Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道结构或管状结构,在油或气体(oil or gas,石油或天然气)环境中使用,其中所述管道设有用于识别目的的无线射频识别(RFID)标签。
背景技术
在钻井作业期间,例如由于普遍与石油开采有关,相当大量的管被使用,这些管被旋在一起形成管柱(pipe string)。管柱还可以包括其他设备,例如控制件和阀段。这类的井通常衬有套管(casing),以此保护钻孔(borehole)。
为了记录设备的部件数量和部件的物理状态,已经证明有用的是,监控各个管和相关设备的服务时间(service time)和应力,以及记录数量以及各个管位于管柱中的位置。
已知电子ID标签(electronic ID tag,电子识别标签)被放置在管或设备上,当管进入井中以及当管从井中拉出时借助配套设备来手动读取该电子ID标签。因此,美国专利第5142128号公开了一种用于识别与石油开采有关的设备的装置,该装置还被设置为记录设备的服务时间。该文件描述了一种用于电子ID标签的手持读取装置。
这里涉及的这类电子ID标签被安装在管的外侧、靠近管的连接装置。因此,在经过天线时可以读取ID标签。该定位使ID标签在管在钻孔中移动期间受到磨损,且在装配和拆卸作业期间使ID标签因例如动力大钳(power tong)而受到损坏。同样已经证明的是,井中相对大的压力变化不利地影响了管中的ID标签的附着。
根据现有技术的设备呈现出与适用性和/或可靠性有关的缺点,除了其他方面外,由于来自ID标签的信号的范围相对小,所以ID标签在管的组装期间受到磨损且可能被损坏。
来自本申请人拥有的专利族的WO2006/041306A1公开了一种RFID系统,该系统被设置在管段(pipe segment)上以用于识别的目的。该文件以援引的方式整体并入本申请。在该说明书中,RFID技术本身被认为是众所周知的,因此将不再进一步解释。在市场上可见多种不同尺寸的RFID标签。本发明并非旨在改进那些标签本身,或改进当这些RFID标签被设置在管道或管路上时用于读取这些RFID标签的系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改善或减少现有技术的至少一个缺点,或者至少提供一种对于现有技术有益的替代性方案。
通过以下描述和随后的权利要求中所述的特征来实现该目的。
本发明通过独立专利权利要求来限定。从属权利要求限定本发明的有利实施例。
在第一方案中,本发明涉及一种在油或气体环境中使用的管道。管道设有用于识别所述管道的RFID标签。所述管道包括用于联接到第二管道的第一端段以及第二端段,其中所述管道还包括所述端段之间的中间段。RFID标签被设置在管道中形成的长形凹部(elongate recess,细长凹部)中,其中所述凹部沿与管道的中间段的表面平行的切线方向延伸。
本发明的特征的组合的效果如下。通过在沿与管道的中间段的表面平行的切线方向延伸的凹部中设置RFID标签,实现了管道的强度几乎不受沟槽的影响。与此相比,现有技术解决方案包括正交于所述表面延伸的凹部的设置,这内在地削弱了管道的强度,并且因此在将标签应用到管道的可行性方面设下了严格的限制。
在根据本发明的管道的实施例中,凹部形成为浅的长形凹部。制造浅的长形凹部(意味着凹部是沿与其所被制造的表面平行的方向延长的)具有以下优点:在RFID标签被定位在管道的外表面的情况下,尽可能保持管道的完整性和强度。
在根据本发明的管道的实施例中,凹部形成在至少一个所述端段的螺纹段中。该实施例形成权利要求2的实施例的第一变型。当实质上是在螺纹段中制造一凹部时,存在两个有利选择。第一个选择是在螺纹牙顶中形成凹部。第二个选择是在相应的螺纹牙顶之间形成凹部。
