本发明涉及接地用端子零件。
背景技术
以前,已知有一种接地用端子零件,与电线末端部连接并借由螺栓紧固而连接到规定的接地部位(例如下面专利文献1记载)。该接地用端子零件的用螺栓紧固到接地部位的螺栓紧固部和与电线的末端部连接的电线连接部通过对一张金属板材进行加工而一体成形。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
但是,电线使用直径尺寸大小不同、芯线的材料不同等各种各样的电线。于是,为了将如上述的接地用端子零件适当地连接到种类不同的各个电线,优选将电线连接部用最适于各电线的材料形成为最适的形状。也就是说,例如在电线为小直径的情况下,优选用薄的板材形成电线连接部。但是,用薄的板材形成整个接地用端子零件,在强度等方面不是优选的。另外,例如在用最适于连接电线的材料为高价的情况下,用上述高价的材料形成整个接地用端子零件,在材料成本方面上不是优选的。因此,适当地连接到多种电线是困难的。
本发明是基于如上述的实情而完成的,其目的在于提供一种能适当地连接到多种电线的接地用端子零件。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明的接地用端子零件具有用螺栓紧固到接地部位的螺栓紧固部和与电线的末端部连接的电线连接部,所述螺栓紧固部和所述电线连接部独立地形成而被连结,所述螺栓紧固部具有向所述电线连接部侧延伸而连结所述电线连接部的延伸部,所述延伸部的宽度尺寸从所述螺栓紧固部朝延伸方向上的顶端发生2级变化,所述延伸部中的螺栓紧固部侧的部分形成为宽度尺寸比所述顶端侧大的宽幅部,所述宽幅部具备使所述电线连接部比所述螺栓紧固部向所述接地部位侧的相反侧浮起的台阶部,在所述延伸部上的所述接地部位侧的相反侧的面突设有防止壁,该防止壁形成为沿与所述延伸部的延伸方向交叉的方向延伸。
发明效果
根据本发明,例如在电线为小直径的情况下,用薄的板材形成电线连接部,并用具有规定的厚度尺寸的板材来形成螺栓紧固部,从而能确保强度,另外,例如在适于连接电线的材料为高价的材料的情况下,用这样的高价的材料形成电线连接部,用比较便宜的材料形成螺栓紧固部,从而能抑制材料成本。也就是说,由于将电线连接部用最适的材料形成为最适的形状,所以能适当地连接到多种电线。

下面示出本发明的优选方式。
本发明的接地用端子零件也可以形成为,所述螺栓紧固部和所述电线连接部在由同一种金属材料构成的情况和由不同的金属材料构成的情况中的任意情况下都能进行连结。根据这样的构成,由于能用最适的材料形成电线连接部,所以能适当地连接到多种电线。
另外,本发明的接地用端子零件也可以形成为,在所述螺栓紧固部连结有与所述电线的直径尺寸对应地形成为最适的形状的所述电线连接部。根据这样的构成,由于能将电线连接部形成为最适的形状,所以能适当地连接到多种电线。
另外,本发明的接地用端子零件也可以形成为,在所述螺栓紧固部设有向所述接地部位侧突出的突部。根据这样的构成,由于通过使设于螺栓紧固部的突部与接地部位抵接,从而使得电线连接部从接地部位浮起,所以能在电线连接部的下侧形成例如热收缩管等的止水部件用空间。
另外,本发明的接地用端子零件也可以形成为,在所述螺栓紧固部设有多个与所述电线连接部连结的连结部。根据这样的构成,通过选择电线连接部的连结位置,能对电线的引出路径进行优化。
<实施例1>
以下,参照图1-图5详细地说明将本发明具体化的一个实施例。
本实施例中的接地用端子零件T,其与电线30的末端部连接,并且通过螺栓紧固而连接到例如汽车的车身上的规定的接地部位进行接地。下面,在各构成部件中,将图1的左跟前侧作为前侧,将右进深侧作为后侧,将上侧作为上方,将下侧作为下方而进行说明。
接地用端子零件T具有螺栓紧固到接地部位的螺栓紧固部10和与电线30的末端部连接的电线连接部20,螺栓紧固部10和电线连接部20分别独立地形成并被连结而成一体化。螺栓紧固部10以及电线连接部20分别通过对适当的金属板材进行冲压加工而形成。
螺栓紧固部10具有与现有的接地用端子零件同样的构成,螺栓紧固部10能以与未予图示的其他接地用端子零件重叠的状态下被组装。螺栓紧固部10具有整体呈大致方形状的主体部10A,在其中心开口有螺栓插通孔11。在主体部10A中位于螺栓插通孔11的左右两侧的部分设有比主体部10A的前后部分向下侧突出一级的突部11A。在该突部11A设有能与重叠的其他接地用端子零件相互卡止的卡爪12以及卡止孔13。
