本发明涉及一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:其包括锅炉、水循环系统、炉排与燃烧系统、传热系统、成型燃料给料系统、除尘系统、引风系统、烟气再循环系统、太阳光伏电能系统以及控制系统。成型燃料给料系统中的燃料由锅炉下端的进料口进入炉排与燃烧系统进行燃烧,燃烧产生高温烟气通过传热系统对水循环系统中低温水进行加热,加热后的高温水送至玻璃温室,低温烟气由传热系统的排烟口进入除尘系统,经除尘系统除尘后的烟气由引风系统抽出后,一部分经烟囱排出,另一部分经烟气再循环系统进入炉排与燃烧系统,还抽出一小部分为玻璃温室补充作物光合作用所需的二氧化碳。本发明可以广泛应用于可再生能源供热系统中。

一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及可再生能源供热和高效节能领域,特别是关于一种生物质成型燃料热 水锅炉系统。
背景技术
[0002] 我国北方地区工业民用建筑和农作物温室在冬季的采暖需求非常巨大,开发利用 可再生能源供热系统,特别是多能互补的综合集成供热系统,对于减少煤炭等化石能源消 费,降低雾霾污染,保护生态环境,促进城乡经济社会的可持续发展,具有重要的意义。我国 是农业大国,林产品加工的规模也很大,每年产生的可作为燃料使用的农作物秸杆、果枝、 其它农林产品加工剩余物的总量相当于4一5亿吨标准煤。把这些剩余物加工成固体成型燃 料,开发适合生物质成型燃料特点的清洁高效的燃烧利用设备,是实现上述供热和改善环 境目标的重要途径。生物质燃烧利用过程中排放的C〇2与生物质生长过程中的光合作用所 消耗的C02相平衡,因此生物质能是一种C02零排放的清洁能源。用生物质成型燃料热水锅炉 作为采暖供热热源,同时若有太阳光伏发电的条件,把一部分光伏电能和成型燃料锅炉集 成为一个多能互补的供热热源,代替燃煤锅炉,是比较理想的方案。要实现该集成供热热源 的高热效率和锅炉大气污染物中N〇x的低排放,需要对生物质成型燃料锅炉和整个集成热 源的运行进行精细的控制调节。所以开发一种具有先进控制调节功能的生物质成型燃 料一一太阳光伏电能综合互补的供热热源系统,对于解决我国北方地区的供热和农林固体 剩余物(特别是秸秆)的能源化利用问题,同时减少大气污染有着重要意义。
[0003] 现有的生物质成型燃料工业锅炉(包括热水锅炉和蒸汽锅炉)是在传统的燃煤工 业锅炉技术和结构的基础上稍加改进发展起来的。现有生物质成型燃料工业锅炉一般构成 单一可再生能源的供热系统,没有与其它可再生能源进行综合集成。虽然工业锅炉用的动 力煤和生物质成型燃料都是固体燃料,而固体燃料的燃烧方式和锅炉结构有很多相似之 处,但是二者的燃料特性却有很大的区别,比如:生物质成型燃料的挥发分含量约是煤的2-3倍,而固定碳含量只有煤的四分之一到三分之一,灰含量是煤的五分之一到二分之一,硫 含量也低得多,灰熔点比煤低大约2〇〇到300°C,等等。这就要求对生物质成型燃料锅炉的燃 烧系统进行专门设计和制造,以合理分配一、二次风的比例,控制和调节一次风沿炉排长度 的分配,合理设计二次风进入炉膛的位置和方式。同时在改进锅炉受热面的结构和提高锅 炉热效率、控制NOx生成率、智能化运行控制锅炉系统等方面,都有必要对现有的生物质成 型燃料锅炉进行创新式的发展。
[0004] 概括起来,现有的生物质成型燃料工业锅炉存在以下技术问题:
[0005] 1、链条炉排或往复炉排燃烧的锅炉,一次风和二次风的配比、一次风沿炉排长度 的分配,一般都没有,也没有有效的手段随负荷变化加以控制和调节。
