Abstract

一种新型两级压缩涡旋式空气压缩机,采用双涡旋做为第一级压缩腔,将空气压力升至0.2MPa,然后进行级间冷却后,再进入到第二级进行压缩,第二级压缩腔采用单涡旋结构。第一级和第二级涡旋回转半径相同,两级的动盘背靠背设置,第一级的动盘又是二级的驱动盘。一级采用双涡旋结构,二级采用单涡旋结构,两级串联,达到大气量,高压力,高效率的无油涡旋式空气压缩机。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械制造技术领域,特别是一种新型两级压缩涡旋式空气压缩机。
背景技术
随着新能源电动汽车的发展,国家对9米以上大客车以压缩空气系统的管路压力提出要求高于1.0MPa,因此对于车载空压机要求则其排气压力需达到1.2MPa以上,但工业上对压缩机排气压力要求一般要到1.3MPa。所以要满足大较大气量,且压力较高的涡旋空气压缩机的需求将会很大。
但目前市场上的涡旋式空气压缩全部是单涡旋结构,并且最高排气压力只达到1.0MPa。随着新能源电动汽车的发展,国家对9米以上大客车以压缩空气系统的管路压力提出要求高于1.0MPa,因此对于车载空压机要求则其排气压力需达到1.2MPa以上,但工业上对压缩机排气压力要求一般要到1.3MPa。所以要满足大较大气量,且压力较高的涡旋空气压缩机的需求将会很大。
但目前市场上的涡旋式空气压缩全部是单涡旋结构,并且最高排气压力只达到1.0MPa。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型两级压缩涡旋式空气压缩机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是按如下方式实现的:一种新型两级压缩涡旋式空气压缩机,包括驱动电机、冷却风机、冷却风道、轴承座、安装底板、一级静盘、一级动盘、二级动盘、二级静盘、一级单向阀、二级单向阀、中间冷却器、两个一级吸气口、主曲轴、小曲轴、二级吸气口、二级排气口;
所述驱动电机用螺栓固定于所述轴承座上,所述主曲轴上压装好轴承后插入加工好的轴承座孔内,所述主曲轴尾端装上所述冷却风机,所述轴承座通过螺栓安装于所述安装底板上,
所述一级静盘用六个螺栓固定于所述轴承座上,所述一级动盘与所述二级动盘用八个螺栓背靠背固定在一起,然后将三个压装好轴承的所述小曲轴一端用螺栓及压盖固定在所述一级动盘的轴承孔内,再将所述小曲轴的另一端固定在所述一级静盘的三个轴承孔内,并调整好平面高度差;将所述一级单向阀提前用螺栓固定在所述一级静盘的排气口上;将所述二级静盘用六个螺栓固定在所述一级静盘上,并以销子定位;将所述中间冷却器以支架固定于所述安装底板上,联接好所述一级单向阀至所述中间冷却器的进气管路,所述中间冷却器至所述二级进气口的管路;将所述二级单向阀安装于所述二级静盘的出气口上。
本发明的积极效果是:现在采用两级压缩,将双涡旋式压缩机与单涡式压缩机的优点相结合,构成大气量,高压力,高效率的新型压缩机,节省了成本,增强了产品市场竞争力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-5所示,本发明所述的一种新型两级压缩涡旋式空气压缩机,包括驱动电机1、冷却风机2、冷却风道3、轴承座4、安装底板5、一级静盘6、一级动盘7、二级动盘8、二级静盘9、一级单向阀10、二级单向阀11、中间冷却器12、两个一级吸气口13、主曲轴14、小曲轴15、二级吸气口16、二级排气口17。
驱动电机1用螺栓固定于轴承座4上,主曲轴14上压装好轴承后插入加工好的轴承座孔内,主曲轴14尾端装上冷却风机2,轴承座4通过螺栓安装于安装底板5上,
一级静盘6用六个螺栓固定于轴承座4上,一级动盘7与二级动盘8用八个螺栓背靠背固定在一起,然后将三个压装好轴承的小曲轴15一端用螺栓及压盖固定在一级动盘7的轴承孔内,再将小曲轴15的另一端固定在一级静盘6的三个轴承孔内,并调整好平面高度差。
将一级单向阀10提前用螺栓固定在一级静盘6的排气口上。将二级静盘9用六个螺栓固定在一级静盘6上,并以销子定位。将中间冷却器12以支架固定于安装底板5上,联接好一级单向阀10至中间冷却器12的进气管路,中间冷却器12至二级进气口16的管路。将二级单向阀11安装于二级静盘9的出气口上。
工作原理:大气→空气过滤器→进入一级吸气口13→一级静盘6与一级动盘7啮合形成的压缩腔内,从外至内体积被压缩排出→进入一级单向阀10(防止气体倒流)排出→通过管路进入中间冷却器12被强制冷却后排出→通过管路进入二级吸气口16→空气进入二级动盘8与一级动盘9形成的压缩腔内,从外向内体积被压缩排出→气体进入二级单向阀11→从二级排气口17排出→后冷却器及储气罐以备使用。
空气的流程为:经过滤的空气通过一级静盘上的两个吸气口进入一级动静盘的啮合形成的压缩腔内,通过一级动静盘的平动运动对其压缩后,经过两个排气口排出经特制单向阀汇流后排出,进入中间冷却器降至设计温度后流出,再通过二级进气口进入二级动静盘的啮合形成的压缩腔内,通过二级动静盘的平动运动对其压缩后,经过二级排气口排出。
本发明积极效果:一级静盘为多功能静盘,与传统的相比既是机架又是静盘双做用,一级富力城盘与二级动盘为背靠背式动盘,一级动盘为双涡旋,二级为单涡旋,并且两级共用一台驱动电机。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本发明相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种新型两级压缩涡旋式空气压缩机,其特征在于,包括驱动电机、冷却风机、冷却风道、轴承座、安装底板、一级静盘、一级动盘、二级动盘、二级静盘、一级单向阀、二级单向阀、中间冷却器、两个一级吸气口、主曲轴、小曲轴、二级吸气口、二级排气口;
所述驱动电机用螺栓固定于所述轴承座上,所述主曲轴上压装好轴承后插入加工好的轴承座孔内,所述主曲轴尾端装上所述冷却风机,所述轴承座通过螺栓安装于所述安装底板上,
所述一级静盘用六个螺栓固定于所述轴承座上,所述一级动盘与所述二级动盘用八个螺栓背靠背固定在一起,然后将三个压装好轴承的所述小曲轴一端用螺栓及压盖固定在所述一级动盘的轴承孔内,再将所述小曲轴的另一端固定在所述一级静盘的三个轴承孔内,并调整好平面高度差;将所述一级单向阀提前用螺栓固定在所述一级静盘的排气口上;将所述二级静盘用六个螺栓固定在所述一级静盘上,并以销子定位;将所述中间冷却器以支架固定于所述安装底板上,联接好所述一级单向阀至所述中间冷却器的进气管路,所述中间冷却器至所述二级进气口的管路;将所述二级单向阀安装于所述二级静盘的出气口上。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型两级压缩涡旋式空气压缩机,其特征在于,经过滤的空气通过一级静盘上的两个吸气口进入一级动静盘的啮合形成的压缩腔内,通过一级动静盘的平动运动对其压缩后,经过两个排气口排出经特制单向阀汇流后排出,进入中间冷却器降至设计温度后流出,再通过二级进气口进入二级动静盘的啮合形成的压缩腔内,通过二级动静盘的平动运动对其压缩后,经过二级排气口排出。