在螺栓紧固部10设有用于与电线连接部20连结的连结部(以下,称为紧固侧连结部14)。紧固侧连结部14设于延伸部15的顶端部,延伸部15从主体部10A的外周缘向外侧延伸设置。
延伸部15与主体部10A的后缘呈大致垂直地向后侧延伸。延伸部15与主体部10A的左右方向上的一端侧相连。
延伸部15的宽度尺寸从主体部10A侧朝向延伸方向的顶端进行2级变化。延伸部15中位于主体部10A侧的部分为宽度尺寸大的宽幅部15A,延伸部15中位于顶端侧的部分为宽度尺寸小的窄幅部15B。宽幅部15A具有主体部10A的宽度尺寸的大致一半尺寸。
在宽幅部15A设有台阶部18,以使窄幅部15B相比于主体部10A配置于上侧一级。
在宽幅部15A中比台阶部18靠后侧的位置设有防止壁19,防止壁19防止用于粘接将电线30的末端部包围的未予图示的热收缩管的粘合剂浸出到主体部10A侧。防止壁19从延伸部15的上表面侧到侧缘为止沿左右方向延伸而形成,从而在大致整个宽度上对窄幅部15B的前侧进行封闭。通过该防止壁19,能防止粘合剂浸出到主体部10A侧而妨碍螺栓紧固作业。
在延伸部15的顶端部(后端部)设有紧固侧连结部14(参照图2)。在紧固侧连结部14的两侧缘形成有较浅的(凹陷尺寸比前后方向上的尺寸小)凹部16。在各凹部16的前后两端部形成有以朝向外侧相互张开的方式倾斜的倾斜部17。凹部16中除了倾斜部17以外的前后方向上的尺寸与后述的夹持部26在前后方向上的尺寸相等。
电线连接部20具有:芯线压接部21,其压接于电线30的芯线31;以及包覆层压接部22,其压接于绝缘包覆层32(参照图5)。如图1所示,芯线压接部21和包覆层压接部22分别具备从底板部23的两侧缘突出的一对芯线压接片21A和包覆层压接片22A。芯线压接片21A的前后方向上的尺寸大于包覆层压接片22A的前后方向上的尺寸。另外,包覆层压接片22A的长度尺寸(从底板部23突出的突出尺寸)大于芯线压接片21A的长度尺寸。芯线压接片21A和包覆层压接片22A以分别将载置于底板部23的电线30的芯线31和绝缘包覆层32包裹的方式被铆接。
在电线连接部20的前端部设有与紧固侧连结部14连结的电线侧连结部24。如图3所示,电线侧连结部24具备比芯线压接部21向前侧突出的底板部23的前端部(以下,称为突出部25)和设于突出部25的左右两个侧缘的一对夹持部26。如图1所示,电线侧连结部24和紧固侧连结部14在将紧固侧连结部14重叠于突出部25的上表面且一对夹持部26从两侧将紧固侧连结部14包裹的状态下通过焊接而结合。另外,在一对夹持部26的顶端之间空出有间隙。
螺栓紧固部10和电线连接部20分别能用最适的材料形成为最适的形状。
首先,将螺栓紧固部10的材料和电线连接部20的材料设定为不同的材料,从而能抑制材料成本。例如,将电线连接部20设定为铜或者铜合金制,将螺栓紧固部10设定为铁或者铁合金制,通过使用比铜廉价的材料,从而与整个接地用端子零件采用铜或者铜合金制的情况相比,能抑制材料成本。
另外,通过将电线连接部20设定为铝或者铝合金,在将铝制或者铝合金制的芯线31连接到被绝缘包覆层32包围而成的电线(所谓的铝电线)30的情况下,不容易发生电蚀。此时,通过将螺栓紧固部10形成为比铝硬的铁或者铁合金制,从而能具有经得住螺栓紧固的性能。另外,相比于铜,铁与铝的电位差小,所以即使铁与铝或者铝合金接触,也能使电蚀不容易发生。
其次,通过能适当地变更电线连接部20的板厚尺寸、形状,从而既能最适地铆接到直径尺寸大的电线30、也能铆接到直径尺寸小的电线30。例如,针对直径尺寸小的电线30,使用比较薄的板材,缩窄底板部23的宽度尺寸,以便符合电线30的直径尺寸,并且缩小芯线压接片21A和包覆层压接片22A,从而能确保较高的连接品质。另外,与直径尺寸对应地将电线连接部20形成得小,从而能节省材料的浪费。并且,针对直径尺寸大的电线30,使用较厚的板材,扩大电线30的直径尺寸,以便符合底板部23的宽度尺寸,并且将芯线压接片21A和包覆层压接片22A设定得大,由此能确保高的连接品质。此时,由于螺栓紧固部10的板厚尺寸、形状与电线连接部20无关地设定,所以只要将螺栓紧固部10形成为螺栓紧固所需的板厚以及形状即可。由此,电线30和接地部位的连接品质均能得到提高。