[0006] 2、炉排燃料层及其上表面的温度容易超过生物质成型燃料的灰熔点而导致结渣 影响炉排正常通风和燃料的正常燃烧。
[0007] 3、水冷壁受热面为光圆管,管间用耐火材料密封,单位炉墙面积的辐射传热强度 较低,且炉体较大,炉墙重,热响应迟缓。
[000S] 4、燃料燃烧区氧化气氛强烈,不利于降低烟气中NOX的浓度。
[0009] 5、锅炉运行的自动调节控制水平低,多凭锅炉工的经验操作,难以提高锅炉效率, 降低大气污染物排放浓度。
发明内容
[0010] 针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种清洁高效的生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系 统,该系统能满足太阳能玻璃温室冬季供暖和补充二氧化碳气肥等功能需求。
[0011] 为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统, 其特征在于:其包括锅炉、水循环系统、炉排与燃烧系统、传热系统、成型燃料给料系统、除 尘系统、引风系统、烟气再循环系统、用于对锅炉回水进行补充加热的太阳光伏电能系统以 及用于对上述各系统进行控制的控制系统;所述成型燃料给料系统中的燃料由所述锅炉下 端的进料口进入所述炉排与燃烧系统进行燃烧,燃烧产生高温烟气通过所述传热系统对所 述水循环系统中低温水进行加热,加热后的高温水送至玻璃温室,低温烟气由所述传热系 统的排烟口进入所述除尘系统,经所述除尘系统除尘后的烟气由所述引风系统抽出后,一 部分经烟囱排出,另一部分经所述烟气再循环系统进入所述炉排与燃烧系统进行烟气再循 环,还抽出一部分进入所述玻璃温室补充作物光合作用所需的二氧化碳。
[0012] 所述水循环系统包括设置在所述锅炉顶部的锅筒、设置在所述锅炉两侧前后的各 两根下降管、设置在所述锅炉两侧下部的两下联箱、设置在所述锅炉炉膛四周的水冷壁管、 设置在所述锅炉两侧且与两侧所述水冷壁管间隔设置的受热面管、供水管路、回水管路以 及循环水泵•,所述锅筒分别与各所述下降管、水冷壁管以及受热面管上端相连,各所述下降 管、水冷壁管以及受热面管下端分别与两所述下联箱相连;所述锅筒上部与所述供水管路 一端相连,所述供水管路另一端通过玻璃温室内的管路与回水管路相连通,所述回水管路 另一端与所述下降管上端连通再次进入所述锅筒进行循环;所述供水管路上设置有用于为 循环水提供动力的所述循环水栗;所述锅筒中水经所述下降管进入所述下联箱内,由所述 下联箱分配到各所述水冷壁管和受热面管中,各所述水冷壁管以及受热面管中的水加热后 上升至所述锅筒,由所述循环水泵送至所述玻璃温室,经所述玻璃温室送出的锅炉回水经 所述下降管上端再次回到所述锅筒内进行循环。
[0013] 所述炉排与燃烧系统包括链条式层燃炉排、前拱、后拱、一次风机、一次风管路系 统、一次风室、二次风机以及二次风管路系统;所述链条式层燃炉排设置在所述锅炉炉膛底 部;所述前拱、后拱均设置在所述锅炉炉腾内,所述前拱和后拱末端均斜向上倾斜,且所述 前拱末端位于所述后拱末端上方;所述链条式层燃炉排、前拱、后拱以及它们之间的所述水 冷壁管围成的空间作为一次燃烧区;所述前拱、后拱、锅筒下部以及它们之间的所述水冷壁 管围成的空间作为二次燃烧区;所述前拱、后拱末端之间的烟窗作为所述一次燃烧区烟气 出口;所述一次风机出口与所述一次风管路系统相连,所述一次风管路系统末端伸入设置 在所述链条式层燃炉排下方的各所述一次风室内;所述二次风机出口与所述二次风管路系 统相连,所述二次风管路系统末端设置在所述一次燃烧区烟气出口处。 、、

