一种卡扣式共挤PVC墙体板,它包括一通过挤塑成型而成的、横截面为方形的型材体,所述型材体的两侧连接端部分别设置有可相互嵌设并组成一体的雌雄扣接条,且其中一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有向外凸出的雌扣接条,另一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有对应的雄扣接条;所述的型材体内设有3‑8个相邻一字排列的、呈长方形的孔洞,型材体的一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有与边侧平行外凸的雌扣接条,在该雌扣接条的端部设置有凹缺形卡接槽,所述另一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置可插接在所述凹缺形卡接槽中的雄扣接条;它具有结构简单,使用安装方便,墙体结构牢固,成本低,安装效率高等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种卡扣式共挤PVC墙体板,主要用于墙体的制作,属于塑料墙体板技术领域。
背景技术
共挤墙体板通过多块的拼接组装成为人们所需要的墙体,这种塑料墙体因墙体板为型材结构,内部带有多个钢筋穿过的孔道,具有良好的隔音效果,加之现有的塑料多为改性塑料,具有较大的韧性和强度,足以满足墙体的强度和使用刚度要求;但是目前的共挤墙体板的拼接牢度还不够,相邻的两块共挤墙体板之间连接结构不可靠,导致拼接后的强度不够,且拼接效果不理想,降低使用效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单,使用安装方便,墙体结构牢固,成本低,安装效率高的卡扣式共挤PVC墙体板。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种卡扣式共挤PVC墙体板,它包括一通过挤塑成型而成的、横截面为方形的型材体,所述型材体的两侧连接端部分别设置有可相互嵌设并组成一体的雌雄扣接条,且其中一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有向外凸出的雌扣接条,另一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有对应的雄扣接条。
作为优选:所述的型材体内设有3-8个相邻一字排列的、呈长方形的孔洞,型材体的一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有与边侧平行外凸的雌扣接条,在该雌扣接条的端部设置有凹缺形卡接槽,所述另一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置可插接在所述凹缺形卡接槽中的雄扣接条。
作为优选:所述凹缺形卡接槽内边外端设置有外钩块,所述的雄扣接条上端部也设置有与之配套的内钩块;另在所述雄扣接条内侧设置有一条卡接条,且该卡接条与雄扣接条之间形成一刚好供凹缺形卡接槽下边沿卡入的卡接凹槽,形成双卡结构。
本发明属于对现有技术的一种改良,它具有结构简单,使用安装方便,墙体结构牢固,成本低,安装效率高等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种卡扣式共挤PVC墙体板,它包括一通过挤塑成型而成的、横截面为长方形的型材体1,所述型材体1的两侧连接端部分别设置有可相互嵌设并组成一体的雌雄扣接条2、3,且其中一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有向外凸出的雌扣接条2,另一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有对应的雄扣接条3。
图中所示,所述的型材体1内设有3-8个相邻一字排列的、呈长方形的孔洞4,型材体1的一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有与边侧平行外凸的雌扣接条2,在该雌扣接条2的端部设置有凹缺形卡接槽5,所述另一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置可插接在所述凹缺形卡接槽5中的雄扣接条3。
本发明更进一步的是:所述凹缺形卡接槽5内边外端设置有外钩块6,所述的雄扣接条3上端部也设置有与之配套的内钩块7;另在所述雄扣接条3内侧设置有一条卡接条8,且该卡接条8与雄扣接条3之间形成一刚好供凹缺形卡接槽下边沿9卡入的卡接凹槽10,形成双卡结构。
结合图2所示,当相邻两块共挤墙体板拼接时,一块共挤墙体板上的雄扣接条3卡入另一共挤墙体板上的凹缺形卡接槽5中,并由外钩块6与内钩块7相互勾连,同时凹缺形卡接槽下边沿9同时也卡入在卡接凹槽10中,实现双卡功能,使相邻的两块共挤墙体板拼接更加牢固结实。

1.一种卡扣式共挤PVC墙体板,它包括一通过挤塑成型而成的、横截面为方形的型材体,其特征在于所述型材体的两侧连接端部分别设置有可相互嵌设并组成一体的雌雄扣接条,且其中一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有向外凸出的雌扣接条,另一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有对应的雄扣接条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡扣式共挤PVC墙体板,其特征在于所述的型材体内设有3-8个相邻一字排列的、呈长方形的孔洞,型材体的一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置有与边侧平行外凸的雌扣接条,在该雌扣接条的端部设置有凹缺形卡接槽,所述另一侧连接端部的两边侧分别设置可插接在所述凹缺形卡接槽中的雄扣接条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的卡扣式共挤PVC墙体板,其特征在于所述凹缺形卡接槽内边外端设置有外钩块,所述的雄扣接条上端部也设置有与之配套的内钩块;另在所述雄扣接条内侧设置有一条卡接条,且该卡接条与雄扣接条之间形成一刚好供凹缺形卡接槽下边沿卡入的卡接凹槽,形成双卡结构。