接着,说明如上述构成的实施例的作用以及效果。
本实施例的接地用端子零件T具有螺栓固定到接地部位的螺栓紧固部10和与电线30的末端部连接的电线连接部20,螺栓紧固部10和电线连接部20独立地形成而被连结。
根据此结构,例如在电线30为小直径的情况下,能用薄的板材形成电线连接部20,并且通过用具有规定的厚度尺寸的板材来形成螺栓紧固部10,从而能确保强度,另外,例如在最适于连接电线30的材料为高价的材料的情况下,用这样的高价的材料形成电线连接部20,用比较廉价的铁或者铁合金等形成螺栓紧固部10,由此能抑制材料成本提高。即,由于能用最适的材料将电线连接部20形成为最适的形状,所以能适合地连接到多种电线30。

本实施例中的接地用端子零件40与实施例1的区别在于,在螺栓紧固部10设置有多个紧固侧连接部14。另外,对与实施例1同样的构成标注相同的符号并省略重复的说明。
本实施例所涉及的接地用端子零件40与实施例1同样地,具有螺栓紧固到接地部位的螺栓紧固部10和与电线30的末端部连接的电线连接部20,螺栓紧固部10和电线连接部20独立地形成而被连结。电线连接部20与实施例1同样地,具有:芯线压接部21,其压接于电线30的芯线31;包覆层压接部22,其压接于绝缘包覆层32;以及电线侧连结部24,其与紧固侧连结部14连结。
螺栓紧固部10具有呈圆形状的主体部10A,在主体部10A的中心部形成有大致圆形状的螺栓插通孔11,紧固侧连结部14设于延伸部15,延伸部15从主体部10A的外周缘向外侧延伸地设置。紧固侧连结部14设于延伸部15的延伸方向上的顶端部、从延伸部15向一侧分支的第1分支部41的顶端部、从延伸部15向另一侧分支的第2分支部42的顶端部的共计3处。第1分支部41和第2分支部42在与延伸部15大致垂直的垂直方向上分支。在各紧固侧连结部14的两个侧缘与实施例1同样地形成有凹部16。并且,电线连接部20根据接地部位从3个紧固侧连结部14中选择设于最适的位置的紧固侧连结部14而进行连结。
另外,在主体部10A中延伸部15的相反侧形成有止转部43,作为防止随转的单元。止转部43从主体部10A的外周缘向径向外侧、即延伸部15的相反方向延伸。
在上述的实施例中,螺栓紧固部10和电线连接部20独立地形成而被连结,与实施例1同样地,能用最适的材料将电线连接部20形成为最适的形状,所以能适当地连接到多种电线30。
此外,在螺栓紧固部10设有多个与电线连接部20连结的连结部,所以通过选择电线连接部20的连结位置,从而能将电线30的引出路径进行优化。

Claims (7)

1.一种接地用端子零件,其中,
具有螺栓紧固到接地部位的螺栓紧固部和与电线的末端部连接的电线连接部,
所述螺栓紧固部和所述电线连接部独立地形成而被连结,
所述螺栓紧固部具有向所述电线连接部侧延伸而连结所述电线连接部的延伸部,所述延伸部的宽度尺寸从所述螺栓紧固部朝延伸方向上的顶端发生2级变化,所述延伸部中的螺栓紧固部侧的部分形成为宽度尺寸比所述顶端侧大的宽幅部,所述宽幅部具备使所述电线连接部比所述螺栓紧固部向所述接地部位侧的相反侧浮起的台阶部,
在所述延伸部上的所述接地部位侧的相反侧的面突设有防止壁,该防止壁形成为沿与所述延伸部的延伸方向交叉的方向延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接地用端子零件,其中,
所述螺栓紧固部和所述电线连接部即使在由相同的金属材料构成的情况和由不同的金属材料构成的情况中的任意情况下都能进行连结。
3.根据权利要求1所述的接地用端子零件,其中,
在所述螺栓紧固部连结有与所述电线的直径尺寸对应地形成为最适的形状的所述电线连接部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的接地用端子零件,其中,
在所述螺栓紧固部连结有与所述电线的直径尺寸对应地形成为最适的形状的所述电线连接部。
5.根据权利要求1-4的任意一项所述的接地用端子零件,其中,
在所述螺栓紧固部设有向所述接地部位侧突出的突部。
6.根据权利要求1-4的任意一项所述的接地用端子零件,其中,
在所述螺栓紧固部设有多个与所述电线连接部连结的连结部。
7.根据权利要求5所述的接地用端子零件,其中,
在所述螺栓紧固部设有多个与所述电线连接部连结的连结部。