[0018] 所述烟气再循环系统包括烟气再循环主管路以及两烟气再循环支管路,所述烟气 再循环主管路一端与所述引风系统的出口端相连,另一端通过三通与两所述烟气再循环支 管路相连;其中一所述烟气再循环支管路的末端与所述炉排与燃烧系统中所述一次风机的 入口端相连,且所述烟气再循环支管路上设置有第七风量控制阀门;另一所述烟气再循环 支管路末端与所述玻璃温室相连,且另一所述烟气再循环支管路上依次设置有第八风量控 制阀门和二氧化碳补充装置。
[0019] 所述太阳光伏电能系统包括设置在所述玻璃温室顶部的太阳光伏发电装置和设 置在所述锅炉一侧的锅炉回水电加热装置,所述太阳光伏发电装置与所述锅炉回水电加热 装置相连,对锅炉回水进行补充加热。
[0020] 所述控制系统包括数据采集系统和操作终端,所述数据采集系统包括设置在所述 玻璃温室内的C〇2传感器和第一温度传感器、设置在所述二次燃烧区出口的氧浓度传感器、 设置在所述除尘系统排烟口的第二温度传感器、设置在所述引风系统出口的NOx传感器、设 置在所述太阳光伏发电装置上的电表以及设置在所述布袋除尘器入口和出口的两压力传 感器;所述操作终端通过信号线与所述给料器、一次风机、二次风机、布袋除尘器、引风系 统、锅炉回水电加热装置、二氧化碳补充装置以及第一〜第八风量控制阀门相连;所述操作 终端根据所述第一温度传感器检测的所述玻璃温室的温度变化,发送控制信号到所述给料 器、一次风机及二次风机,对燃料量、一次风量及二次风量进行调节;所述操作终端根据所 述氧浓度传感器测得的所述二次燃烧区烟气出口即所述锅炉炉膛出口烟气的氧含量,对所 述一次风管路系统和二次风管路系统中的所述第一〜第四风量控制阀门进行调节;根据所 述第二温度传感器测得的排烟温度,对所述除尘系统中的所述第五、第六风量控制阀门的 开启和关闭进行调节;根据所述NOx传感器测得的排烟中NOx的浓度,对所述烟气再循环系 统中的第七风量控制阀门进行调节;根据所述C〇2传感器测得的温室内的C02浓度,对所述烟 气再循环系统中的第八风量控制阀门和二氧化碳补充装置进行调节;根据所述电表测得的 光伏发电量,对所述锅炉回水电加热装置的用电量进行调节;根据两所述压力传感器测得 的压差信号,对所述布袋除尘器的清灰进行控制。
[0021]本发明由于采取以上技术方案,其具有以下优点:1、本发明由于将生物质能和太 阳光伏电能综合集成在同一个锅炉供热系统里,实现了多种可再生能源的互补供热,提高 了可再生能源的利用率和综合供热能效。2、本发明由于在锅炉的燃烧室中设置有前拱和后 拱,将锅炉燃烧室区分为一次燃烧区和二次燃烧区,一次燃烧区出口位于炉膛长度距给料 端约五分之三处,延长了可燃物在炉膛内的停留时间,提高了燃烧效率,降低了有机颗粒物 的排放同时强化炉内传热。3、本发明由于除尘系统中一条管路直接与引风系统相连,使得 锅炉刚开始启动时的低温烟气能够直接通过引风系统从烟囱排出,待烟气温度升高到1〇〇 °(:后切换到另一带有布袋除尘器的支路,有效解决了布袋除尘器中的结露问题。4、本发明 由于设置有烟气再循环系统,由引风系统抽出的烟气经烟气再循环系统再次进入锅炉进行 循环,稀释了一次燃烧区的氧浓度,有效降低了排烟中的N0x浓度;同时能够对玻璃温室中 作用光合作用所需的二氧化碳进行补充。