage level at the bottom of the oil storage tank is lower than the bottom side of the cleaning opening, the sewage is sucked and discharged by using a hose extending to the bottom of the oil storage tank.