在根据本发明的管道的实施例中,凹部形成在管道的中间段中。该实施例形成权利要求2的实施例的第二变型。所有实施例中的该实施例是最出人意表的。换言之,在该领域中存在普遍的偏见:不能干预管道的中间段。发明人是最先意识到并建立了在没有使管道的完整性和强度削弱到有害水平的情况下,这仍可以完成。这里特别是这样,因为发明人已选择沿与凹部所制造的表面平行的方向延长的浅的凹部。目前,市场上有长形的且薄的RFID标签可供使用,这些RFID标签似乎特别适用于该实施例。
根据本发明的管道的实施例中,凹部形成为所述管道的边缘中的孔,其中孔沿与管道的中间段的表面平行的切线方向延伸。该实施例出乎意料地使得管道的完整性和强度最小地削弱。

上面所讨论的以及下面将描述的实施例阐明而非限制本发明,且本领域技术人员将能够在没有脱离所附权利要求的范围的情况下设计多个替代性实施例。在权利要求中,位于括号之间的任何附图标记都不应该被解释为限制权利要求。动词“包括”及其变形的使用并不排除除了权利要求所述那些之外的元件或步骤的存在。元件前面的冠词“一个”或“一”并不排除多个这种元件的存在。本发明可以借助包括若干不同元件的硬件来实施。在列举若干装置的装置权利要求中,这些装置中的一些可以通过一个和相同的硬件项目来体现。仅凭在互异的从属权利要求中叙述了某些措施的情况不能表明这些措施的组合不能被有利地使用。

应该注意的是,在图1的示例中,管道具有两个凸端部,而联接接头具有两个凹端部。但是,本发明还可以适用于没有单独的联接接头的凸凹构造,或者适用于具有两个凹端的管道及凸联接接头。
图2a-图2c示出根据本发明的管道的第一实施例。在该实施例中,形成了浅的长形凹部50(图2b),其相对于图2c所示的管道10的中间段的外表面S沿切线方向DT延长。也如图2c所示,RFID标签99被设置在凹部50中。RFID标签99可以以多种方式被安装在凹部50中,例如通过模制或胶合。替代性地,该安装可以使用螺纹、插槽等以机械方式来完成。如何将RFID标签安装或固定在凹部中使得在管道的操作使用中RFID标签保留在那里,被认为属于本领域技术人员的常规专业知识。
图3a-图3c示出根据本发明的管道的第二实施例。在该实施例中,浅的长形凹部50’形成在管道10的端段10-2中,更具体地,形成在端段10-2的螺纹段11中。小尺寸RFID标签99’被放置在浅的长形凹部50’中。当RFID标签99’被放置在螺纹段11中时,存在两个有利选择,这已经在图3c中共同示出。第一个选择是将RFID标签99’放置在一螺纹牙顶11-1中的一凹部50’中,而第二个选择是将RFID标签99’放置在相应的螺纹牙顶11-1之间的一凹部50’中。
图4a示出根据本发明的可能的另一实施例的可能性。该图示出与图1相同的管道连接。图4b示出图4a的放大图。图4c示出图4b的放大图。在图4c中,在联接接头与管道10各自的螺纹之间存在可见的“自然空腔”51。这些自然空腔51也适用于放置RFID标签。这意味着可以不使用空腔、或者使用小空腔来放置RFID标签。换言之,RFID标签可以从螺纹表面突出少许。
图5a示出根据本发明的管道的第三实施例,而图5b示出图5a的放大图。该实施例的主要理念是将RFID标签99”放置在图5b中最佳示出的管道10的边缘的深的长形凹部50”(或孔)中。
应该注意到的是,本发明并非仅局限于输送油或气体的管道。这些管道还可以是钻柱段、立管(riser)或输送钻屑、水或其他物质的管道。
Claims (7)
1.一种在油或气体环境中使用的管道(10),其中所述管道(10)设有用于识别所述管道(10)的RFID标签(99、99’、99”),其中所述管道(10)包括用于联接到第二管道(10’)的第一端段(10-2)以及第二端段(10-2),其中所述管道(10)还包括在所述端段(10-2)之间的中间段(10-1),其特征在于,所述RFID标签(99、99’、99”)被设置在所述管道(10)中形成的长形凹部(50、50’、50”)中,以及其中所述凹部(50、50’、50”)沿与所述管道(10)的中间段(10-1)的表面(S)平行的切线方向(DT)延伸。