5、本发明由于各水冷壁管、受热面管均采用膜式 管制造,加强了炉内辐射传热强度,减小炉膛漏风系数,降低水冷壁管墙的蓄热能力,有利 于提高锅炉热效率和水侧的热响应灵敏度,同时使锅炉结构更紧凑,重量减轻。6、本发明由 于各水冷壁管采用膜式管制造、上烟管采用光管、下烟管采用内螺纹管制造,提高传热效果 的同时,保证锅炉出口烟气温度不低于150°C,避免了生物质燃料燃烧通常会出现的焦油问 题。7、本发明由于一次风室为分割式的,且通往各一次风室的一次风支路上均设置有风量 控制阀门,可以对各一次风室的给风量独立调节,进一步促进了燃料的充分燃烧。8、本发明 控制系统能够在任意锅炉负荷率下,对给料量、总给风量、一二次风的比例、一次风沿炉排 长度的分配等参数进行自动调节控制,前后拱结构设计、二次风的给入位置及方式等措施, 优化燃料和氧的配比,加强烟气的扰动和混合,保证气态和固态可燃组分的燃尽。整台锅炉 实现了一定程度的智能化计算机控制调节运行,有利于提高锅炉热效率,降低污染物排放 浓度。因而,本发明可以广泛应用于可再生能源供热系统中。

[0026]如图1〜图3所示,本发明提供的一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,包括锅炉1、 水循环系统2、炉排与燃烧系统3、传热系统4、成型燃料给料系统5、除尘系统6、引风系统7、 烟气再循环系统8、用于对锅炉回水进行补充加热的太阳光伏电能系统9以及用于对上述各 系统进行控制的控制系统10。成型燃料给料系统5中的燃料由锅炉丨下端的进料口进入炉排 与燃烧系统3进行燃烧,燃烧产生高温烟气通过传热系统4对水循环系统2中低温水进行加 热,加热后的高温水送至玻璃温室,低温烟气由传热系统4的排烟口进入除尘系统6,经除尘 系统6除尘后的烟气由引风系统7抽出后,一部分经烟囱11排出,另一部分经烟气再循环系 统8进入炉排与燃烧系统3进行烟气再循环,还抽出一部分进入玻璃温室补充作物光合作用 所需的二氧化碳。
[0027] 水循环系统2包括设置在锅炉1顶部的锅筒21、设置在锅炉两侧前后的各两根下降 管22、设置在锅炉两侧下部的两下联箱23、设置在锅炉炉膛四周的水冷壁管24、设置在锅炉 1两侧且与水冷壁管24间隔设置的受热面管25、供水管路26、回水管路27以及循环水泵2S。 锅筒21分别与各下降管22、水冷壁管24以及受热面管25上端相连,各下降管22、水冷壁管24 以及受热面管25下端分别与两下联箱23相连。锅筒21上部与供水管路26—端相连,供水管 路26另一端通过玻璃温室内的管路与回水管路27相连通,回水管路27另一端与下降管22连 通再次进入锅筒21进行水循环;供水管路26上设置有用于为循环水提供动力的循环水栗 28;锅筒21中水经下降管22进入下联箱23内,由下联箱23分配到各水冷壁管24和受热面管 25中,各水冷壁管24以及受热面管25中的水加热后上升至锅筒21,由循环水泵28送至玻璃 温室,经玻璃温室送出的锅炉回水经下降管22上端再次回到锅筒21内进行加热。
[0028]炉排与燃烧系统3包括链条式层燃炉排31、前拱32、后拱33、一次风机34、一次风管 路系统35、若干分割式的一次风室36、二次风机37以及二次风管路系统38。其中,链条式层 燃炉排31设置在锅炉1炉膛底部,成型燃料给料系统5中的燃料由进料口进入链条式层燃炉 排31。前拱32、后拱33均设置在锅炉1炉膛内,前拱32和后拱33末端均斜向上倾斜,且前拱32 末端位于后拱33末端上方。链条式层燃炉排31、前拱32、后拱33以及它们之间的水冷壁管24 围成的空间是一次燃烧区,前拱32、后拱33、锅筒21下部以及它们之间的水冷壁管24围成的 空间是二次燃烧区。前拱32、后拱33末端之间的烟窗作为一次燃烧区烟气出口。一次风机34 出口与一次风管路系统35相连,一次风管路系统35末端伸入设置在链条式层燃炉排31下方 的各一次风室36内,二次风机37出口与二次风管路系统38相连,二次风管路系统38末端设 置在一次燃烧区烟气出口处。
[0029]其中,一次风管路系统35包括一次风主管路351以及若干并联的一次风支管路352 〜354, 一次风主管路351—端与一次风机34出口相连,另一端与各一次风支管路352〜354 相连,各一次风支管路352〜354的末端伸入各一次风室36内,且各一次风支管路352〜354 上设置有第一〜第三风量控制阀门355〜357。二次风管路系统38包括设置有第四风量控制 阀门381的二次风主管路382以及耐火风管383,二次风主管路382的一端与二次风机37的出 口相连,二次风主管路382另一端与耐火风管383—端相连,耐火风管383另一端贯穿锅炉1 两侧水冷壁管24水平设置在一次燃烧区烟气出口前,且该耐火风管383上均匀分布有朝向 二次燃烧区的二次风出风口(图中未示出)。
[0030] 传热系统4包括若干间隔设置在锅筒21上半部的上烟管41、若干间隔设置在锅筒 21下半部的下烟管42、上下并排设置在锅筒21—端的第一转向室43以及二次燃烧区烟气出 口 44、上下并排设置在锅筒21另一端的排烟口 45以及第二转向室46。各下烟管42—端通过 第二转向室46与锅炉1两侧的水冷壁管24和受热面管25之间的夹层相连通,另一端通过第 一转向室43与各上烟管41连通;上烟管41另一端伸入排烟口 45,排烟口 45通过排烟管道与 除尘系统6相连。水循环系统2和传热系统4形成的锅炉受热面包括:炉膛辐射受热面,即锅 炉1炉膛四周水冷壁管24的向火侧;半辐射-对流受热面,即锅炉丨两侧水冷壁管24的背火侧 与受热面管25;烟管受热面,即设置在锅筒水容积内的上烟管41和下烟管42(如图3所示)。
[0031] 成型燃料给料系统5包括料斗51、给料器52、控制料层高度闸板和防回火装置53。 其中,料斗51固定设置在锅炉1的前下部,料斗51内下方设置有用于添加生物质成型燃料的 给料器52,且给料器52与控制系统10相连,由控制系统1〇控制。控制料层高度闸板和防回火 装置53设置在给料器52下方的锅炉1进料口外侧。
[0032] 除尘系统6包括两并联管路,其中一管路上设置有一布袋除尘器61,且该布袋除尘 器61的入口处设置有第五风量控制阀门62,另一管路上设置有第六风量控制阀门63,两支 路并联后两端分别通过排烟管道与传热系统4的排烟口和引风系统7的入口相连。
[0033]烟气再循环系统8包括烟气再循环主管路81以及两烟气再循环支管路82、83,烟气 再循环主管路81—端与引风系统7的出口端相连,另一端通过三通与两烟气再循环支管路 82、83相连。其中一烟气再循环支管路82的末端与炉排与燃烧系统3中一次风机34的入口端 相连,且该烟气再循环支管路82上设置有第七风量控制阀门84。另一烟气再循环支管路83 末端与玻璃温室相连,且该烟气再循环支管路上依次设置有第八风量控制阀门85和二氧化 碳补充装置86。

[0035]控制系统10包括数据采集系统和操作终端,数据采集系统包括设置在玻璃温室内 的⑶2传感器和第一温度传感器、设置在二次燃烧区出口的氧浓度传感器、设置在传热系统 4排烟口 45的第二温度传感器、设置在引风系统7出口的NOx传感器、设置在太阳光伏发电装 置上的电表以及设置在布袋除尘器61入口和出口的两压力传感器。操作终端通过信号线与 给料器52、一次风机34、二次风机37、布袋除尘器61、引风系统7、锅炉回水电加热装置91、二 氧化碳补充装置86以及第一〜第八风量控制阀门相连。操作终端根据第一温度传感器检测 的玻璃温室的温度变化,发送控制信号到给料器52、一次风机34及二次风机37,调节燃料 量、一次风量及二次风量。然后,操作终端根据氧浓度传感器测得的二次燃烧区烟气出口即 锅炉炉膛出口烟气的氧含量,对一次风管路系统35和二次风管路系统38中的第--第四风 量控制阀门355〜357、381进行调节;根据第二温度传感器测得的排烟温度,对除尘系统6中 的第五、第六风量控制阀门62、63的开启和关闭进行调节;根据NOx传感器测得的排烟中N0x 的浓度,对烟气再循环系统8中的第七风量控制阀门84进行调节;根据⑶2传感器测得的玻 璃温室内的C02浓度,对烟气再循环系统8中的第八风量控制阀门85和二氧化碳补充装置86 进行调节;根据电表测得的光伏发电量,对锅炉回水电加热装置91的用电量进行调节;根据 两压力传感器测得的压差信号,对布袋除尘器61的清灰进行控制。

[0042]加热过程中,控制系统10根据氧浓度传感器测得的炉膛出口烟气的氧含量,调节 一(二)次风的大小,使得炉膛出口的过量空气系数保持在最合理的范围;根据N0x传感器测 得的排烟中NOx的浓度,调节再循环烟气流量,控制链条式层燃炉排31及其上方燃烧区内的 NOx生成率;根据C02传感器测得的玻璃温室内的⑶2浓度,调节供给玻璃温室的烟气量,从而 控制温室里的C02浓度保持在适合作物生长(光合作用)的范围内;根据电表测得的光伏发 电量,调节锅炉回水电加热装置91的用电量。此外,控制系统10还有保证锅炉安全正常运行 (如熄灭料斗着火、自动运行与手动运行切换)、显示锅炉运行参数、参数超限报警等功能。 [0043]另外,锅炉1刚开始启动时,由于烟气温度较低,低于露点温度,所以控制系统1〇根 据排烟口 45的第二温度传感器测得的排烟温度对第五、第六风量控制阀门62、63的启闭进 行控制,具体的,当烟气温度低于100°C时,关闭第五风量控制阀门62,打开第六风量控制阀 门63,烟气通过管路直接与引风系统7相连,由烟囱11排出;当烟气温度高于i〇(TC以后,打 开第五风量控制阀门62,关闭第六风量控制阀门63,烟气进入有布袋除尘器61的管路进行 除尘。同时,控制系统10根据布袋除尘器61入口和出口的压力传感器测得压差信号,当压差 达到某一设定值时,由控制系统10启动布袋除尘器进行清灰,从而保证除尘的继续进行,一 般情况下布袋除尘器的流速不大于2cm/s。

Claims (10)
1. 一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:其包括锅炉、水循环系统、炉排与 燃烧系统、传热系统、成型燃料给料系统、除尘系统、引风系统、烟气再循环系统、用于对锅 炉回水进行补充加热的太阳光伏电能系统以及用于对上述各系统进行控制的控制系统;所 述成型燃料给料系统中的燃料由所述锅炉下端的进料口进入所述炉排与燃烧系统进行燃 烧,燃烧产生高温烟气通过所述传热系统对所述水循环系统中低温水进行加热,加热后的 高温水送至玻璃温室,低温烟气由所述传热系统的排烟口进入所述除尘系统,经所述除尘 系统除尘后的烟气由所述引风系统抽出后,一部分经烟囱排出,另一部分经所述烟气再循 环系统进入所述炉排与燃烧系统进行烟气再循环,还抽出一部分进入所述玻璃温室补充作 物光合作用所需的二氧化碳。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:所述水循环系 统包括设置在所述锅炉顶部的锅筒、设置在所述锅炉两侧前后的各两根下降管、设置在所 述锅炉两侧下部的两下联箱、设置在所述锅炉炉膛四周的水冷壁管、设置在所述锅炉两侧 且与两侧所述水冷壁管间隔设置的受热面管、供水管路、回水管路以及循环水栗;所述锅筒 分别与各所述下降管、水冷壁管以及受热面管上端相连,各所述下降管、水冷壁管以及受热 面管下端分别与两所述下联箱相连;所述锅筒上部与所述供水管路一端相连,所述供水管 路另一端通过玻璃温室内的管路与回水管路相连通,所述回水管路另一端与所述下降管上 端连通再次进入所述锅筒进行水循环;所述供水管路上设置有用于为循环水提供动力的所 述循环水泵;所述锅筒中水经所述下降管进入所述下联箱内,由所述下联箱分配到各所述 水冷壁管和受热面管中,各所述水冷壁管以及受热面管中的水加热后上升至所述锅筒,由 所述循环水泵送至所述玻璃温室,经所述玻璃温室送出的锅炉回水经所述下降管上端再次 回到所述锅筒内进行循环。
3. 如权利要求1所述的一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:所述炉排与燃 烧系统包括链条式层燃炉排、前拱、后拱、一次风机、一次风管路系统、一次风室、二次风机 以及二次风管路系统; 所述链条式层燃炉排设置在所述锅炉炉膛底部;所述前拱、后拱均设置在所述锅炉炉 膛内,所述前拱和后拱末端均斜向上倾斜,且所述前拱末端位于所述后拱末端上方;所述链 条式层燃炉排、前拱、后拱以及它们之间的所述水冷壁管围成的空间作为一次燃烧区;所述 前拱、后拱、锅筒下部以及它们之间的所述水冷壁管围成的空间作为二次燃烧区;所述前 拱、后拱末端之间的烟窗作为所述一次燃烧区烟气出口;所述一次风机出口与所述一次风 管路系统相连,所述一次风管路系统末端伸入设置在所述链条式层燃炉排下方的各所述一 次风室内;所述二次风机出口与所述二次风管路系统相连,所述二次风管路系统末端设置 在所述一次燃烧区烟气出口处。 〜
4. 如权利要求3所述的一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:所^一次风官 路系统包括一次风主管路以及若干并联的一次风支管路,所述一次风主管路一端所述一 次风机出口相连,另一端与各所述一次风支管路相连,各所述一次风支管路的末端伸入各 所述一次风室内,且各所述一次风支管路上分别设置有第一〜第三风量控制阀^ ;所述^ 次风管路系统包括设置有第四风量控制阀门的二次风主管路和耐火风管,所述二^风 路的一端与所述二次风机的出口相连,所述二次风主管路另一端与所述耐火风管:端相 连,所述耐火风管另一端贯穿所述锅炉两侧水冷壁管水平设置在所述一次燃烧区烟气出口 前,且所述耐火风管上均匀分布有朝向所述二次燃烧区的二次风出风口。
5. 如权利要求1所述的一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:所述传热系统 包括若干间隔设置在所述锅筒上半部的上烟管、若干间隔设置在所述锅筒下半部的下烟 管、上下并排设置在所述锅筒一端的第一转向室以及二次燃烧区烟气出口、上下并排设置 在所述锅筒另一端的排烟口以及第二转向室;各所述下烟管一端通过所述第二转向室与所 述锅炉两侧的水冷壁管和受热面管之间的夹层相连通,另一端通过所述第一转向室与各所 述上烟管连通;所述上烟管另一端伸入所述排烟口,所述排烟口通过排烟管道与所述除尘 系统相连。
6. 如权利要求1所述的一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:所述成型燃料 给料系统包括料斗、给料器、控制料层高度闸板和防回火装置;所述料斗固定设置在所述锅 炉的前下部,所述料斗内下方设置有用于添加生物质成型燃料的所述给料器;所述控制料 层高度闸板和防回火装置设置在所述给料器下方的锅炉进料口外侧。
7. 如权利要求1所述的一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:所述除尘系统 包括两并联管路,其中一管路上设置有一布袋除尘器,且所述布袋除尘器的入口处设置有 第五风量控制阀门,另一管路上设置有第六风量控制阀门,两支路并联后两端分别通过排 烟管道与所述传热系统的排烟口和所述引风系统的入口相连。
8. 如权利要求1所述的一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:所述烟气再循 环系统包括烟气再循环主管路以及两烟气再循环支管路,所述烟气再循环主管路一端与所 述引风系统的出口端相连,另一端通过三通与两所述烟气再循环支管路相连;其中一所述 烟气再循环支管路的末端与所述炉排与燃烧系统中所述一次风机的入口端相连,且所述烟 气再循环支管路上设置有第七风量控制阀门;另一所述烟气再循环支管路末端与所述玻璃 温室相连,且另一所述烟气再循环支管路上依次设置有第八风量控制阀门和二氧化碳补充 装置。
9. 如权利要求1所述的一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:所述太阳光伏 电能系统包括设置在所述玻璃温室顶部的太阳光伏发电装置和设置在所述锅炉一侧的锅 炉回水电加热装置,所述太阳光伏发电装置与所述锅炉回水电加热装置相连,对锅炉回水 进行补充加热。
10. 如权利要求1所述的一种生物质成型燃料热水锅炉系统,其特征在于:所述控制系 统包括数据采集系统和操作终端; 所述数据采集系统包括设置在所述玻璃温室内的c〇2传感器和第一温度传感器、设置在 所述二次燃烧区出口的氧浓度传感器、设置在所述除尘系统排烟口的第二温度传感器、设 置在所述引风系统出口的NOx传感器、设置在所述太阳光伏发电装置上的电表以及设置在 所述布袋除尘器入口和出口的两压力传感器;所述操作终端通过信号线与所述给料器、一 次风机、二次风机、布袋除尘器、引风系统、锅炉回水电加热装置、二氧化碳补充装置以及第 一〜第八风量控制阀门相连; 所述操作终端根据所述第一温度传感器检测的所述玻璃温室的温度变化,发送控制信 号到所述给料器、一次风机及二次风机,对燃料量、一次风量及二次风量进行调节;所述操 作终端根据所述氧浓度传感器测得的所述二次燃烧区烟气出口即所述锅炉炉膛出口烟气 的氧含量,对所述一次风管路系统和二次风管路系统中的所述第一〜第四风量控制阀门进 行调节;根据所述第二温度传感器测得的排烟温度,对所述除尘系统中的所述第五、第六风 量控制阀门的开启和关闭进行调节;根据所述NOx传感器测得的排烟中NOx的浓度,对所述 烟气再循环系统中的第七风量控制阀门进行调节;根据所述(:02传感器测得的温室内的C02 浓度,对所述烟气再循环系统中的第八风量控制阀门和二氧化碳补充装置进行调节;根据 所述电表测得的光伏发电量,对所述锅炉回水电加热装置的用电量进行调节;根据两所述 压力传感器测得的压差信号,对所述布袋除尘器的启动与关闭进行控制。
